I made an online order of over $2000 on May 4. It said 6-9 business days for delivery. I still hadn't received anything by May 16th and the tracking page hadn't been updated from order received. I emailed the customer service chat and they told me there was a hold on my order and gave me a number to call. The customer service representative said they needed to clarify some information before the package could be sent because there were duties (all of which I provided on the order, such as name, address, email) - duties were included in the fee I paid. The representative said it was my bank's responsibility to follow up with me and I said this was Anthropologie's responsibility - if they need more info from a customer, they should be contacting me, not leaving my order on hold for 2 weeks. I have never had such a problem from any company I've ordered from online. I let them know this was poor service and requested they rush the parcel given that it has taken so long. She refused and I expressed my frustration that I would now need to wait another 6-8 business days. The representative said she was sorry I felt this way, and then hung up the phone on me. Very poor customer service with online ordering that contrasts starkly from service in Anthro stores. Will likely never order online from Anthro again

This company will buy your email address and make false sales to look good. Not ethical at all.

They used to provide beautiful, classy dresses that could be worn to weddings, the office, etc. Now, they provide bohemian chic clothing and have abandoned the more traditional, elegant wear. Very disappointing.

I’m located in BC and always call this location to place online orders. The last two times I had the pleasure of talking to Japleen and having my orders placed in a timely and efficient manner.

Very nice merchandise through the store, however certain items would sell better if the prices weren't set so high! As well certain products have been reduced in size to accommodate lowering prices, but are still priced well above fair value!

During the 2020 holiday season, lockdowns and a severely overworked postal system resulted in new challenges when shopping for Christmas. I was looking for a specific item from Anthropologie and did not want to buy online, as it is in USD and I would be subject to exchange rates and possibly duty fees on arrival. I contacted Anthropologie corporate who put me in contact with a store that had the product I was looking for, and they shipped it directly to me in a different part of Canada where our own Anthropologie store was closed due to restrictions. Even after a mix up with UPS, the Edmonton staff were still incredibly helpful.

Not your average clothing. Funky. Also some other items, some puzzles, dishes, designer pillows.

I've always had a terrific experience at this store. The staff are super friendly and are always willing to lend a hand. The prices are high, but you are paying for one of a kind designs that are high quality.

100$ to the first person who can spot a coloured employee at this location!

It’s strange, these employees seem to get really upset when people come in their store. The girls here should really get off their high horses and act their positions! I have NEVER given these girls problems and I’m a frequent shopper but it seems that every time I enter this store they get visibly upset. Way to go, never shopping here again.

They have sales often and I love that everything I have bought from there is such a unique style from other stores. Also, the customer service is wonderful. If you’re looking to splurge and treat yourself I would highly recommend Anthropologie!

I love coming to shop here. The staff are very friendly and they have such high quality, beautiful pieces of clothing and housewares.

An eclectic mix of fashion, kitchen, bath and more. I great place to find stuff you didn't know you were looking for!

Love the colours in the store! I look at all the pieces Anthropologie carrys and where they were made. It really does give me the hopes of travelling one day to those very countries.

Always an adventure when you’re shopping here. I live their displays, their buyers are incredible and you really have a great selection of quirky boho clothing.

I had never gone into Anthropologie before, probably thinking it would be another place where the largest clothes would barely fit around my leg. Wrong; they have interesting pieces in real life sizes, and the staff are great! They were friendly and happy to help without being pushy. I fell in love with a skirt and they helped to pick out tops that would go with it. The store features more than just clothing too. I'll keep an eye on it for gifts and home decor because of the beautiful pottery planters, candles, journals, etc.

I love this place. Much is out off my price range but try and check out the sale section. Lots of great finds there

My visits to Anthropologie are limited to the skin care line they carry. Mario Badescu. They don't carry all the products but they do carry the most popular and it is the only place in the city that I'm aware of that carries the line. Their staff is friendly, helpful and attentive.

I always find a unique treasure for my home or beautiful addition to my closet at this lovely store. Wonderful staff here too.

Love this store so much, great customer service. The clothes are pricey but they are beautiful and unique. Check out the sale section in the back for good deals.

Best place to shop as style is loud and original and quirky. Size 12-14 are usually in the sale section which is where I shop because this is a super expensive store.

This store confuses me. Half of it is super awesome stuff, half of it is the most hideous garbage I've ever seen. All of it is expensive.
