I was in need to add to my existing home equity loan to pay down some debt. The team at AMF were professional, efficient and I didn’t have to jump through a lot of hoops in the process. They are upfront about any costs or fees and those are taken off the loan amount so there are no hidden or out of pocket costs.

I contacted AMF when I ran into a problem paying my overdue property taxes and I was very worried about losing my house. I didn't know very much about equity loans and I wasn't even sure if I was eligible for one. There was also a time constraint for paying the tax bill. I discussed my situation with Bill Russell and he kindly assured me that AMF could help. What a relief that was! After that, most of my communication was with Tammy Topilko, who explained everything and helped me through the entire process. She was so patient and understanding, I couldn't imagine anyone nicer than Tammy. To make a long story short, I received my loan on time to pay the property taxes and I couldn't be happier. I will always be grateful to AMF for their expertise and wonderful attitude toward their clients. I recommend them 100%.

I wouldn’t use again. Ended up being extremely expensive with lots of little additional charges. The legal team used was not great. Over $500 paid for title insurance? What a joke. Payment was also late. Poor communication from AMF and their lawyers West Legal. Had I known what the total cost would end up being I wouldn’t have done it.

The process was quick and painless. Professionally done by the staff at law office.
