American Eagle & Aerie Store

I stopped by today looking for jeans after having a baby several months ago. A daunting task, believe me!
Calista greeted me warmly and was so helpful with her suggestions. I actually bought the jeans she was wearing. She was a huge help and made my shopping trip easy.
All the staff was quite helpful and friendly and I really appreciate that this company offers jeans in different lengths as well.

I love aerie and American eagle, I have had nothing but great experiences at this store. However the lady who rang me up in the offline section forgot to take off a security tag and I didn’t notice until I was already at home.

Service was non-existent although employees abound. Store is a disaster. "Meh", all around.

Want to be ignored? This is the place for you! Quality of products has slipped a LOT in recent years. Cheap stuff here now.

I love the aerie and offline sections! The workers are so sweet and friendly. This is a store I want to come back to because of the atmosphere and staffing as much as if not more than the product! Great spot

There were 4 staff on the floor of the Aerie section and I was one of maybe 3 customers. Not one staff member made eye contact with me. They are always super rude and obviously do not know how to say hi

Was a nice store we always come to when in west edmonton mall. Although pricing was alot more this time.

Danial was very friendly and came up to me almost instantly when I went into the store and helped me with all my selections. Amazing experience overall.

I came in specifically for a certain style of underwear. I found a few pairs in my size and the colour I wanted - but wanted to get a few more pairs. I went to ask an associate if she could check if there were any in the back and before I could finish telling her the size and colour I wanted - she said “these fit tight so you should size up”. I already had the largest size in my hand and it just didn’t feel right for her to say that to me without knowing what I even wanted. I am a plus size person, and maybe she didn’t mean anything by it at all -
But it was insensitive and left me feeling sad.

Clean store, had a lot of really good sales on. The dressing room attendant was friendly and helpful.

The store is great and I usually have an awesome experience there but the cashier I got today was quite short and rude with me for returning multiple online orders even though it was in the return policy that I could return them to the store no problem. There was one item that the tags had been removed so she said i could only exchange which was understandable but she wasn't polite about it and I was just really unhappy with my experience with her today. I was trying to be polite the entire time and was really taken aback by her lack of customer service.

I purchased a pair of leggings from Aerie, best leggings ever! Tristan helped me out at the till and was such a genuine guy, super kind and a huge help. Thanks Tristan and your team. Highly recommend this location. ️

I want to live in the Aerie store. Everything is so soft and comfortable and cute. I own several pieces and keep finding more stuff to add to my closet because its good quality and they always have such good deals offering them at affordable prices.

Nice and neat. I had a huge online order of tall clothes to return and the staff member was very efficient. I was worried he'd roll his eyes at the amount of stuff, but he had no issues.

Today Friday Feb 19 630pm approx. The staff working in the lingerie section. No one helped or bothered to ask me and my gf if we needed help. I over heard them them talking about our ysl shopping bags and just trash talking us. The Asian girl was on her phone the whole time not acknowledging us. We immediately left because we're not going to entertain low class type attitude whom get paid minimum wage. Instead a bad review is nessessary.

Unfortunately, I’m assuming because of covid their fitting rooms have been closed which has made shopping there very difficult. With that said they have a decent return and exchange policy, even with items bought online, which I appreciate. Staff are friendly and helpful.

They let like 3 people into this giant store at a time, and have a huge line outside.

Still choked about that^ Jacob was a beauty tho, hustling to help me find some jeans.

The American Eagle located in WEM always has such kind staff! Great experience every time I go. You can tell they actually want to help. 5/5

Great store in my view. I bought more stuff here than any American Eagle I've ever shopped at. Great variety of clothing here. You can see that peak between athletic, and regular day comfy wear. Like the atmosphere of this store, and the environment inside is perfect for me. Also the staff are really friendly in this location. Great experience here.

Customer service was poor today. The associate seemed disappointed that I was there and disappointed she was there. She was on her phone when I got to the counter: (

Staff went above and beyond on Saturday. Huge variety of denim cuts and sizes. If "mall brand" stores are to survive, this is how they do it.

I love AE - the clothes last forever and fit me really well. It's one of the few stores where I don't really have to try stuff on because the sizing and fit is really consistent. The West Ed location is big with lots of selection and I like that it's attached to the Aerie so you don't have to go hunting for it somewhere else in the mall.

Staff at aerie is friendly enough but they do not honor discounts. I got a sweater during their 30 dollar promotion and they charged me to EXCHANGE the sweater for a different color despite saying they would not charge me and the receipt says they honor the sale price on exchanges. I am not pleased. They also spelled my name wrong on my account despite me spelling it out for them twice. That being said the clothes are soft and I love the sweatshirts, just not the employees.

I love Aerie. The woman who helped me really went out of her way from sizing to bringing tons of different styles and trying to fix my fit problem. This was a really good experience.

Horrible experience.finding the right pair of jeans is incredibly hard for me because of my weird leg shape and i finally found two pairs i loved.they were both perfect size.i put them on hold so i could look elsewhere and go over my options for jeans.when i came back to get them off of hold, not only were the socks i had put on hold gone, the jeans were both completely different sizes, neither of which were even close to fitting me.problem is, i didn’t notice until i got home. Diego offered to email me the receipt so i accepted.only i never got the email.so now i spent $100 on two pairs of jeans that don’t fit, i can’t exchange them, and even if i could it’s an hour drive there and back.extremely unhappy right now.

My wife was able to find an affordable bathing suit in less then 10 minutes. That's a win in my books.

I went in to aerie to try on some bathing suits with my fiancé, but they wouldn't allow him into the fitting room area. When we asked why the person said it was a women's only store. When I asked how I'm supposed to show him what I was trying on the person told me to take a picture. Meanwhile they had a man working their running the fitting rooms and getting different sizes for customers. I've gone to la senza, la vie en rose, and Victoria's Secret and they have all allowed men into the fitting room area. This policy is sexist and if they believe it's a women's only store then why do they have men working there.
