I’m very impressed with both Jennifer & her associate. They really take the time to answer all your questions. So very helpful. I especially like the statements about if you’re unsure about anything they will do it for you. It doesn’t matter how long it takes they are so willing to help you with anything you need. I really would recommend them to everyone.

I've had hearing aids for close to 40 years.the experience I had, during my appointment with Jennifer Panteluk was wonderful. She has an exceptional knowledge of hearing testing and hearing aids. As well as the ability to really listen and address my concerns. She clearly explained my current hearing level, future hearing aid requirements and technology; as well as doing a thorough routine maintenance on my current hearing aids. My aids felt so comfortable that I forgot I had them in when I went to sleep.

The location was very easy to find, plenty of free parking, with an efficient and friendly receptionist, in a clean and pleasant atmosphere.

I have worn hearing aids for over forty years and am glad to finally have a provider that I fully trust.
Jennifer provides the most amazing, personalized service. She truly understands hearing loss and ensures that I hear and understand everything she says. Her professional and empathetic service is greatly appreciated.

I had an appointment with Jennifer to have my hearing tested, I had never been tested before and my left ear was giving me concern. I usually don't do reviews unless the service was exceptional as it was. She thoroughly tested my hearing and afterwards showed me my chart and forwarded it to my Doctor for further investigation. Jennifer was very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend her and her staff for the great service provided.

The staff was very friendly and i felt like I was in and out with my tests complete promptly. Would recommend to anyone needing audiometric testing.
