I bought ringh from ontaio on 22 feb and came to exchange employee name Jitka refused like we dont carry so I can't exchange, what the hell is tgis excuse i have valid receipt and product like new, don't scam people to sell only.if u have refund or exchange policy you have to do it

Horrible experience which caused me to not buy anything. I put a watch on hold to come in that evening to buy it. I got held up at work, was unable to make it in. I gave them a call and spoke with the sales people that I had to hold it for longer. The manager called me today with the most ignorant, phone call I’ve ever had asked me if I want it or not with a rude tone. You don’t treat potential customers as horrible as this manager treated me over the phone I won’t be purchasing anything ever from the store after buying a wedding ring for my wife and the stone fell out also. Trash Louises is what this place should be called.

My sister went to this location today and bought something for $23 and she used her debit card and used tap on her phone. That was her original form of payment, she also had everything she needed to a return with no hassle. I even called to confirm with them and everything. She goes there after 30 minutes to return the item she bought she her phone (which she originally used) and her receipt and everything was packaged the way it was given to her. She goes there and she was trying to explain to them that the card on the phone will have different 4 last digit than her actual card. But if u go on the settings and you will see the same last digit on the receipt on her phone. That was the proof that this is the same card she used, she also just bought the item and went back 30 minutes after and they saw her use her phone. My sister went back 2 times and we even called to confirm everything before she went the second time. The manger I believe he was the one that answered the call and the name that was given to me was Stan not sure if it’s fake or real one. He told me if she used her phone to tap to make the payment and you have proof that this is the card which she did give, he will be able to to the refund. All she wanted
To do it as do refund and rebuy cause the original card she used was the wrong card. The second time she went she was given attitude because they did not try to understand her at all and the manger was rolling his eyes and huffing and puffing.my sister thought it wasn’t worth her time because they wouldn’t do a simple refund for $23 so she walked away and let them know that their attitude wasn’t nice at all and rolling their eyes will not help. I work at the mall too and I understand that you need have ur original payment method and your receipt and she had everything. They need to update their staff about the apple wallets and how they last digit will not be the same as shown on the receipt and that if you go on setting you will see the same last digit on the receipt in there. She wasted 40 minutes and wasn’t treated nicely. All she wanted to do was refund.

I purchased a Pandora bracelet online without really understanding how to put it all together, so I popped into Ann-Louise's Pandora section in their Cross Iron Mills store. I received absolutely fabulous service from a young woman named Bryce. She was knowledgeable and very helpful- even though I had made my purchase elsewhere. She even shared details of a promotion with me and so I made a couple of extra purchases from her right on the spot. I'll be back!

One of the employees here really did not respect me as a customer. I came here looking for a pandora charm, and she acknowledged me once and then proceeded to help customers that came after me, and never came back. I only give this 3 stars because another employee was actually really sweet when I came in another time.

Purchased diamond earrings here as a Christmas gift. A few days shy of one year we brought the earrings in because one of them broke. Did not bring receipt, so was told they could not help with the warranty.

A few weeks later brought the earrings in again because a diamond fell out. This time a different person told us they are able to pull up proof of purchase/receipt to confirm if it's still under warranty. By this time, we were no longer under warranty.

If the first person that had helped us had pulled up our history, we would have had the earrings repaired under warranty. We chose to repair the earrings elsewhere at our cost, and will no longer be purchasing jewelry from this store.

Poor customer service. There were only 2 associates working serving customers. Whilst myself and 2 other people were waiting. This was a busy Sunday afternoon, the manager should have planned better. I waited 10 minutes without being acknowledged. It would have been nice to be noticed and been like "I will be right with you". But nothing. The female associate had her back to the customers while helping someone else. Literally OBLIVOUS to her surrounding. Someond could easily stole something if the displays were open and she wouldn't even know. And then a customer budded me and took my turn. I didn't want to say anything and be rude, so I patiently waited. But this associate should have be aware of her surrounding, if she did, she would have helped me first. So, I had to interven and tell her I was first. I had to wait 10 minutes for the associate to answer my question in 30 seconds. This had me furious. Wasted my time here. You need to train your staff better cause they could care less about the people coming to this store.

Received excellent customer service from very pleasant knowledgeable staff at this location. A gentleman named Richard in particular was exceptional. I’d highly recommend going here to anyone shopping for jewelry!

I was served by Tanya and she was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Se helped me understand clarity, color, cut of a diamond. Very impressed with the store in general and I will be back.

I went to purchase a gift today and was shocked when the capacity of the store was 9 people and there were only 3 employees occupying the store at the time. They wanted my 8 year old children to stay outside. We’re not interested in my business at all. Not at all welcoming. As a business owner myself safety with COVID is our number one priority but perhaps the staff do not understand the protocol when it comes to how many people can be in the store. They ask you what you are looking for prior to letting you in the store? JEWELLERY, is that not what type of business you are in. Trying to support local business but when your not all that interested in people shopping there, makes it very difficult.

WAS THERE TO VISIT STORE TO BUY A WATCH BUT POOR ATTITUDE BY THE SALES WOMAN WORKING THERE, SHE TOLD THAT ME AND MY WIFE CAN ENTER BUT MY 5 YR OLD KID CANNOT. THATS VERY STRANGE. HOW ANYBODY CAN GO INSIDE WITHOUT LEAVING THEIR KID OUTSIDE. WE DONOT WANT TO VISIT THIS STORE ANYMORE. IF THE STAFF TOLD US TO WAIT FOR 5 MIN OR 10 MIN WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO DO THAT. I DONOT KNOW ABOUT ANY STORE POLICY LIKE THAT WHERE KIDS ARE NOT ALLOWED. VERY. Worst jewelry store I’ve ever encountered. The staff were dismissive and impatient not to mention how much they have overpriced their low quality pieces. And their return policy is awful. They’ll get it inspected by head office first and have reserved a right to reject a return for whatever reason they come up with. Stay clear of this and spend your money elsewhere!

Hands down some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had while shopping. Staff is not outgoing nor friendly whatsoever, and if you need any assistance with looking at a piece, good luck trying to get their attention. While actually buying my watch, the woman trying to sell it was extremely rude and condescending. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a lovely watch, but the customer service was not nearly as lovely.

Horrible service. Overkill security, profiling customers with no shame. Visited many other jewelry stores in this mall with no issues. To top it off they offer much shorter warranties and judging by the some of the reviews here, as well as the sales associates condescending answers to our questions, it seems like they'll look for any excuse not to honour it either. Highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Bought a engagement ring here, staff was awsome helping me make a decision and service and selection was 5 stars all the way. I highly recommend this store, there is lots of Male jewelry also here. They sell Canadian mines diamonds with certificate of authenticity which is important to keep our economy strong. Will definitely be coming back for my next purchase here.

We went to Ann-Louise Jewellers in Crossiron Mills today to have two watches resized. We were extremely impressed by the service performed by Richard. He made sure they fit correctly. When you go there, ask for him. You will be very impressed!

Me and my sister walked in and all we got was a dirty look. No, "hi how can we help you? ", they just ignored us and helped out other customers that came in. Nothing but plain rudeness and snobbyness, honestly would not be surprised if these people were just being racist. This place should get shut down.

My wife, son and I were in the store looking around looking for ideas for some holiday gifts when a lady with her baby in a cart walked in. The lady asked an employee a question who she preferred to defer the lady to her manager.

The lady explained to the manager that her diamond had fell off her ring, to which the manager simply refused to believe. The lady then took a receipt of her ring (which we were able to see and it was an expensive ring) and told her that it’s her third time coming to different branches and all told her she can just drop the ring for them to fix (it had to be resized to a bigger size). Which the manager also had a difficult time explaining the store does not fix but rather ship to a third party. The lady repeated that she understood that and she was just dropping it but by that point the manager was totally on the defensive and refused to accept anything the lady said. The worst part was when the manager told the customer she had to pay to increase the size, the lady inquired why it’s not part of the warranty service and the manager literally said: ‘ this is Canada, here we pay for things, and gold is not free’. WHO says that in 2018? We were disgusted and just left the store, we’ll never shop here nor consider it recommending the place. On the contrary, with racist and condescending service like that, i’d rather keep my self respect and stay away.

For diamond ring that expensive, you can at least expect a smile and a ‘how can I help you? ’ Kind of dialogue. Even on a bad day, a customer is not paid to be a customer, but a sales person is paid to have the skills to diffuse situations and please/solve customer problems as long as they’re respectful. That manager had a lot of values missing.

My dad wanted to shorten his watch lace, the guy helped us to make the adjustment, and he is really helpful and he told us how to make further adjustment if the size is not appropriate. He didn’t even let us pay the service! I really appreciate this place, great service!
