The worst receptionist i have ever encountered in my life.
They don’t wear name tags so i couldn’t get a name.

Worst customer service. I called to ask about lab work done and asked about appointments and wait times, the girl over the phone was very rude and unprofessional, she is like usually at other labs you wait 2 hours so there is no guarantee here as well for wait times, i just clarified her that at other labs, we dont pay so here we are paying $10. I wanted to book appointment and she just hang up my phone and said ok have a good day in a bety rude tone. No doubt the rating of the clinic is so low because the staff doesn't know how to talk.

Worst service! All the Receptionist working there don’t know how to do their job and surprisingly don’t know how to talk, they are always rude.
There is no sense of urgency or any sense of responsibility or accountability, seems as if they are playing game of passing the parcel.
I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

They are not accepting walkin patients on the weekends. No signs saying that, no mention on their website. Handicapped people beware of the lack of information about their hours or appointments

I went in as a walk-in client, they accept walk-ins until 10 am. I was notified that the wait time would be 3 hours, and I was willing to wait. The waiting area was large enough, comfortable seating and accommodates a large number of people.
My only misgiving about it was the lack of charging ports, with patients sitting for 3 hours plus, perhaps adding charging ports to charge phones or devices as people wait would be nice as well.
With the large number of patients to be seen, felt like the doctor was in and out and a tad impersonal, but I guess as long as he got the correct diagnosis, that's what should matter. But it would help if they felt a little warmer rather than in and out.

Very unprofessional, I had my appointment booked for 12pm with Dr. Amina and let the receptionist know prior to booking that my schedule is tight and that I need to get in as per my booking time. She said no problem you will go in as per your booked time. Went to the clinic and was told the 11: 30am patient was still in and that I had to wait 30 minutes even though I had an appointment booked. Please consider spacing appointments appropriately.

If there is any zero star I will give their customer service a zero star. The ladies at the reception are very rude. My wife spent two hours waiting for the family doctors and receptionist keep saying you are the next.
There is a notice in the clinic if you have any issue with the staff you can discuss this with your doctor or bring to their attention. This is what I did however she took her staff side and rejected my concerns. Which make me wonder why this poster is there. My wife ask receptionist name several times but no one gave her name to me. I think all the staff should have their name tag so we know whom we are talking to.
This clinic need to improve their work ethics and customer service. I will never recommend anyone to go there.

Appointment was at 12, i didnt get seen until 120 or so. And if you ask when you are going to get seen their response is “there’s only one person ahead of you” and then 8 go in before you

One of the worst clinics I’ve been to…. Booked an appointment at 10: 30 and was still waiting to be checked by the doctor at 11: 45. I don’t understand what’s the point of booking an appointment if I’m gonna be waiting like I’ve just walked in. It’s not worth the time and effort to go this place…. Search a better clinic.

Very very long wait time for scheduled appointment. I had an appointment at 10: 00 am and I waited 2 hours. We booked appointment to save time as I have 1 month old daughter but here we had to wait even after booking appointment. I left my 1 month daughter at home based on the appointment. When I raised concern for the wait time and told doctor about the inconvenience it causes for scheduled appointments, doctor responded saying “My wait time will remain like this only, you can goto another doctor”.

And this is just start of the day. Doctor office open at 9: 00, I was there at 10 and waited till 12 to see doctor for scheduled appointment at 10.

I went to get a Immigration medical examination done and everything went well. The doctors were nice and did a good job and I only waited a short time. So I definitely recommend for immigration exam. I can’t speak for anything else in that regard since I only came once, but I am satisfied.

If your doctor has no time for you, that's not your family doctor, approaching from last 8 months but no luck, after appointment sit's there one and one and half hour but didn't get a chance to meet him. What you expect who is least concerned about your health.
Total commercial business setup, miles away from professional ethics.

Worst Clinic. Take a day off to see a doctor. They book appointment for fun but never see you on time.

Firstly, you guys should learn how to speak with patients while answering calls, called in without seeing the reviews and results expected as in Reviews…!

Came in, WHILE having an allergic reaction but no one would help because I am not a patient. What's the point of a walkin clinic, if you have to be a patient?

The ladies at front don't know how to respect anyone. They are rude to everyone whether you are old or young.

I went more than 10 times as walking they’re refusing me as a walking, and they said Walking clinic make sure don’t waste ur time don’t go

Worst clinic! Very disappointed with the receptionist and very rude too! They don’t accept walk-ins even if there’s a big sign in-front of the building that says WALK-IN clinic! Don’t waste your time going there!

Very poor services. I have always had hard time dealing with their staff and doctor. Have to wait almost forever to get updates on the reports. Doctor moves the appointment without even notifying the patient. I would definitely suggest to find a better clinic to get results faster, this one works very slow in every aspects you can think of.

I called them about walkin, they told i can come before 11am, i reached at 9: 30am front desk told me that they are not accepting any walkins. I drove 40km for this answer. They dont have any organized system, this clinic is opertaing only on based on senior citizens, who can only speak 1 language. Will never visit this place

When calling can't someone answer the phucking phone rather than listening to that annoying voice recorder, this is why I will never comeback to this dump.

I took my daughter for a walk in today soon as they opened. Both of the receptionists acted like they didnt see us, i appoached to one of them and she told me they dun take walk in today in a poker face like quite disrespectful and didnt even try to offer to make an appointment. I am not sure how people like that attitude can work in the front desk.i DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Extremely poor front desk service and patient experience.

Their website does not reflect what appointments are actually booked, you can call in and book an appointment that day no questions asked.

That is when they decide to answer the phone. I had issues calling one time, I called 4 times, with no answer and had to go to the clinic to book an appointment.

The next appointment I waited until the minute they opened to call in with hopes of not being put on call (since they just opened). Nope. "18 minute wait". Left my phone on for 1 HOUR AND DID NOT GET AN ANSWER ON THE OTHER LINE.

If you love painfully waiting for anything then this is the clinic for you. Even with an appointment I spent upwards of 2 hours in the clinic. Terrible service. I recommend avoiding at all costs.

The receptionist are extremely rude at this clinic. I have called numerous times and left a message with the receptionist to have the doctor call me back but they never deliver the message. If I call to make in person appointment, I have to wait almost 15 to 30 minutes for them to answer the call even though wait time say that they should answer in 5 minutes or so.
I do not recommend anyone to this clinic because of poor customer service!

The front desk/receptionist was quite rude. Most reviews have been saying that. Can't believe I just witnessed first hand. What's the point of having an attitude to someone who is just asking a question. We all have responsibilities, if you don't like your job, do something else rather than putting your dissatisfaction on others

Very rude behaviour, i had an appointment at 12. I forgot my mask at home and i ask at reception. The lady didn’t give a 1 mask on the top she canceled my appointment i was suffering from back pain

WORST experience EVER.
Je vais parler en français parce que je veux bien m'exprimer. Première visite, je suis sorti en pleurant. Quelle froideur et manque d'aide. Deuxième visite, je me rend parce qu'on me dit qu'on a reçu mes résultats d'échographie SANS me dire pourquoi on veut me voir. Du STRESS pendant 4 jours pour finalement arriver devant le docteur et qu'elle ne sache même pas pourquoi je suis là. Nous étions le 25 avril, elle fini notre consultation en me disant qu'elle me transfert à un spécialiste sans me donner plus d'informations et s'en va voir d'autres patients. Je vais la voir pour lui demander ce que j'ai a faire, elle me dit que mon nouveau docteur m'appelerait. 4 juin, toujours sans nouvelles de la nouvelle clinique. J'ai appelé il y a quelques jours pour avoir le nom de celle qui aurait dû m'appeler et on a retourné 1 seul de mes 20 appels en 2 jours pour me dire que mon dossier n'a jamais été envoyé et qu'ils ne savent pas qui je suis. Je me suis présenté en personne à la clinic apex pour avoir mes documents, la réceptionniste arrogante et méprisante me dit qu'elle n'a rien à mon dossier et fini par dire "sauf les résultats d'échographie". Bin c'est exactement ça que j'ai besoin, allo? ! Elle m'a ensuite dit que c'est très long avoir des nouvelles. Je lui dis que NON c'est tres rapide, mais ils n'ont jamais eu mon dossier et personne ne me repond et je suis rendu à 28 semaines! Quel manque de compréhension, logique et compétence. Je suis parti avec mon rapport d'échographie (qu'ils ont meme voulu me faire payer dans un premier temps) et je suis allé me trouver un médecin moi même. Je suis nouvelle en Alberta, j'aurais aimé qu'on m'accompagne et me guide un minimum. Ne chercher pas d'aide de cette clinique. Le docteur vous dit même "bye" sans émotion une fois rendu dans le corridor.désastreux.

Went there today.to get my kiddo checked.as he gad some cough.no covid though.when I went there initially they asked me to get my sons health card.yes I agree they need. I went back to get it and when I returned the receptionist would take the card and look at it and say the doctor is not taking any walk ins today. I was like huh? Then why the heck wouldn't you tell me right way the first time when u approached.nope not happy.sorry!

As much as I gave this place a second chance. The reason for a timed appointment is to be seen at that time and be done as soon as possible. The first time I made an appointment here I have to wait for 15-20 mins just to be put in a room and wait for another 5 mins and just to be seen and checked for just 5 mins or less. Same thing happens on the second time I made an appointment but this time the Doctor say that he will be refusing to treat my problem and I should be seeing my physician but the only thing is that I just moved up North and of course I wanted to look for a closer and reliable clinic where i can go. But no not to this place. So for sure won't be coming back and will continue to look for another clinic. Also this place is lacking of customer service and receptionist seems to be in a bad mood?

My doctor just moved to this clinic so I was kind of unsure about somethings and the lady at the front was rude and full of attitude. I'm definitely switching Dr's. Doctors are not scarce. This treatment is not worth it

I’m only giving them 1 star because it’s impossible to give them less. Hands down the worst most unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced. Their pharmacy workers sat there and talked, watching TikToks while a young child with asthma was having an attack right infront of them waiting for an inhaler. The boys mother was left in tears and they still did not react. They are extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend to anyone at all to come here ever. Worst pharmacy in Calgary.

Really bad experience i would not recommend this to anyone i have waited almost 2 hours for my medical.

So after writing the review, the receptionist - BALWAINDER called me and my wife to her and started arguing about the review we wrote. She told us that u cannot write a review and was imposing her opinion on us. She asked us multiple times that the clinic never called us abd we came by choice.

What kind of immature behavior is this. They should learn on how to take feedback or at least broaden your thinking so that you know how to work in customer service.

Also want to add something positive - Dr. Amna was very professional and she listened to what we as patients had to say. She did the diagnosis very calmly and made sure when we left, we were given then proper care.

Me and my wife came to this place (as our doctor was on vacation and my wife needed immediate care). Worst receptionist I have ever seen and these people CHARGE you money if you don't have a mask. What medical clinic SELLS you a mask, which should be a basic need as this a doctor's clinic.

We were told that the doctor will see us in 30 minutes. We waited over an hour for the doctor to see us and she didn't even bother to listen us.

I was also amazed to see that this place not only pretends to treat sick people but also offer condominiums for rent whihc clearly shows that this place only cares about making money and does not bither if a patient is treated correctly or not.

Worst place I've ever visited and will never ever come here or advice anyone to come.

Worst place to come as they didn’t follow proper rules like first come first serve, i call earlier to book appt and girl over phone told me to come @11 i reached exactly @11 bt when I reached they told me I don’t hv any appt then they said it will be walkin i still said okkkk i sat down till 12: 30 no one call me to see doctor even i over hear conversation there is girl came after me to see same doctor they take her first with in 20 min bt i wait 1.5 hours I asked receptionist twice she was keep telling 20-25 min more then at last i loose my patience i ask her again she start giving me new excuses and all 3 receptionists is on me by saying we have this many doctors……. Blah blah…. Come on they have to think only patients come here (patients already stressed) not a normal person come here for fun… just because of patients they have job so they need to be nice and think accordingly…

Don’t know why they booked appointments to meet drs, one an hour wait is compulsory some time more than two hours

This place is the most worst clinic in my life. I am health profession too but I never seen like this terrible place.the receptionist is very rude they don’t know how to speak with patients and prepare waste time 1-2 hours just for nothing.please if you need best place don’t go there.very bad place and people with 0respect.

Unprofessional behavior at front desk sitting staff and also if you have appointment you need to wait 40 to 60 mins for doctor.

The doctors are wonderful! However there is a young lady who works as a receptionist she makes customers feel unwelcome and she is always sulking and no matter how a customer tries to lighten the moment she always seems unapproachable. She made me feel uncomfortable no matter how I tried being calm collective and respectful. Overall the service isn't bad though especially from the doctors as I said before.

Very poor receptionist I have ever met at all, they don't know how to speak with the patients in a nice manner, mostly they speak with you using their gloomy and frown face with no reason. No welcoming or greeting, the only thing they know well is how to ask you to have a seat for a prolonged times.

You can get your blood work done on site along with the pharmacy in the same building. Saved me a tonne of time.

Never go here, zero respect for your time, constantly lying to their patients. They take advantage of Seniors because they can speak Punjabi/Hindi, so they know everyone will come there, once my grandpa needed to see a doctor, our main doctor was closed, we went here instead, they gave us an appointment for 1pm, we arrived at 12: 30 pm and sat till 2: 30 pm, they just make a fool of everyone, I hope your business fails, we don’t need dishonourable practices in our great Canadian medicine
