Bruce was prompt in answering my request to fix my stove, was able to get the appropriate part and able to come over an install it soon after. Due to the complicated computer schematics, he reviewed and adapted the new board so I had a working oven. Saved me from having to add to the landfill and buy new!

I called appliance service guys because I had an issue with my gas stove. Explained on the phone what my issue and that we had tried to fix it ourselves but was unsure of the part. He said he would call me back when he was able to locate the part I needed and called me back later that day with a link to the part. He advised us he could come fix it our we could try ourselves, we were able to install it ourselves with his help in locating the part. His customer service was outstanding, he didn’t even make any $ off us but was super helpful, next time I do need a service I will 100% be calling him again. Thank god there’s still upstanding companies like this one! Thank you again

Bruce was fantastic! I randomly called their number when I was looking for appliance repair. I called him on a Saturday because of a washer issue. He told me what to do over the phone because he didn’t want me spending money for something that I could try troubleshooting. He encouraged me to do it myself and I fixed it!
