This was my first time doing a floral workshop. Instructions were very clear, they were around to help whenever I needed assistance, they were so positive and helpful. The greenery was fresh and the whole experience was great! I will happily do a workshop again.

Ordered a very cute mini bouquet in a glass vase for my long distance partner's birthday, and the staff were very helpful and kind! Same-day delivery was awesome and he absolutely loved it, would order from here again any time!

A group of us gifted a friend a floral subscription from Amborella Floral.
They were one of the only places that was able to bill us the whole cost at once, rather than a monthly charge.
Faithanne was SO helpful with ALL my questions and really quick at getting back to me.
Our friend absolutely loves the first bouquet, it is so beautiful and we are so excited to see the rest!

I had such a lovely evening at the fall wreath workshop with Monique. I came solo, but had a lot of fun and everything was relaxed but welcoming, with lots of positive encouragement!

I used to buy from the store every month but the last two deliveries have dies in days I spent over a 100 this week for a small but beautiful pumpkin arrangement and it won't even make it to Thanksgiving dinner. Not sure what has happened since they no longer have a store but just can't shop there anymore

I highly recommend Amborella for your wedding. The entire process was simple and easy. My bouquet exceeded my expectations, I loved everything about it. They created the most beautiful custom bouquet based off my inspiration images and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

The online calendar made a mistake and they answered and rectified my problem right away having my flowers sent out that day! So wonderful and thankful for that. Every bouquet I’ve ordered has been stunning as well!

Lovely arrangement, but the actual volume delivered is disappointing to photos online. I felt it helpful to share scale. Pictured here is the $85 vibrant bouquet. Four bananas included for scale - sold separately.
In response to your reply: In light of your response to my initial review, I feel the need to elaborate further on my experience. My primary concern centered around the discrepancy between the product I received and the representation advertised online. I believe this review, in conjunction with your response, will shed light on the potential variation in product size for future customers.
I was disappointed upon seeing the significantly smaller bouquet than anticipated and requested assistance from the receptionist. I asked to be directed to your space to ensure there wasn't a mix-up with my order. Instead, I was told to wait for someone to assist me.
I explicitly voiced my concerns about the bouquet's size. The explanation I received then is identical to what you've repeated here in your response. You had an opportunity to 'sort it out' right there and then, as you put it, but that did not transpire.
I did not mention the customer service experience in my original review, but given the tone of your public response you have only deepened my initial disappointment.

As a business, be better. As humans, gain some empathy.
Take your business elsewhere.
Also, just so customers are aware. They've removed their review section off of their Facebook page and have employees leaving 5 star reviews here, to cancel out any bad reviews that were well deserved- for their gross mistreatment of multiple past employees who are all speaking out against them.
