Horrible Customer Service, stayed home in order for them to remove pieces and leave a mess behind. They asked to use MY TOWELS for draining the washer. ARE YOU GOING TO PAY TO GET THEM CLEAN / COME PREPARED! Seems to be a young fella working there who seemed to prioritize people with more people in a household? "I cant prioritize 1 customer, i have other service calls i need to attend to" i thought i was a service call; guess not. Anyway he tries to comeback after 3 hours for 1 part, total waste of time. Horrible horrible service.

Amazing products, great customer service and good and professional delivery team, Shaun was very helpful and knowledgeable, we ended up purchasing two new appliances, prices are one of the best in the city for good quality products.

I was in the store on two different occasions as my fridge requirement changed and super friendly, helpful staff both times. They were the only store in Edmonton that carried the actual fridge that I wanted and happened to have 3 in stock. They beat the competitor's advertised price no problem. Delivery was set up at my convenience and delivery crew were absolutely on time and gave me a 30 minute head's up. They were moving pro's and super careful in my apartment building and my suite. Very friendly. Super experience with Appliance Outlet and I will absolutely recommend them to others! Thanks so much. Now to do the kitchen reno's in order to accommodate the fridge!

All the staff we encountered were friendly and approachable.    It took us, or should I say me, a few visits to decide on our purchase of our new fridge.   I like to take my time making decisions like this, so not to buy something impulsive and regret it. Each time the salesmen were attentive and patient and listened to our needs, likes and dislikes.   They were very informative which helped in making our decision.   They didn't make us feel as if they were trying to pressure us into a sale.   They repeatedly told us they want to help us find the fridge that will make us happy. The fridge we chose not only met our refrigeration needs, we also got it for an  awesome price.   Our fridge was delivered by two polite and professional gentlemen.   They set up and removed the old one.   We will definitely  highly recommend Appliance Outlet for your appliance needs.

I bought a scratch and dent washing machine and a new stove through Brano. He was not pushy on making a sale and was great to deal with. There ended up being an issue with the washing machine. Brano made it right with a replacement. The delivery guys were nice, respectable, and careful with the appliance. I would definitely recommend this store for you appliance needs.

Wow, what a great experience we had purchasing our new fridge. It was a phenomenal price and fit our families needs perfectly. We received a delivery today that our landlord had set up. All new appliances! We love these guys. Anywho!
They had a guy named Timmy give us a few options since the landlord said it was okay to pick out something from the options available. He did a good job explaining which ones were good and their features.
Two guys named Steven and Victor delivered today and they were such nice people. They did everything for us. A fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave! Took all the wrapping off and setup most of the stuff. We’re very happy with the service these two young men provided us with today. Stress free delivery. We’re very happy! Thank you Timmy, Steven and Victor!

Guys are alwasy great here. We are in the construction business and we have always found them to be the best prices in the city. Brano works hard to make sure he can fit within your budget.

As someone who has worked and shopped here, you really can tell its run like a family business. Lazar and his staff really go above and beyond to make sure the customer was well looked after, informed, and never pressured into a sale. I recommend this place to all my friends, family, and coworkers!
- Edited October 21,2021. I needed a fridge and dishwasher in September for the basement suite I'm building with my family, so I called Appliance Outlet and spoke with Timmy for some advice. Within a few minutes he helped me pick out 2 units that fit perfectly with the measurements I provided. When Jake and Victor arrived with the delivery they took care of everything, even putting sheets down on the carpet and protective cloth on the banister. 10/10 Happy customer, would recommend to Everyone!

Great place! I was so happy they had a number of dryers in stock. I bought a gas dryer and it was delivered a couple days later and the old dryer taken away. The price I paid was substanially less than the big box stores and the fellas that delivered it also hooked it up. Great sales, service and price!

A big thank you to Brano who helped us quickly select a new upright freezer and had it delivered within 48 hours. Delivery was fast and efficient. We definitely will be back in the future when we need other appliances.

What a great place to buy appliances. I purchased my dishwasher from them a year ago and I had issues with the control panel. Called around all over looking for a replacement only to be told it was out of stock for 6 months so I went back to look at buying another. They found me the part I needed within 5 mins and no charge! Customer service was exceptional, we will be purchasing all future appliances from here!

Recently my fridge stopped working (I called in and they scheduled and sent a technician) Unfortunately the fridge was not fixable and needed a new one) Technician was $102.9 they tell you this afterwards
I called back to purchase a new fridge, they said they would call me back and they never did, I called back again and still bought a fridge through you guys, not too many PPL would.
1 month letter they are still sending me invoice that I didn't pay (which you have all of my information on the file, how else did I pay for that new fridge $934.50) and sending emails at midnight so unprofessional, yes I get it its automatic but you can change that, for that reason I would not recommend you since your staff has 0 communication with each other.

They do not return your calls, I decided to go in with my husband sales staff ignored us, prices not very low.

I purchased an appliance last year from Appliance Outlet. I started having issues in January and had a technician come out to have a look. Things were okay for a bit but then my appliance started acting up again. I called in again but since my warranty had expired I was completely blown off by a blatantly rude receptionist. I WILL NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! As the saying goes BUYER BEWARE!

Went to appliance outlet on recommendations from co-workers. Jason helped me out and was awesome to deal with. Lots of selection, awesome prices and your able to take the appliance home on the spot. Will definitely be purchasing future appliances here!

Horrible experience. We purchased one set of washer & dryer and make appointment to pick up in the next day. When we arrived and the machines weren't ready and we have to wait for another 2 hours. Jason is the sales and the rude attitude make this purchase very unpleasant. The owner, Darko, is in holiday and it seems his employees were taking "none of my business" attitude.wont' come back again.

I went to the one on 14830 119 ave. Was dealing with Jason. Very friendly and informative. Would definitely come here again and recommend it. The guys that brought the washer to my mom's house were super friendly and hooked it up showed her that it runs and the knobs. Honestly very fantastic service.

I needed a new wall oven ASAP, I was told delivery would be 2021 on the oven I ordered. (order now cancelled) I went to the Appliance Outlet and within 10 min. I had the wall oven I was looking for. I bought a unit from them a year ago. It was a good deal compare to other stores. The unit had to be repaired 4 times (it was either the washer or the dryer that had problems). Service I received from this company is outstanding. Sales people were nice and gave me the best price they could. Delivery guys very also very nice and professional. They did everything not to damage my property. Theresa in Service Department is very nice, professional and quick to respond. The repair man they sent was very nice and knowledgeable as well. Overall a very good company to deal with if you need an appliance.

I was going to buy all the appliances needed for our new place from these guys. I heard good things about this store however after they forced me to wear a mask at the store I decided to shop elsewhere. At the same time I saw their employees walking around the counter with the masks hanging on their necks.

If the owners are so afraid about "deadly coronavirus" they should close the doors and stay home!
There is no need to force people wearing a mask.

Today I had to replace a washer and dryer set in my rental property in St Albert. I am currently residing in Newfoundland.

I spoke with Steve and within 30 min, I had made my purchase and he had the delivery and removal of old units made with my tenant.

Very smooth transaction and quality product with warranty.

My recent experience with Appliace Outel was nothing short of excellency from the moment I walked in the door where they offered masks & hand sanitizer.
As a customer that act alone proved to me this business not only is doing their part by protecting their staff but me as a customer as well. Yes I did see a sales staff with a mask pulled down near his chin but it was behind his protective glass and once i approached his desk he quickly put it on and came out to the floor and helped me purchase my new washer & dryer. From the enterance to the sales, delivery and unbeatable price I give them 5 stars. Unlike a previous poster Chosing to wear a mask saved me not only money but possibly saved a life. Kudos Appliance Outlet!

This was my first experience at Appliance Outlet. Let me tell you, I will be back and will tell my friends. I was recommended by a co worker and have since recommended them to my uncle and a different co worker. From the moment I walked in the door Shawn made me feel comfortable answering all my questions honestly, promptly and with a smile.

Now thats the service, now for the prices. First off, the delivery fee is $20-$25 cheaper than the big box stores and takeaway is only $25! Secondly and arguably the most important, I LITERALLY saved $775! The fridge I bought was the exact same one as rona, with the same warranty! 10 out of 10. I highly recommend. ASK FOR SHAWN!

Went looking for a new dishwasher. Salesman, Shawn, was great. He asked lots of questions about what we wanted before recommending one. He also showed us products at a higher and lower price point. Was very friendly and not pushy. Installation/removal of old one scheduled for a few days later. Technician, David, was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I bought several appliances from them. Great value for their products and excellent service for any issues with the products.

This is by far the best place to get your appliances in Edmonton. Shawn was outstanding as our salesperson and had no problem entertaining my daughter as she ran around the store looking at everything while I tried to decide on what OTR Microwave I wanted. For the quality of the stuff in there, I also couldn't believe how low the prices were.

Installation was also above expectations, the tech who came (Dave) observed social distance and PPE requirements which set a good example for my daughter, who again asked a million questions about what Dave was doing and he even took the time to show her step by step what he was doing and why.

What about on going service? Well I noticed that the LCD screen had one minor burned out portion that wasn't a big deal but my family was annoyed by it. I sent them a note, and Lazar immediately called me and offered to fix it the next day. It was fixed within an hour and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work.

For the kind and quick service you guys provided, I will buy all my appliances here going forward, and will tell everyone to do the same. Thank you for taking care of everything!

Great customer service and respect for covid rules by limiting number of customers and providing masks. We will definitely be back as appliances wear out. Also, not high pressure.
