Front desk staff were nice, pool facilities were good too. Lifeguards were rude. Despite not being listed in the pool schedule and the front staff saying we could use a different pool, a group started and we were rudely asked to leave by the lifeguards “it’s your time to leave now”.

Honestly, it's one of the best pools for toddlers/babies. I've found in lethbridge that the pools are not toddler friendly. I absolutely love the kids' space for my toddler. The toys they have out the warmth of the water!
The only issue I have is BULLY MOMS. I go regularly with my toddler and try to make it a weekly routine. Twice now, I've dealt with moms who are just so rude and are such bullys.
I've had a mom laugh and make fun of my toddler for being upset about a toy that is so sad for a mom to laugh at another mothers child.
Another time, my toddler was laughing, playing, and splashing. I apologized to her, and she was complaining to her friend about splashing and kept giving my son dity looks.
To, the moms who want to be bullies! Grow up, do better, and be better.
