Went in and asked for a fade on the sides and to leave the top and back long. The barber didn’t listen to me and proceeded to chop off the top and back. Very unimpressed with both the quality of the haircut and the service. Will not be returning to this shop.

I will start off by saying I really want to enjoy getting a haircut from these guys. I have been to ambassadors more then 15 times now and have had mixed feeling each time. Depending on who you get a haircut from it can be either really great or really bad. This last visit for me was the worst as not only did the guy cut way above my hairline (which has happened before), but also was not even paying attention as a movie was playing on the TV, and dragged the cut on longer then it needed to be. When I mentioned that the cut was above my hairline he blamed me? I'm not one to give bad reviews based off a couple of bad experiences, but these last couple of time have just been too bad to ignore. Despite all that, please do give ambassadors a chance, I'm writing this review with the hopes that their will be some improvement.

The waiting line was way to long I watched a whole soccer game until it was my time to get my haircut, plus there was only 1 guy who actually knew how to cut hair, haircut wasn’t bad but not worth the wait.

I do not recommend. Very disappointing. They completely destroyed my eyebrows too and I had to pay full price as well. Look somewhere else
