I wish I could give negative stars, that's how bad the service is. After countless complains the management has not taken any actions against the cleanliness around the grave areas. There is no improvement in security. The buzzer keeps shutting down everyday. We have seen homeless people coming in our building and smoking and irritating us by knocking our doors. After complaining about roaches in our apartment Avenue living has done nothing about it. We have roaches in our dish washers and countertops. The laundry rooms are really bad. People are not aware about the time and leave the clothes in the washing machine for hours.
