I had liquid damage to my MacBook Air. I took it to the Apple Store and was basically told to purchase a new laptop because the repair would be $500 more than purchasing a new one. I then took my machine into Apple Expert and Haider took it apart while I waited and clearly explained what needed to be done to restore my laptop to "like new" condition. He and Andrew completed my repairs in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and expert knowledge provided by Apple Expert.

Highly recommend! My MacBook Air completely died and they had it back to me within hours, fully functioning. Very nice staff as well

5 starts does not even begin to due justice to the incredible team at Apple Expert Calgary.

When I came across Apple Expert (I wish I had found them sooner!), I was completely out of options. I spilled water on my MacBook Air, and was told by Apple themselves as well as 5-6 other "data recovery specialists" in Calgary that there was no way to recover the data. Not even a "we can look at it", I just received numerous "the data cannot be recovered".

I called Apple Expert Calgary, and they told me that this is exactly what they specialize in, and to come in right away. Haider was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful - he looked and my computer and said he would start working on it asap.

I was under some tight deadlines with work, and Haider took it upon himself to get right to work. I was called not 4 hours later and told that they were able to get EVERYTHING. I dropped off my new computer and picked it up the next morning. It was PERFECT, essentially my old computer exactly. When I say that everything was there, I mean everything. All of my documents, my photos, the tabs I left open, everything.

It's hard to put into words how thankful I am for Haider and the team at Apple Expert Calgary - I can never truly repay them for their hard work and expertise. But I will continue to let everyone I know about this place. Thank you again Haider - truly!

Due to some accidental damage, I had to get my screen replaced on my MacBook Pro. I was leaving town the next day, so Haider Issa stayed late at work just to make sure the job would get done on time the next day. Greatly appreciated, Haider! Thank you for your excellent customer service!

I cannot say enough good things about this place - I am over the moon grateful for their help with my Macbook Air! A little backstory.

For the first time ever, I was not thankful for my morning coffee when I started work yesterday morning and tipped my cup over the track pad of my work laptop. It stopped working almost immediately. I panicked, and went on Google immediately to find a place to help.

It was early in the morning, so I desperately called the only place open (not Apple Experts). They had someone look at the laptop (mind you they took it with them - so I was in a panic that I might not even get it back) and when they returned they charged me $250.00 for "diagnostic and cleaning" as well as told me that I needed to pay an additional $600 in order to get it fixed.

I wasn't convinced this was the best deal, and I was a bit miffed that they returned my laptop with my keyboard now broken as well, but believed them when they said it was due to the liquid getting through the rest of the laptop and damaging the key board as well.

I called Apple Experts to see if they could offer me a better quote. They recommended I come down right away to have them take a look at it. I have a very young puppy so I asked if I could bring him too, they said it was no problem. Huge bonus points if you're a dog person!

When I got there, they opened the laptop right in front of me and showed me that not only was there STILL liquid in the trackpad, he could see evidence of the way they had broken the keyboard as well too! He had me take photos, and even circled all of the areas of concern on the photo for me so that I could show the other company and attempt to get my money back.

Apple Experts not only fixed my laptop for a much better deal, but they also completed the task within 5 hours. I am ecstatic that it is back and everything is still on the computer and I am so thankful I didn't go back to the other company.

I will bring all of my repairs here! Fantastic customer service. Thank you for everything!

If you're reading this, 2 things:

1) If you're on your laptop and have a coffee near the vicinity- pick it up *carefully* and put it on a completely different surface so it cannot accidentally tip over and spill all over your keyboard and screen.
2) Haider Issa is a computer genius, wiz, aficionado.wow.

I spilt almost an entire cup of coffee all over my keyboard of my laptop almost a week to the day~ tears and complete panic ensued, as my entire business is run on my 13" Macbook Pro. And, I hadn't recently done a back up of the entire system in quite some time. I literally ran to my car- drove to Apple Experts and was through the door just before 11 AM same day. Haider was kind and reassuring that he would be able to fix my computer and recover the data. Albeit it would take several days to do so.

I just picked my computer up (after 6 days being serviced) and not only did he recover everything, but the computer is like brand new. It runs perfectly and every single document is here. Every.single.one. It's like the spill never happened. I do not understand how he did this. But I am so so grateful.

If you ever require tech support for extensive liquid damage, or anything at all, I HIGHLY recommend Apple Experts ~ they are the only ones I'll ever trust with my computers. The bill was on the high side, but not near what I was expecting and in all honesty- nowhere near the cost of a new laptop nor the cost of my mental sanity if I were to have to start from scratch. If you have electronics requiring service, I highly recommend Haider and the team at Apple Expert Calgary. I came in on a Thursday evening with liquid damage to a MacBook Pro and a final paper due on Sunday. Apple Expert was able to retrieve my document and called me the next day with a fully functioning laptop. With the looming deadline, they replaced the motherboard and sent me home with the charge of a repair, truly saving the day! Apple Expert is highly reputable, with the lead engineer having multiple certifications and a wide breadth of expertise, spanning from Apple products to Androids, speakers and the like! We will continue to use Apple Expert and recommend their services to those in Calgary. 10/10

An excellent experience. He diagnosed my computer for free and then gave me a quote to fix it. No pressure to fix it. Work was completed earlier than was promised. Excellent service. Very good business hours. Definitely recommend this business.

My computer was totally dead, after trying to do some "home tricks" with the chargers, I finally gave up and took it to Apple Expert. They instantly opened the computer and told me the problem in two seconds. The customer service is exceptional, they take your contact info and send you an email with the explanation and cost of what they are going to do, and later on they send the online payment receipt. If there is anything else they find, they contact you before fixing it to let you know the extra cost and time.
My computer was ready in 24 hours, they were kind enough to give me a call when I was able to pick it up. I definitely recommend them if you're looking for a quick, quality service at a fair price.

These guys are great. They recovered my external hard drive same day. Highly recommend if you have ANY tech issue, they do more than just Apple!

Great service! Took in my laptop, was acting strange. I had got it fixed LAST year from them, faulty battery.today they replaced the battery free of charge, even though they say 6 month warranty on parts. Done same day.

Life Savers! I highly recommend Apple Experts for Data Recovery. I had a damaged Passport External Hard Drive and they were able to recover all my data. From the moment I entered their shop, I felt confident in their capabilities. With a great detailed explanation of why my external hard drive was damaged and how they planned to recover my data, consistent communication with their progression and a thorough run down of the files they recovered. Do no let the name fool you, they work on all Brands of PCs, laptops, external hard drives, etc, not just Apple products. Honestly, bring your hard drive here for data recovery before going any where else. These guys are highly educated and experienced!

After being told by two different stores in two different provinces (in Montreal-QC and Cochrane) that my computer was beyond repair, I was feeling desperate to find a solution. My MacBook stopped working. Went to the Apple Store, they said I needed a new logic board which would would cost $900 and erase all my data. I came to Apple Expert, where he diagnosed the problem right away, and said he could fix it for 600 and I would also get to keep my data which was my priority. I went to another repair shop in hopes of getting a better price but they up kept it for almost two months and in the end declared it unrepairable. Since I knew that wasn't true, I went back to Haider and he fixed it for me in 20 minutes! Very knowledgeable and professional, best place in Calgary.
