They dont follow costumers request. 1st appointment, she put gel in my short nails which i request a simple manicure therefore i was charge way higher bacause of her mistake and then 2nd appointment my nails was shaped wrong after i showed them the nails that i want. They werent paying attention to what they are doing, and i did pedicure my nails was bleeding so bad when i went home

Always a pleasant experience, huge color selections as well as new trending products. As for nail extensions only the boss lady can create a stunning set of nails everyone else is mediocre.

I am very dissatisfied with this place they do not do good nails, broke 1 day after they were put on not even last 24 hrs! And then make me wait an hr to fix it kept saying be right with you be right with you! My experience not good I won't be coming back!

Amy always does an amazing job, ask for her if you're a new customer and you won't be sorry. My wife's nails always look fantastic and always last until the next fill.

I’ve been to so many Nail salons in Alberta but I have never experienced service like I have in this place. Now the sign says “Jack’s Nail. ” but the actual business is Amy’s Nails and Spa. These ladies are amazing. They give you 5 star service with a smile and there is truly nothing negative I can say about them. Prices are great and I never feel rushed and I am always happy when I leave not like the other places I’ve been to. Keep up the fantastic work ladies!

This place was awesome, they could get me in right away no waiting, the place was clean and they were very clean and super professional! Not to mention the place has amazing prices for the treatment you get, could not be more happy about how my nails turned out.

So glad I was recommended this place! Cindy did an amazing job with my artificial nails, paying attention to details – shaping my nail to make my crooked fingers look straight, making sure the powder wasn't applied super thick, etc. The staff, especially Amy and Cindy were very kind and accommodating. Very happy with how my nails turned out and will definitely go back.

This place is great. They can almost always get you in with very little to no wait time. They are very friendly and do great work. Always had great experiences with both manicures and pedicures, shellac and regular polish!
