A one star review, because there was no option for nothing less than that, the worst customer service manager answering the phone with zero professionalism. I booked a cab yesterday and they charged me over price and called them to ask about it, the”so called service manager” on the phone said it’s the company policy and they won’t do anything, shouting to a customer who was overcharged and asking me to hang up the phone very unprofessional. I called once and they said the manager is gonna give me a call back within few min, I waited for 2 hrs and no call back came. I called them back and the manager on the phn did want to hear wht was my complaint and asked me to hang up. Never going to recommend anyone to call on these cabs. I asked the driver, why they were charging me extra and he said the same thing it was company policy and asked me to call the office if I have any questions. Very sad to say that, you are scamming people.

Mangit #222 went above and beyond for customer satisfaction and was the most helpful cab driver I’ve ever encountered. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a ride in town.

Got the nicest and best cab driver. They also got to me withen mins of my call so quickly I wasn't even ready figuring it would be at least 15 mins but instead I was happy to have my cab in about 5 mins or less.

Friendly drivers, and for the most part speedy arrivals after the first phone call. Nothing to complain about.

The cabs are nice, and the drivers are pleasant, but I was just yelled at by the dispatcher/whomever answered the phone whilst trying to arrange a ride to the airport. I’m in a very placid mood and didn’t appreciate the stressful conversation.
All in all, good company and a new presence in the Grand Prairie community it would seem, but the guy answering the phone needs to collect himself a little while talking to customers. It can’t be a great time speaking with everyone, I understand, but don’t alienate those who mean well in the process.

I did not have a good experience. The person answering the phone cut me off mid sentence twice, which it’s really busy I get that so it’s not the end of the world. But when I was picked up the driver made a very large unnecessary loop (which costed me more), made a phone call and constantly doing things on his cell phone. I will give them that with it being the busy season the driver was at my house very quickly.

The drive is polite and friendly. Big thanks to Mr. Shavi he give the best ride i experience. E recommended this AP GP to those people who want self and comfortable ride.

I called Apple Cabs G. P for the first time tonight, and it was hands down the best cab experience that I have ever had. The driver was so professional, and made sure that I felt comfortable and at ease the whole time.

The drivers are great but I can’t hear the dispatchers. I ask for a cab to an address and ask ten questions s all that I cannot hear. Immensely frustrating when you have somewhere to go and the line is so quiet you can’t communicate.

Super service. We have been coming to GP for 10 years to visit our son and daughter in law. It's always been hit or miss with taxi service to the airport at 4 am. Apple cab is there on the dot! Clean and friendly!

The company had their driver there in 5 mins. Very respectful, very friendly and the company’s mindset is amazing! Pure customer satisfaction, not judging or caring where you want to go… I needed to go to the gas station that would have been a 10min walk, too cold lol. He didn’t care nor judge. Best cab company I’ve ever experienced!

Very heartwarming experience. Was walking 2km home at 11pm in -25°, about 10 minutes in a very kind driver pulled over on the side of the road and told me to get in. I told him I didn’t have money with me and he told he would take me where I need to go anyways. The moment I got in he made me feel super comfortable making sure I knew he just wanted me to be warm and safe. Big huge thank you to him, will be using this company in the future!

Called three different times to get home and they gave six different excuses, be there in 2 minutes, be there in 5 minutes, and yet waited we’ll over 30 before calling a competitor. When I said I was calling another company they hung up. Absolutely disgraceful service.

Called was put on hold twice, asked for a flat rate, didn't get it. Lady on the phone said 19-25$ maximum and will have the driver let me know. They sent a cab all the way to my address without telling me a flat rate, which they then gave a ridiculous amount of 35$ when he already arrived, as previously being told prior 19-25$.
Cancled the cab and my appointment, very unorganized and unprofessional.

I've had the worst experience with Apple Cab out of all the cab companies. In my most recent interaction, Cab driver in taxi no. 030 took offense to me wanting to put my luggage in the trunk by myself because I didn't want others handling my luggage. Afterwards I asked if he had a mask because I didn't feel comfortable getting into his car without him wearing one. He argued loudly with me to get into his car first and I said I didn't want to until he wore a mask. He promptly called Apple Cab, said I was giving him a hard time and told them he wasn't going to take me to the airport. I was left arriving late to the airport.

Note that Apple Cabs also charges $1.90 for credit card transactions and there is always a minimum of $7 charge no matter where you go in the city according to a few Apple cab drivers. Other cab companies have taken me where I need without such fees.

What a good experience it was. It was around 7°, in the morning and they got me to my destination within time. Not only the driver but the dispatcher as well was very professional. Highly recommended!

They are the better cab company in town. Newer and cleaner cabs and less sketchier drivers too. I have been using them a couple times since i got an injury and almost every driver was willing to help me with my crutches to and from the cab. They're great!

I've been riding with Apple Cabs for about the second half of December now and compared to some of the other cab companies in Grande Prairie, they're (currently) superior to the other companies in town. I've pretty much stopped calling other companies due to reliability issues with nearly every other company in town. While I cannot speak about their future service, I have to say that for the time being, Apple Cabs is certainly the best cab company in Grande Prairie. They're pretty prompt with regards to bookings and always do their best to show up within a reasonable time frame, unlike nearly every other cab company in town which seems to have an issue showing up on time, if at all.

I cleared my throat once and my driver has non stop decided to mimic the cough and even louder every time they drive me at least 50 times in a 20 minute ride. Not professional.
