It was my second time I when there and like before it was perfect doctor and receptionist they were so kind and nice with me and my family

It’s time to leave my review about this place, initially everything was fine, they checked my eyesight and told me that I have 100 percent, after the benefit offered sunglasses and in addition offered to make glasses for the computer, I agreed and chose the frame. They said they’d call in 10 days, and I’d pick them up, and they wouldn’t give me the check and the eye exam. I called them after 15 days, they apologized and told me to come the next day to pick up the glasses for the computer, when I arrived I began to demand all the checks and the result of the eye replacement, barely given. The test said that I had a plus 0.5 and my computer glasses were made with a plus, I said that I was uncomfortable with them, I was told that is okay and that I must have realized eventually, I don’t recommend this place! THEY JUST USED MY BENEFITS!

This location is awesome. The staff are knowledgeable and approachable - always make you feel like a VIP. They were especially helpful in adjusting my frames that were too loose for me and giving them a well-needed clean. Whenever I visit and they have new frames within my search’s purview they let me know. Them remembering my general preference makes me feel valued, and like they really care about what they do and providing the best experience <3

Awesome doctor. Been dealing with optometrists for 30 years. This Dr took his time, and was personable. The staff and Drs were quick and patiently sensitive to my needs.

The staff at Apex Vision is outstanding.
The reception staff was warm and welcoming to everyone that entered the clinic.
I found Dr. Hamdan to be personable and professional. More importantly, he conducted my exam thoroughly and answered all my questions satisfactorily.
Dr. Hamdan also outlined a plan to ensure my continued eye health by collecting detailed measurements that will serve as a baseline for future follow-up appointments.

Everything was fixed! At first I was not satisfied with the quality of the glasses. But the problem was solved quickly and efficiently!

Excellent care over the past 3 years from Dr. Hamdan and staff. Very thorough eye exams and detailed work to get the prescription the best possible for my particular eye issues. When my latest eyeglasses were not correcting my vision despite multiple attempts to adjust the frames & lenses, a new eye exam revealed changes that required a new prescription that solved the issues completely. Very happy with both products and service, including persisting until the problem was solved.

We visited Apex Vision on Wednesday, Exceptional service and warm welcome by Bassam and his associates. My Wife needed fine Gucci glasses, They had plenty of option to choose from.definitely visiting them in future.
