Very impressed, fast / responsive service, fixed my dryer in under an hour. Very reasonably priced thought I'd be paying more. Running great. Dryer needed new drum rollers and under pulley.

Made an appointment with them to look at my broken dishwasher. Took the day off work to be home for it. They never showed up, and didn't pick up my calls or return my messages. A joke of a business.

When I called and explained I needed the drier hose changed AND that I am in a mobile home, I was assured I could get the job done. Very quick to fit me in same day. When he arrived, pulled out the dryer, again I explained I knew I needed the hose replaced due to a tear. He wanted to see the outside vent. I showed him and explained where the access is to get under the mobile home unit. He looked at me and said he didn’t do that. So I said that I didn’t need anything else then. He was huffy and walked very quickly back into my home, picked up his equipment, walked out of my home quickly without another word and then drove off. He didn’t even have the decency to push my drier back into its place! I’m a Senior - with back issues- and now I need to get the drier back to the wall. HE WAS SO RUDE!
Obviously he didn’t take time to listen on the phone about the job I needed done.
Obviously he is inexperienced about servicing mobile homes.
Obviously he doesn’t have any gracious social skills. He at least could have apologized that the job was beyond his skill level. AND he could have taken that moment to replace the appliance he moved out of its place.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS

This company is amazing to deal with!
The technician was very efficient and knowledgeable. He had diagnosed that our washer needed a new circuit board of some kind. The estimated delivery will take 2-8 weeks from factory but he was able to hustle and get it within 2 days. The technician was motivated to do his best and soled our issue very quickly. We know who to call for our future repairs, only Appliance Repair Red Deer!

Service started out fine. The dryer still wasn't fixed so we contacted him. He came a second time, still wasn't fixed. We contacted him again and without coming to assess again, he said he'd order a part and it would be a few weeks. Tried to contact again numerous times to find out the cost of part and he was no where to be found. I finally emailed to express my displeasure with the non responsiveness and he was super rude and said he'd cancel the order. We had already paid him for initial repair so I said cancelling wasn't an option and we wanted to know the cost. Again, he disappeared. Still have a broken dryer that we paid him to fix and no accountability on his part to do the job properly. Don't use this business!

This company was advised by my friend and I am so happy about it. Very reasonable prices and so professional in their field! I had an issue with my refrigerator, was not cooling. I love this company! They keep that personal touch, they are honest and do not charge fee`s that rip customer off. I had a very old electric stove that we wanted to have repaired and the technician took his time to tested all parts. He was not sure about getting new parts as the stove was too old but advice us where try to get.we found the parts and he fixed our stove. Great job!

Other companies disagreed to come out, just advised to buy new one.

This service provider came in mid October to repair my washer replaced the pump with prompt response. Right after he left I discovered that the door had been misaligned and the lock would not function, phoned immediately and he said he would come back the next day and fix it, gave me a work around for the day. Fast forward 6 weeks later he has not come back and will not respond to emails or messages. I really wanted to support this local business but unfortunately I would not recommend this company, they do not stand behind their work and now almost $400 later I have to pay someone else to come repair what he broke.

I had a badly leaking washing machine and needed it repaired ASAP. Appliance Repair Red Deer responded quickly to my email and had a technician at my house within 24 hours. I was very nervous as I am a single mom and can't afford big repair bills. Trail Appliance had already given me the run around.

The technician was in and out in a half an hour and there were no hidden charges. I paid the service fee as it was a simple fix. No hidden fees and a friendly and knowledgeable technician. I couldn't be more satisfied. One satisfied customer here.:)
