We rented two party buses for a staff Christmas party and we received excellent service! The drivers were very professional and efficient.
Booking was very easy. Very good at communicating details and accommodating requests and changes! Highly recommend!

Tried booking a limo or even car service. Couldn't respond to text messages. Email was turned off. Completely unprofessional. 100% would not recommend.

Horrendous service from Faisal. I will never will use him again. Overpriced and poor service. He brags that his fleet is the newest in Edmonton. He's full of himself. There are plenty of better alternative Limo companies than APEX.

When we first arrived we had a very nice gentleman pick us up n courteously brought us to town. And when we had to go to the airport, we had another driver. Both very friendly men. I would definitely utilize this service again when I come back to Edmonton. Thank you.

We hired them to provide shuttle service for wedding guests and they showed up at the drop off spot instead of the pick up spot (delaying the day by 30 minutes) and they dropped the guests at the adjacent property instead of following the explicit directions we provided to the correct parking lot. They then decided to switch from a formal coach to a party bus for the end of night pick-up which was not what we wanted or asked for. They also drove away before all the guests had made it to the shuttle even though we were calling the driver to make him stop. He ignored the calls and drove away without 8 guests in the middle of the night.
When we called to request compensation for the multiple mistakes made, they made it difficult and in the end only refunded our 18% gratuity (required at booking).
So in the end, we hired them to do one thing, and they didn’t do it as per our agreement. And yet we still paid full price for their botched service.
All of this could have been avoided if they had made ANY attempt to communicate (and respond to us) in the week leading up to the event and bothered to brief their own drivers on what their job was.

Excellent! We rented a limo for a graduation celebration. The limo was clean, punctual and the driver was great, even suggesting a scenic drive when we had a little extra time. Great customer service as well. Recommended

I used Apex for my New Years Eve wedding and was very happy with their service. Because of Covid, our wedding plans seemed to change every week, and Faisal was very accommodating and responded quickly. Our driver for the day, Imran, was very professional and kind. I couldn't recommend them more.

Apex Limousine is the best limo experience I've ever had by far. The first time we called Apex was for a birthday evening with my best friends. Our driver was prompt, courteous, professional and made us feel like VIPs! We had many stops throughout the evening; restaurant and several bars. He was always there and ready for our next move. We expected to pay double (and we gladly would have!) but it was shockingly affordable. Today, we always use Apex coming and going to the airport. It only costs a little extra than a cab and we don't have to wait.ever. Keep it up and thanks!

My husband and I have both been usuing Apex's services for many years. My husband, in particular, travels often for work and Faisal has been his regular driver to and from the airport. Faisal and his other drivers are incredibly reliable and professional. The vehicles are very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Faisal takes a lot of care to ensure his passengers have a safe and comfortable ride. Apex is a local, independantly owned business that we are happy to support.

I have been using Apex for my airport trips for more than 8 years. When I have colleagues flying in to Edmonton, I pre-arrange it to ensure they are picked up at YEG by an Apex driver. For a single-trip fare that isn't much more than a cab or Uber, I get professional, on-time service EVERY TIME. I love that when I book a trip to the airport that is scheduled to leave my house at 4: 15am (!), I can look out my window and see an Apex car waiting for me at 4: 00. With other companies, the drivers may or may not show up on time and that stresses me out. All the Apex drivers are highly qualified, knowledgeable, professional and don't try to talk to you for the entire trip, which I really appreciate. I have recommended Apex to many of my co-workers who travel frequently.
