I have been dealing with this insurance agency for 5 years now, for vehicle and home insurance, and have never had any issues! When ever I’ve needed changes they have been very accommodating, make changes quickly, and work hard to get the best rates possible (which have always been fair, in my opinion). All staff have been polite and very thorough with explaining how things work and guiding me through all changes that have been made.
I have recommended this company to many friends and family, I’d also recommend them to anyone reading this review.

Only greedy people very bad experience with us without inform to us disconnect my car policy in December 2021 almost renewed my policy then he want renewed with us we already inform to matt without inform to me cancel my he email to my husband he never check email i bought my home and car policy should me inform before canceling then we got mailed latter 221$ owing amount canceled your policy in October i call there why you not inform to me who is buy this policy who is pay you whole year pay why you not inform to me why canceled without insurance we drove my cars after that i call there in December my home policy also renewed we don't want with you we buy from other insurance now he wants in december month 400$ we took it already he plans to game without pay non payment cancel my policy same as my cars non canceled when i got it latter same time i will be pay but this staff don't care about your records only need money i never recommended this place don't go anyone this place never bought policy

Anita Ip office is a great place to inquire about your insurance needs. Most of the time they will quote you the best deals you can get. I have had the best service from Anita and her staff since I moved to Calgary 5 years ago. I did once try another insurance place as the price was slightly cheaper but the service was awful!
