Grace diagnosed what appeared as a windows 10 problem to be a partial failure of the motherboard. Based on this, she recommended a new machine which she custom tailored to my needs and transferred all data and loaded a number of applications so I had a minimal amount of work to do. It was done expeditiously and a reasonable cost. Thanks.

Grace diagnosed the issue and provided me with a rock-solid estimate of repair cost and time. She then contacted me when the necessary part arrived. The repair was completed within her two hour estimate.

My experience was awful. Took my laptop in with the presenting problem of a battery error message and battery not turning on. Grace said it needed a new motherboard. Upon completion of repairs, I took it home— it turned on only when plugged in and the battery stays at 0 wont hold a charge. So I got a new motherboard but the issue I went in for isn’t fixed, I’ve paid and STILL can’t use my laptop as it won’t even turn on. Why didn’t she do a new battery? !? ! Upon pick up she mentioned I might want to get a new battery BUT clearly I needed one. Speaking to her she admitted she messed up… but I’m no further ahead with my laptop as it doesn’t work and I’m out almost $300. Such a bad experience.

Above and beyond. I came looking to get the battery of my phone replaced - it was running at 50% and I was having a hard time charging it. Grace replaced the battery and let me know that the charging port was indeed problematic as I had surmised. She quickly replaced that as well after consulting me and then on top of it all she noticed that my screen protector was cracked and replaced that at no additional charge. Great experience.
