We are seniors both trying to find a solution to post-surgery workouts and our first stop was Apple Fitness (Liv). Victor Leung walked us through the options on recumbent bikes as well as their service program. Although we aren’t ready to make this purchase, he was a great coach, gracious, and gave generously of his time. Much appreciated given the less stellar attitude of several competitors.

They did an excellent job repairing my 20 y/o Life Fitness G7 machine.

Victor is the best - super knowledgeable in both fitness, and equipment selection. Absolutely best experience working with him, made everything super easy and affordable for us. Would definitely recommend working with him to create your workout space no matter the budget.

Great experience! Originally I only stopped in to compare prices/machines to those on sale at retail stores, but Victor still took the time to walk me through the machines and answer all my questions even though I was leaning towards cheaper treadmills at other places. In the end I decided the quality of the treadmills, the excellent warranty and support provided by Apple Fitness, including delivery and set up, was worth the higher price. The delivery team were quick and efficient - carried it down to my basement, set up and ran me through programs in less than half an hour. Very happy with my decision and enjoying my new treadmill!

Fed up with risking life and limb exercising on Calgary’s freeze/thaw cycle - my wife and I started the process to look at home equipment. We landed on Apple Fitness and went with one of their elliptical machines - and we love it. Once we got past the sticker shock - as these items are high quality and stuff you find in gyms or nice hotels - we realized we wanted the quality they had to offer. We are glad we did - from early sales discussion with Victor - to David’s delivery and install team - top to bottom the experience was memorable. There was no rush, no dodging and every effort to narrow what we wanted and get us started. Furthermore - they are lightning quite to respond to are queries on things that need tightening and such - so we feel well looked after. Thanks Apple Fitness Team - we are very grateful for you, your product and service.

Service is good they always help out but for some reason there’s always something going wrong with the equipment but they come for the rescue right away
