Amritsari Tadka Restaurant

I ordered large butter chicken, 16 roti, salad. I wondered they charged me 58$ and that was ridiculous. Gave me less than half salad instead of good packing, you guys are just making money not good food.

Really really good Indian cuisine.authentic flavour blends you can really taste. Highly recommend!

We were overcharged during the bill payment and the owner refused to give us the bill. Below average food and overpriced, any amateur person can cook much better than this restaurant's food. Do not recommend. Better to eat at other restaurants with much better food quality and reasonable prices.

Beware! The boss lady on the counter charged us more than what was supposed to be. Refused us to give us the bill and was diverting the topic by giving us suggestions to try other items next time. Never visiting this place again and it definitely cuts its customers' chu*iya. Worst food quality, too much oil, smells old and most likely prepared in unhygienic way. AHS should definitely inspect their kitchen.

The service was horrendous, the butter chicken tasted like daal and when we asked the manager why the butter chicken tasted like that, he got offended. Overall horrible food and service, I don’t recommend coming here.

I ordered saag and maaki ki rotti and it is really very amazing. I recommend to all you should visit here and also try to eat this.

We tried goat curry, chicken and tandoori roti. Tandoori rotis were not properly cooked. Goat curry was tasteless no salt and there was no flavour in chicken. Goat was like rubber.i would recommend dont waste your money and time to go there.

I had a great experience at Amritsari tadka restaurant. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. The ambience was perfect. Overall, this was an incredible dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to all.

Totally disappointed
Cheap quality, worst taste and food wasn’t cooked properly. Total waste of money and time.

We order 2 malai paneer tikka…they served both in the same platter…we were waiting for 2nd plate but they told us that was 2 serving! (Didn’t look like) …server keep on talking in Punjabi which is very annoying…place is uncomfortable for 8 people very congested…they increased price but didn’t reprinted menu! Very unprofessional.

Fraud! Please make sure what you are Paying. Boss Lady Charged us $79 but when calculated the Price came out $60And then when asked for the difference they said they mistakenly over charged the prices. Only because we noticed the bill is overprice.
And then when asked for the proper bill they said that their machine don't allow detailed bill. PLEASE check everytime what you are paying don't let them Rip you off.
Other then that Food was Ok

The food is delicious! We specially went there for AMRITSARI Kulcha and also tried their crispy fish pakora, both of them were really really good.
The kulcha had a perfectly thin layer of dough, not too doughy and it turned out to be just the crisp layer you want and the filling was seasoned well.
Wait staff were very polite and friendly and suggested I try the crispy fish pakora, which I did and they were just heavenly. Tender flaky fish with crispy coating.
Aunty behind the counter was very friendly and ensured a great service.

I will definitely be back.

Though being restaurant on its peak hour but the hospitality was amazing and outstanding. The decor was like we are just in Amritsar and not in Calgary. The owner also came to acknowledge us that was very impressive and gave the feel of being appreciated.

I hate to say this, but I just visited this place for a chai takeout and when I actually had it after 30 minutes because it was so hot it was full of sugar. It seems like they put the whole container of sugar in my small cup of chai. Very disappointed.

I really like their amritsari aaloo kulche, it was really tempting and now its my favourite place to have “amritsari kulche” and the service given by harpreet and shruti was very welcoming and friendly.
