Arby's

Very poor customer service. I arrived 20 minutes before closing (I love their delicious sandwich and I had just finished my shift) the woman insulted me with the employees and practically refused to serve me. I never purshase food at this place just because the service is ridiculous

I really love Arby's menu but sadly this place has gone downhill big time. My beef n cheddar had no cheese, but it did come with a long piece of hair in it food was cold, won't be back.
Do better managers and owners

That Asian lady is terrible and horrific when some body comes on Sunday morning as I go to my church across the street so She didn't say Hi or welcome but She said r u ordering or just sitting. I sat down because I have to make some calls and eat wasn't feeling okay but did it.
But the Food was Great and Fresh

Wow older white lady at the window is super grumpy she should be on the grill. Respect your customers if you expect them to come back. Food was all cold too. Curly fries seemed stale. Oh well. This is the quality I expect there days in fast food. Sad.

We like to order in & treat ourselves occasionally and we do really like Arbys Roast Beef BUT WE LIKE IT and order it because we like it WITH THEIR ARBY Q and HORSEY SAUCE!
If you are ordering online their is absolutely NOWHERE to request these and all 3 orders we did place did NOT include these or even a single Ketchup for the fries!

If you're not going to give us the option to request it you should at least include 1 or 2 packets of each per sandwich automatically!
Come on Arbys, can we please have some condiments with our order?

Firstly, this is a praise for the staff at this location, not only for their service, but also for their professionalism and concern for the well-being of both myself and my passenger. And also an apology.

Unfortunately, there was an incident involving a loiter they'd been trying to have leave the property almost all day, who had been harassing costumers for food/money. Usually this wouldn't be an issue, but the individual in question was, unfortunately, causing safety issues and would not take no for an answer and was very forceful in the manner in which they were asking for help.

While I'm usually one for helping others out in times of need, what I am not comfortable with is individuals being forceful about these things and making it so you have no choice but to say yes. Unfortunately I didn't have time to roll my window up before this individual approached, and once encountered, I didn't feel safe or comfortable enough to say no and neither did my passenger when they asked for food. So we said yes and ordered them a meal as we did not know how this individual would respond, (not that we didn't want to help someone, just the situation was very uncomfortable), and unfortunately given my window was open and they were in arms reach of me, I didn't want to risk being attacked as i wasn't sure what saying no would result in given their forcefulness. While I understand this may come off as judgemental towards this individual, but when confronted by strangers, especially those that do not take no for an answer and are forceful, it is hard not saying yes just to avoid confrontation, and again I apologize to the staff for allowing this individual to pressure us into encouraging their behavior. But my safety and my passengers came first and foremost.

But as for praise of the staff, not only did they take their own safety into account when this individual got between my vehicle and the drive thru window, they also took in ours and got who I am assuming is the manager. Who even though he'd been dealing with this individual all day to leave, was still very polite, kind, and friendly in telling them they had to leave and stop loitering around as it was clearly causing safety concerns and other things and given the way this individual responded to the confrontation, I am slightly glad I had not said no to him, as he walked off and kicked a sign after blatantly ignoring the manager telling him to leave among other things.

I do not regret putting mine and my passengers safety first, nor do I really regret helping someone in need, but the way the individual went about it was not right and it was a rather uncomfortable situation and I wish to apologize to the staff while also praising them on the way they handled the situation.

I hope that after we left this individual finally left and stopped causing issues for the staff.
And once again, my apologies.

The food was great and the service. However staff yelling across the restaurant to the kitchen staff was rather disruptive saying the least. Went on for 10 ten minutes before we decided to leave the restaurant.

If the Asian lady is working drive through don't even bother going. She goes out of her way to make sure she screw up your order, and receive cold food. Will short you on anything you ask for. She has done this multiple times, don't even bother going if she's there.

So clean The staff was patient with me as always deciding what to get the usuals depending on my mood Curley or Crinkle cut fries or the special and don’t forget the Jamocha milkshake and ring the bell on the way out

Stopped in at this location for lunch today. I use to eat here quite often but had not been in awhile. Ordered the Roast Garlic Roast Beef sandwich (I usually have chicken), mozzarella sticks and coffee. The meal, overall, was good. My only complaint was the sandwich was cold. Other than that everything was good!

New poutine items are quite good. (Made with spicy curly fries:)

Very disappointed in the Wagyu burger. Should have kept true and ordered what they do best.

The service is wonderful, every time. The sandwiches, curly fries are always fresh. We live out of the city and this particular Arby's is our favorite lunch and dinner spot.
Keep up the good work everyone! You're fantastic.

Good service, consistent quality. This location is a bit hard to enter as the parking is not well designed.

Been a number of years since I last tried Arby's, after this visit not sure I'll return. Ordered the wagu burger and for the 21.00 cost I think I will go to a sit down restaurant next time if I have to spend that kind of money for a meal. The drive-through was very slow but it was right during the supper hour so can't really fault them for that.

Very disappointed in my waygu burger meal last night. Burger was barely warm & curly fries dried up.

Kids love their food I had to go back and get a second order of mozzarella sticks and then I had to go get a third one cuz my wife loved it so much

Be careful ordering from here if you have dietary restrictions. I do not eat beef and they gave false information on the giro meat, when asked about what meat was used I was told only lamb, when returned a second visit they mentioned giro was mixed with beef and lamb. Will not be returning to Arby’s.

I been here many times. Its like every other Arby's. I love Arby's though. I think they made a mistake once and forgot my sauce. Its all good. I still ate.
