equipment availability is good from 10AM to noon when I usually go. Unsure of how busy it is at peak times.

I recently had membership concerns from a different location. Greeted at the door with an exceptional employee Kristina.she was so willing to help me out when I wasn't technically a member of the beltline location. Kristina was responsive, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to address my concerns. Her and the support staff I believe his name is Jake were prompt and efficient. Highly recommend this location. And the parking is just another added bonus.

Super chill gym! Not crazy busy, but cool people! Not an intimidating gym. Julia and Mandy are the best!

Happy to be back, post covid, with this location. Julia is so understanding, encouraging, and all around awesome. This studio is in a great area, clean and safe. I enjoy the goals on the app and perks available like parking, tanning and training guides.

It’s a great gym, the staff are super friendly. I’ve been to many any times and they’re all different. Only thing about this one is that the bathrooms/change rooms are smaller. The equipment supply is great though.

Only flaw is sometimes some people who have some issues have gotten inside and have caused incidents with members. For that reason I’d go when they have staff. It’s just an overall issue with downtown though, not the gym.

I called this location about a visitor’s pass and spoke to Julia on the phone. She was very helpful and friendly. I stopped by the gym to sign up for a pass and was promptly greeted by Julia. The process to sign up took a few seconds and gave me her card in case I had any questions (and to arrive during staffed hours). Thank you Julia!
Great gym for a workout while I’m visiting Calgary.

Great gym and great service, nya has been very helpful giving me a great deal on the 12 month. She gave me a great tour, provided all the gym remedies and ofcourse gave me the best deal on membership. If y’all need a membership go to her!

I’m super happy I signed up for this gym. The price is perfect, they have a great selection of equipment and everyone is super welcoming. The gym is always clean and never too busy when I have gone. The staff have been beyond helpful whenever I had any questions. I definitely recommend signing up here!

Small, but a great selection of the equipment that matters. Gets busy during peak hours, but not for long, and is 24 hours which offers a lot of flexibility. Clean, good quality equipment, and a respectful environment.

This gym was friendly and open. Julia was exceptionally nice and attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Highly recommend. There is a variety of equipments for different experiences. All the equipments are in excellent condition and the gym and it’s facilities are always In immaculate shape and clean.

Didn't take any photos but the store was nice more of a selection of your a guy but there was a few things for girls I didn't get a chance to look at the prices nor the snowboards but ya

This location has a great selection of equipment, with new pieces added yearly. Favorite feature is that they provide free underground parking (this is especially convenient given during peak times downtown).

Super awesome gym to go to! I recently moved and switched gyms due to accessibility and the new location I go to is a step down from the Beltline! All the trainers are extremely helpful and non judgmental. I was new to Calgary three years ago now, and I felt extremely nervous to go to the gym at first. Everyone welcomed me, made a point to say hi to me each morning, and also answered any of questions. There is a huge variety of equipment and the area is very spacious and tidy! 10/10 recommend this location in comparison to others!

I became a member just a couple of months ago and so far its been a great experience. The customer service is really good, specially form Julia whose has been beyond helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Unreal gym, have been using it for the last year or so and the 24 hour access is great. There is free underground parking and the trainers are super social and helpful. Julia helped me sign up and she is great, gave me a tour and was very sweet if I could give more then 5 stars I would

Fantastic gym. I have had trainers come up and show me how to use machines properly with no expectations. It feels like the people who work there actually care for my well-being. Julia who works the desk is very friendly and helpful. Free underground parking is a huge bonus. Good range of equipment and a well maintained gym.

Very clean space. Seems like there is always availability on the squat rack and weights which is nice. The girls are the front desk are helpful and there are always clean folded towels for when I shower.

Hands down to Anytime Fitness, best choice I’ve made thus far in terms of fitness centers here in Calgary.
Open 24 hours, Anytime Fitness is an amazing gym with great staff who are always happy to help! Clean and tidy with a comfortable atmosphere.
I have to thank Anytime Fitness staff, especially Julia (incredibly friendly and extremely qualified), for making it such a fun experience. I'm highly recommending to all vibrant Calgarians joining this gym. You will not regret it. Guaranteed.

Didn't like it here, I got too sweaty and tired from using the machines here, by a gym I thought it was a jungle gym so if your looking for a fun place to hangout don't go here as they have nothing pure workout machines

Recently immigrated to Canada from the UK, staff were super helpful in changing my club and payment info over.

I see it regularly cleaned down around 6am time before it gets busy. The weights are racked and other equipment has plenty of storage space off the floor.

Parking outside club available for free pre 9am which is a huge bonus.

Huge amount of spray bottles and towels available to clean your stations as you go.

I have to say I am shocked with the lack of professionalism this club practices. I understand the fitness industry has taken a hit during the pandemic, but that is no excuse to conduct business the way they have. I had sent 2 emails early April requesting cancellation as the gym was closed down. Finally heard back from Katrina in June saying I would have to pay a $100 cancellation fee plus two bi-weekly payments as there is a 30-day notice for cancellation, and that I would not be debited until July 5. I wrote back explaining I had emailed twice in April, asking if they could not include the 2 bi-weekly payments. Without responding to me, they went ahead and charged me $141.75 on June 14. I called in once I had seen the charge and Katrina told me her shift was ending and that she’d get back to me first thing the next day when she started her shift. It has been two days, I have called and emailed, and still no response. Absolutely absurd.

Looks like I’m not the only one with the same experience. I started working out here 4 years ago and decided to get a trainer. What they forget to mention is even though you pay $20k over four years, they freeze your membership and then start charging you again once the trainer is no longer there.

Then you have to pay a $100 cancellation fee. Poor management and ownership. Very poor communication and customer service after being a long standing member.

It is a nice, clean, well-run gym. The staff are approachable and knowledgeable. I can feel the passion from my dealings with Kat and Kyle with some individual PT sessions I've done with them.

Kat and the team at this location are top notch. They communicate with you and make the whole place positive. The gym is very clean and everyone is given a personal cleaning kit upon arrival for their personal use on machines, treadmills, ect. I recommend this as a place to keep both mental health and physical. Put on your tunes and escape.lots of space and instruction.

I agree with Sam, he should be honored and recieve a refund. His story will hurt your business far more than losing what you owe him!

Compared with other gyms I've been to in the past, Anytime Fitness really tops them. Staff and other patrons are respectful and care about the place. The gym is clean and generally isn't too too crowded. My favorite place to come and workout

A lot of word trainers that look like they need trainers toi in here. Layout of gym is kind of strange too

I miss this gym soooo much! I left Calgary a few years ago, but when I was there, this gym was the epitome of peace and focus. I loved all of the additional gym accessories (ab rollout, foam pads, bands, etc.). It sounds trivial but the little things really make all the difference! Late night sessions were so therapeutic here!

I looked into several other gyms around the neighborhood before joining here. I wasn't particularly interested in saunas, meditation rooms, spin cycle rooms, smoothie bars, tiered memberships.what I was looking for was a 24/7 gym, in a walkable distance, that hit all the important notes (racks of dumbbells, power racks, treadmills, group exercise room) at an affordable rate. Anytime is that place for me. It's also a bonus that all the staff there seem super cool and willing to help.

Tried the trial-month period with them, liked it, just signed a 12 months membership. Katrina was super friendly and helpful about signing up for the one-month trial as well as the year membership afterwards. Glad to have this place in the neighborhood!

I've been using this gym since October, and I couldn't be happier. Every one of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, always very welcoming and helpful. The gym is always spotless, Calvin does an incredible job of ensuring everything is pristine - not an easy task. The manager Katrina is an awesome personal trainer and obviously does an incredible job leading the team as the gym's smooth operation and the staff's friendly demeanor attest. Love the private changing rooms, never a long wait for equipment as there's more than enough for everyone. Very happy here!

Quit the gym, informed them, still received bills. Really poor facility and I strongly recommend everyone avoids this gym.

Gym claiming that they never received a cancellation request is a straight up lie that is documented by e-mails and calls when I was out of town. Really poor.

The facility is kept clean enough and is accessible 24/7 by fob access. This location is typically super busy. If that is enough for your needs sign up here. Customer service is not something to expect. Having read reviews about contract issues or communication issues, I agree and have had similiar issues. The 8 Ave.location is great. Clean, larger, great staff. However, that is quickly becomming a hotspot for homeless people and drug users as members.

Nice gym. Several different machines and options for working out. Located near the downtown core. Parking on the street can be limited depending on when you go however there is a heated underground parking available which is nice on cold days and nights and make sure you take a pair of indoor shoes as they dont allow shoes worn outside in the gym.

My boyfriend and I went into this club in August to cancel the renewal of both our memberships. The employee who helped us assured us that he would take care of it. As time went by, we continued being charged for one membership, so we called the club to follow up. We didn't hear back for a while and communication was difficult. One of the managers at this location told us that they had the wrong email on file for us, so we weren't receiving any correspondence from the club about this issue. Fast forward to December, we have been charged $200 for a membership which was supposed to be cancelled months ago. When we spoke to the employee who was responsible for our cancellation, he admitted that he made a mistake with one of our memberships and forgot to click the "cancel renewal" button. Since this was an honest mistake, we assumed that a refund would be without question for this error.

Scott Stewart, the manager of this location has refused to give us our money back for a mistake which we were not responsible for. Do not sign up with this gym, they will steal from you and then blame you for it.
