All necessary parts were available for my failed furnace. I thought that my motor failed at first and I bought a replacement, however after proper inspection, it was the ignition board failure. Elmer found a very creative way for me to cap a 1 1/4 inch pipe which I could not find a permanent cap at any plumbing stores in Calgary.

I ordered parts for my Whirlpool drier. The idler was avaliable for $75 or Lestr pointed out I could get the drum kit for $50 which included the idler. Thankyou Leaster for pointing that out.

Lester was very knowledgeable and as a result, I got exactly what I needed to fix my range problem.

This is a no-brainer. If you need to maintain your property, Amre has what you need, at a much better price of the big box stores and with *actual* product knowledge.

And those little parts, needed to fix an appliance? This is the only place to get those. I've saved myself thousands by fixing my own dryer, range, even furnace over calling a repairman.

Amre Supply is my property maintenance go-to.

I would caution others from dealing with Bill Colman if they are seeking competent and effective assistance. It is important to have confidence in the person you are dealing with, and unfortunately, Bill did not inspire any trust or confidence in me.

Excellent customer service! I didn’t have the make/model info for my oven, but David was able to find the part that I needed.

Customer service saved me $300 bucks on a new garburator by having a $1.50 gasket.no line up, quick easy process!

Great place for plumbing, should be first the place to look for plumbing and not the big home hardware stores.

Easy answers and transaction. Part was not in Calgary & I was offered it shipped direct to my house for the cost of shipping as opposed to me having to pick it up from their Calgary location. Transaction handled by Claudia in the Edmonton office. Very professional, courteous & polite employee. Would be an asset to any company she worked for.

I am at Amre Supply to buy a furnace blower motor. It is the same as my last time here; everybody is really friendly. Specially, my Sales Rep. Chad explains carefully and helps me choose what I need to complete the work. His knowledge and professional attitude makes me feel more confidence with what I buy. He even carries the motor to my car, for I bring other stuff. I will come back next time for sure.

Some staff are helpful, others not so much. Todays counter person was dismissive and not helpful at all. I usually like to buy locally but I'll try online next time. Disappointed in AMRE this time.

They were quite helpful with my parts needs to repair fridge and furnace. Web order was simple (phone had long hold time, so recommend web), except when I ordered the wrong part of 2 options that I only realized when I got home. Upon driving back they were happy to ensure I got the correct part I needed.

For DIY (like myself) I suggest checking your broken part with the replacement one physically at the store before you leave, so you don’t need to swap later. The two parts look the same, but only the little connectors were different. Should have been obvious but I didn’t look the first time.

Either way my fridge was working again within 1 hour of getting the correct part.

Counter staff Elmer has always been so incredibly helpful! He really knows everything about the cleaning products that AMRE carries, he’s got great tips for everything house related. I don’t stop in often, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

AMRE has got me out of several emergency situations needing a switch or furnace motor in short notice. They are my first stop when looking for an appliance component.

Went to Amre Supply to pick up a condensation pump for my furnace, was greeted by David M at the counter. I asked "where I can find condensation pump" without hesitation David M said " right this way my friend" and took me right to it and explained what each price range is for. Always have a good experience when I go there knowing I'm walking out with the right parts I need.

It only take a couple of days for my order to arrived and their price is lower compared to other seller.

This was my first ever visit. Great Supply store. They had the latch set that I needed, when NO one else carried it. Even the manufacturer could not provide this for me. AMRE had it.
Service was solid and friendly.

Amre supply is a comprehensive source for all our maintenance needs. They're responsive and communicative. Positive experience all around.

I'd give zero if not for the amazing customer service rep that helped me out.

Need a replacement pump check ball. Website said it was "in-stock". Paid for it, and then received an email saying it was on backorder with no clarification on expected delivery timing. Very misleading.

After waiting a week with no updates I called in and received some exceptional customer service to help expedite things - reaching out to another branch to have them pull a ball from their stock.

Needed a furnace controller for my Trane furnace. Called Trane Supply in Calgary, but they refused to sell to me because I was not a contractor. Went on the Amre website, found the exact part I needed and was even able to confirm they had stock in Calgary. Called the Amre store (to confirm they do sell to the public) and had a very helpful person take my order over the phone so that it would be ready for pickup when I got there. Overall fantastic customer service. I will definitely be back the next time I need HVAC or appliance parts.

Large box corporate has bought up all the key words when searching for replacement parts for appliances, but do not carry aforementioned parts. I did not find AMRE SUPPLY until page 3. The service and knowledge was excellent, and will be my first call from now on. Since modern green tech is such disposable garbage, I’m sure I will be calling sooner than later.

I was looking for a replacement motor for my Broan bathroom exhaust fan. I checked lots of places on line couldn’t find anything. The guy behind the counter was able to help me by suggesting a generic replacement part which he had in stock. Awesome!

I've been dealing with Amre Supply for around thirty years now and they seem to always have what I need when it comes to appliance, motor, refrigeration and electrical supplies. The staff has always been knowledgeable and courteous.

Looked up inventory found the right stuff showed me the product in the store carried it to the counter and the price was half what I expected guess that says it all

AMRE has a poor business model and dosent care about its customers. I spent $330 on a fridge control board that lasted less than a year. When I go to warranty it they tell me it's 90 day warranty nothing they can do. Any reasonable person can see that this is wrong and might at least attempt to reconcile with their clients but not AMRE! Don't waste your time or money replacing appliance parts with this rip off "warranty". Obviously you would expect the part to last several years for that price. Put the money towards a new appliance. Also stay away from anything whirlpool or their brands as this was the product I purchased for. Customer service was awful and rude to me as well.

Went in on the 29th and couldn't be happier. Needed a part for an over. Was greeted by a David M, and within an instant of showing him the SKU I needed, he looked it up and ran off and grabbed it for me. My visit to Amre was the most painless part of my day. Now if only Deerfoot could treat me the same way.lol

Went looking for very specific parts the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, with their help the parts were easy to find and price was reasonable.

I've been using Amre for some 20years now, and they are the one stop shop for hard to find items, or items that other suppliers will not sell you.

AMRE Supply was one of only two companies that I found that carried the appliance part I needed in Canada. Not only did they have the better price, they also had faster delivery. The part Ineeded arrived on time and was exactly as I ordered.

I have purchased items online for delivery in the past, but today I went into the store and had a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Loved it.

#1 place for that part for that thing you just broke as well as tools and supplies. All my experiences here have been solid occasionally parts are out of stock but they seem to restock in a reasonable time frame.
