I placed an order for stump grinder replacement parts, greenteeth and pockets. Those parts already came with bolts/lock nuts and I had purchased extras. Rob called me just to make sure it wasn't an error and took time to leave a message explaining everything. English not being my first language I really appreciated the way he made sure to speak slowly so I could understand everything. Placed order on wednesday already got my stuff today. Definitely recommend!

This is by far the BEST arborist shop in all of Canada hands down.the shipping process is insanely fast and the prices are amazing, plus you get stickers and an pen for FREE. Definitely worth an 5/5 expensive

I have been ordering online from Arborist Supply and it's been great! Fast shipping and excellent customer service when I had to call to modify an order last minute. I've also been able to find products there and I couldn't find anywhere else in Canada. Prices have usually been cheaper than anywhere else. The staff are always very helpful both in person and online. They carry a large selection of products and have excellent availability. Their customer service is wonderful and they are very knowledgeable and will help you find what you need.

This is one of the best place to get Arborist gear in Canada! I live in Ontario and used to buy from other online stores and the local GTA store (which are great too), but after discovering this gem I always go to the Arborist Supply site before hitting up the others. They have awesome prices, good selection, fantastic customer service.all around great establishment. Can't say enough good about them. Just wish I could get free shipping on less than a grand (but honestly most of the time they're prices are good enough that even with shipping they're cheaper).

Helpful, courteous customer service. Everything I wanted was in stock. Shipped in a timely manner, and they even included nice touches like stickers, holiday treats, and a shopping bag. Very pleased with my shopping experience here, particularly for a first time shopper of the industry!
