I would love the AmSteam emergency services to be affordable and offered within a reasonable time frame, hense the emergency. Who could afford $500 starting fee on Sunday, not including their services? How quick is their emergency response if the estimator is available on the 4th day after the event and they will eventually send a team on the 5th day? In addition, there is no free estimate, it is $150 plus GST, and no special offers, except for standard carpet cleaning. I had the impression, the company doesn't need our business which is fine. AmSteam didn't trust us, couldn't provide a rough estimate quickly, and send a team within 36-72 hours to help. I presume the focus on the business owners is on standard, regular, scheduled services and sadly emergency situations are not affordable
and not a priority.

They are a great carpet cleaning company with competitive prices. They always do an excellent job!

Everything about my experience with AmSteam has been top notch! From the initial call I made to inquire about the services, to the follow up call to ask if I wanted the tech to come a few days earlier, to Dave calling to ask if he would be able to pop by about an hour earlier than originally anticipated, and then finally to the awesome work Dave did when he got here. The carpets look and smell remarkably better than they did yesterday.

The pricing is really fair, almost too fair! Dave was done in record time, and nothing about the service was disruptive. I will absolutely call them again and I'll refer AmSteam to everyone I know!

We were told that they can clean handmade Persian rug so we trusted their service. We just opened our Persian rug to find it not only not cleaned properly but damaged. We have contacted them and waiting on them to respond back. If I could give them 0 star I would. Please don’t trust them with your valuable carpets. The fibres are coming out of the carpet the way they have cleaned it causing damages. Something that we have never seen before. I’ll be filing a complaint with BBB regarding this issue and the damage they caused.

We used AmSteam for the first time this week and were really happy with their service. They did two bedrooms, our upstairs hallway, and two sets of stairs and landings. Darren was professional, thorough, and helpful. He was able to remove both the more recent dirt and older pet stains from the carpet (that had already been professionally cleaned once and not fully removed). Will definitely use AmSteam again and will recommend to my friends and neighbours!

AMAZING! Is all I can say. Wow! So we just bought a new house and it smelled like the previous owner (she was elderly) and the carpets needed a clean. Wow does the house ever smell great - we got the deodorize and sanitize. So glad we did that. But one of the things that blew my mind was a area rug we had from our previous house and I have used my bissell carpet cleaner ($250 machine) and also rented the carpet cleaner from safeway. So deep cleaned it twice myself. It looked better but I was still disappointed that it still looked grey/dirty. I asked my husband if we could get our area rug cleaned by Amsteam/at the same time and man am I ever glad we did! IT LOOKS PRACTICALLY brand new. My mind is blown and I am so excited and I will only use that bissell cleaner for spills. Thank you Darren for working your magic and hard work.

I saw they has a promo on Instagram so I gave them a call to clean my carpets. They came the next morning and showed up on time. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. The process was very quick and economical and my carpets are very clean and smell great. I will definitely use them again. - Elaine

Another carpet company came out to clean our white basement carpet. The other company made a total mess of the carpet, they left big brown stains which must have been a dark liquid trapped in the underlay that was sucked through the carpet and stained the carpet. Was considering replacing the whole carpet to get rid of the stain. As the previous company tried twice to remove the stain. Thought I would try one more company, and tried AMSteam. The technician Darren was awesome. He really worked at it and has removed most of the stain. Hardly can notice it. It looks 100 times better than before. Very happy with his work. The company was very professional to easy to deal with. I would recommend this company to people looking to get their carpets cleaned correctly the first time. Thanks again.

I used this company to clean a carpet and bedroom in a basement, 2 sets of stairs, a small hallway, 2 small bedrooms, and a medium-sized master bedroom with a walk-in closet. Unfortunately, I wasn't thrilled with the service, as there was no attempt to get the dirt out of any of the edges, and there were lots of stains in the small hallway going to the bathroom and in the master bedroom that didn't look like they had been touched, and some in highly visible areas like what looked like a fist-sized coffee stain where a nightstand used to be. The house was void of all furniture, so there was no heavy lifting. I will now need to call another company to come in with a Crevice Tool to clean out all the edges and corners, and use a carpet stain remover on the many left behind stains. For the price I paid and the time it took, the company made about $120.00 an hour, not including GST. I think that's a bit steep for the end result.

I had AmSteam come and steam clean my car floor carpets. Dave came and completed the whole process for me. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He wrapped everything up quickly and the results were phenomenal. I showed off the results to a few friends and was happy to refer them. Well worth it.

Darren was so nice and patient! We were late and our keys didn't work but he just waited their with us with a big smile and he even tried to help us to unlock the door! The carpet cleaning smell and look fantastic! Thank you Darren for your professionalism and service!

Absolute terrible quality of work. The furnace and duct cleaning is laughable at best. After cleaning there was mass amount of debris left in the heat registers they charged to clean. Avoid at all costs. They are a scam.

I met with Dan, after a discovering my condo needed to be fully restored (after some flooding) Dan was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of his time explaining the process and walking me through the repairs. During the gutting of the condo, the refrigerator was damaged. Dan replaced the fridge for zero cost! I highly recommend Amsteam. This is a very professional & trustworthy company with integrity!

We've had AmSteam clean the carpets in our home three times now, as well as had them clean a large wool area rug. Each experience has been great because of AmSteam's quality work, fair prices, and pleasant technicians. We highly recommend them.

They where very prompt and professional and did a great job. Laid out potential extras but weren't pushy about it and the price was very reasonable.

Bill from Amsteam cleaned our ducts and furnace today using a brush, whip, backskip, forward skipping on the main vents, and blow out. Amazing job! My allergy symptoms started to improve right away! I have hired many furnace cleaning companies over the years and this is the first time my allergies made such a quick improvement! Because of my allergies I will know how well the cleaning has been done. Amazing rates for the quality of cleaning! Bill was also very pleasant and easy to have in our home.
