Mike was very thorough with the inspection of a 31 year old house.

We hired Gary about 4 years ago when we purchased our house and it was mainly his pricing was good (on cheaper side).
He missed lots of big issues in the house; asbestos on the carpet and linoleum but Gary didn’t even mention anything about it! We found out ourselves (after we purchased the house) and asked Gary to send sample to the lab and there were asbestos. (spent about $500 on the lab and over $15,000 to remove asbestos)
We also spent $25,000 to replace the roof (flat roof) after we purchased the house.
If we knew all this before we purchased the house we could have negotiated on purchasing price!

Please spend more $ to hire qualified inspector otherwise you will spend way more $ to fix the house afterwards.

Extremely unpleasant to deal with. These guys are as shady as they come. They will happily take your money and write whatever you ask them to write on their report. And when they are caught they just start making excuses and refuse to own up to anything. Even with a subpoena issued they hid and refused to stand by their work. But I guess there’s probably a market for people like this.

Wow, what a great experience and what a great price. My wife and I just bought our first home in the deep south and needed a quick turn around. Mike showed up early on a weekend and took the time to get to know us and our situation before starting. He walked us through almost every room and space in the house carefully detailing what we should look out for. 10/10 highly recommend!

We buy new house. Gary did the house inspections. Explained how to keep long last floors & windows. Missing couple of points broken wood under sinks, inside roof not finish properly window in master bathroom ect. Gary was knowledgeable and friendly on the phone. He knew exactly how to work with first time home buyers and really cared about us knowing every detail about the home we were looking to purchase. Gary did our home inspection and gave us tips, explained in detail all of what he was doing and why, and even offered support after our inspection was done. Gary was referred to us by our realtor, Kathleen Alexander. He had been hired by one of her recent home buyers. She spoke highly of him so we called him and scheduled our home inspection. My call to him went to voicemail but he promptly returned my call. He was able to accomodate our date and time request for 4 days later. He arrived on time.
