I went to Angles for a wash and blow out …when making the appointment I mentioned that I had nano extensions …I live close by and wanted to try them…the hairdresser was really nice but lacked knowledge on hair extensions…she was a bit rough with my hair …you shouldn’t lather up extensions as it makes them tangle …she brushed my hair without using detangler had to ask her to use that to avoid breakage …and while blow drying my hair it hurt and I was a bit worried a nano extension would fall out. My hair looked really nice when I left but the next am it was frizzy typically blowouts last for days with extensions…a little disappointed. My extensions are good quality …and would have preferred someone with knowledge …I was planning to do weekly blowouts there. Thank you!

An absolutely wonderful experience!
On my wedding day, the makeup artist I had previously hired had backed out on me, last minute. Like, hours before the ceremony. We scrambled to find someone that would take us in to do our makeup last minute, and thank goodness they were willing to book us in!
It was myself, my mother, and my sister getting our makeup done. It was all pretty natural looking makeup that we wanted, with some fake lashes added on. They were so pleasant, and very efficient with time. My sister and my mother both looked stunning. My wedding makeup was done by Veronica, who is a complete gem. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she definitely delivered! I absolutely loved my makeup, it was subtle like I wanted, but also really made me glow. The makeup itself lasted all day, despite the hot heat, and the occasional happy tears.
Veronica also gave me advice on makeup (its not my strong suit), and even recommended a lash lift. I have long lashes, but they stick straight out. I really appreciated the recommendation, and look forward to getting this done!
They definitely saved me from having to do my own makeup last minute, and I definitely couldn't have done nearly as good a job as they did! Thank you so much for making us look great on my wedding day, I really appreciate it! Thank you Veronica!

Saad is an amazing hair stylist. He has been doing my hair for years. I went platinum blonde from black and it looked like it was a virgin hair. Every time I get a trim it instantly grows I love his work and his magic hands. I can’t refer him enough he is amazing. ️

I really have to say, Saad knows what he is doing. I just got a beautiful cut and color done. Wow! He didn't give me the big talk about why it is hard to color my hair the way I want it done, he simply asked what I want and did it beautifully! THANK YOU.

Saad did my hair today and I could not be happier. It was my first time in the salon and I will definitely come back. He listened to what I wanted, made recommendations based on my wishes but keeping the health of my hair in mind. He paid attention to all the details and it really feels like he cares about what he does and the final result. Not only did he meticulously bleach my hair in perfect sections and highlights, he completed an Olaplex treatment and left it for the full 10 minutes and the proper toner! I’ve always had stylists who rushed through the treatments, conditioner and toner but took their time slowly bleaching the hair. Saad was the opposite, he quickly worked through the color and knows time is of the essence when processing bleach, but took the necessary time to tone and treat (Olaplex) where it was needed. I super appreciate all the extra care, attention and generosity of SAAD and can’t wait to come back!

It is very expensive and they don't mention that every small part of their services is extra. After I asked not to have my hair washed or blow dry, she did it and charged me for it. The people were friendly.

Went and got highlights and a cut from Mike, and I have never been more happy with the colour and cut! Fantastic service, fast, accomadating, and kind people. The best haircut I've ever had. Mike knew exactly what I wanted and made my hair silky soft and bright blonde! Great time span and VERY thorough when applying colour. I am going back to see Mike for an eternity. Must go see Mike for a legendary haircut and colour

This was my first time at the salon & I am definitely coming back. Saad took the time to listen to what I wanted, but made recommendations to help preserve the integrity and health of my hair. I usually have stylists who are slow with applying bleach & colouring but rush through the Olaplex & conditioning treatment. Saad was the opposite, he knows how time is of the essence when processing with bleach so he was working meticulously and quickly through the bleaching, but FINALLY a stylist who actually left the Olaplex for the full recommended 10 mns! He also toned my hair perfectly and listened to what I wanted to avoid. I asked for a bright / beige blonde and he did just that. He was detailed orientated and went through the hair multiple times to make sure everything was saturated properly. I am so impressed. Thank you for your generosity and care when it came to my hair today! Very happy

Saad is a hair whisperer! He is an amazing stylist. Saad has brought my hair from box dye black to beautiful blonde without compromising the health or texture of my hair. I could write an essay about Saad's amazing abilities, but I'll let the picture of my last visit speak for itself.

I read about someone recently saying they don't like giving games one star review because they always find games more worth it. Here I wish I could give less than a star. They quoted myself and my husband 150 for one color and a cut. Then it cost my husband 200. I wanted reddish purple permanent color. It's been less than 2 months, almost cost us damage deposit from how much color washed out the first 2 weeks and my scalp was still dyed, now it's still less than 2 months and my greys are showing and my hair is red, no purple. Not no mention the guy who did my hair was not happy to see me. I sit in the chair and he says, "you're lucky you came in when you did, I was about to leave". Ummm what? I used to work long hours in retail and trades.you get an extra client willing to pay in the last few minutes you're happy if you actually belong in that industry. I will never go back for products or services.

Jeannie, while sweet, talked more than she actually touched my hair. Paid $65 for a haircut, she literally just combed it and cut it straight, didn't bother to check my layers, and she didn't even dry my hair all the way. Personally, paying $65 and the hairdresser not even bothering to curl or straighten my hair is ridiculous. Not coming back again. I could do that at home.

Just got my first haircut in the Covid era and could not be happier. The place was clean, everyone was masked and there was lots of space between clients. I felt really safe.

Saad did an AMAZING job at dyeing my hair extensions after i dyed them myself and they were all sorts of colours. He also toned the remaining blonde in my hair and made sure i was 100% satisfied with the colour correcting he did on the extentions. I definitely recommend him and his service to anyone who has trust issues with people touching their hair. He's definitely your go to and does exactly as you ask. I was very amazed by his work and service.

Went in for a DIY blunt cut on an extension gone wrong! Jeanie saved the day and my hair! You get what you pay for. Quality. No surprises on pricing.

I really recommend visiting Saad to get cut, colour and Hair Botox. I am super picky especially when it comes my colour. Saad did an excellent job and it is growing out beautifully.

I just had Saad do the Hair Botox, it straightens and removes friz. I love it! I can’t believe how good the results are. My hair feels like silk and looks lovely. I can’t believe how much easier it was to dry as well.

Do yourself a favour and have Saad do Hair Botox, you won’t regret it.

My stylist was 20 minutes late without giving me prior notice of the delay until I was there. They made me pre pay before the service was completed. I was drying under the hair dryer and they got me to go pay while my hair was still wet so the receptionist could cash out early. Really disappointed with the lack of customer service here. Especially since the receptionist was still sitting there when I left.

Saad has got the magic in his hands. He has cut and keratin my hair and permed my friends both at the same time! He is very detailed when it comes to cutting and gives you the perfect edgy style you want. Thanks Saad for the Cleopatra cut, loving it since day 1!

I just left this salon happy as all get out! I didn’t really know what I wanted or what would work for me and armed with little more than a picture, I decided to book an appointment for hair services. I saw a lovely woman named Cindy who was SO knowledgeable about hair and asked me lots of questions about my hair habits/needs and made fabulous recommendations for my individual hair. Not only did she replicate the picture I gave her exactly, she gave me tips on styling and maintenance that will help me keep up this fabulous style. I’m always wary trying new salons as I’ve had bad experiences before, but I absolutely love this place! I love Cindy and I will most certainly be back!
I also had my brows tinted to match my new darker colour and Lyn was fast and efficient and my brows now look like a kardashian and they normally are fair and barely visible. This salon is great for ALL your beauty needs and lyn also told me that their nail techs don’t use drills on shellac polish removals so, your nails won’t be damaged coming here. I stopped doing shellac because of how thin my nails were upon removing them but I learned this is not from shellac, but from the drill most salons use to remove and reapply. I might just be getting my nails done again soon, as here I can trust they won’t be damaged. All in all. 100% rating

Laura is simply the best hair stylist I have ever come across in both Vancouver and Calgary. I've been at this location for cuts and highlights and each time, Laura has done a great job. She never rushes, has great suggestions on what will suit me and what won't, and her work always gets complimented by my friends and family!

I have been getting blowouts from Saad for years. Whenever I have an appointment I leave in great spirits and my hair is always perfect. He's fast, professional and the conversation is always uplifting. His blowout rate is cheaper than most salons without sacrificing care, attention too detail and style.

I went booked an appointment with Saad after numerous prasies from my friend that has been having her hair styled by him for years. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and a friendly atmosphere. Sadd does amazing work, he was quick and efficient. Saad was able to tame my crazy hair in a way I never thought possible. I am so thrilled with my new look and cant wait to show it off. I will definitely be returning.

Friendly, polite and very professional, she will do exactly what you ask her to do with your hair.
She is very conscientious and will be respectful of the space that you are in. If you feel like chatting, she will engage and if you feel like being quiet, she will honour that as well.
I only have one regret, I wish that I would have had her as a stylist years ago!

After seeing Lynn my skin has never looked or felt better. She tailors her regime to meet the needs of the client and is thorough and takes time to ask questions and fits her service to your skin type. She is very talented at all services including microblading, tinting, threading/waxing brows and I receive many compliments thanks to her.

I had been visiting high end salons for the past few years ($$$) but cant afford it now as a student. I still wanted nice work done and was hoping I wouldn't leave with a huge chop or something ugly. The stylist was really nice and gave me a great cut and toner. Work was excellent and the price was affordable. Will return.

I have followed Sheny and have been seeing her for over 5 years now, and can vouch on her professionalism, dedication, honesty and hard work in her profession. Shes an amazing, very friendly stylist who always gives her absolute best to her clients. I have had many cuts, colors (highlights, balayage). With her and I havent been disappointed once. My hair can be difficult at times when experimenting with colors but Sheny never gives up until we reach the desired result. She will listen carefully to what I ask for and always gives a thorough consultation before beginning and to take it a step further, she also lets u know y shes doing what during the service. I highly recommend her as the service she provides is worth every penny!

I wouldn't recommend this Angles. I paid over $40 for a kids hair cut and there were plenty of issues with the cut. We won't be back.
