Arby's

Used to love a regular roast beef but they changed their buns around a year ago and they’re just bulky and stale. You’ve lost the bun game guys, and it literally takes away from the beef (sad face). Curly fries had zero seasoning on them.

Cleanest fast food establishment. The owners are so friendly and truly care about the customers. The food portions are great. The customer service from all employees here is the best I've ever seen. We will continue to make the drive to this location.

The drive through was so slow. When we pulled up to order it was a while before she came on to take our order. After she took my money, she had my food sitting there while she took more orders. If ur in a rush do not go thru drive thru.

Only 4 star, because i haven't really tried their food much.

But my kids loved their curly fries. We came here just for that

Went here to see if it was as good as my childhood remembers and it's not. Very expensive and mediocre at best.

I enjoy their fantastic sandwiches. They are fresh and made in a timely manner. The staff is so friendly and it seems they really appreciate the customers that come in. Will definitely be back!

The food looks nice but when you get it it feels like you wanna puke. Overall taste good and employees are nice

My Mom and I came here for dinner after waiting in emergency waiting room for 5.5hrs (and NOT seeing a Dr), she was Hungry
She had the Bacon Ranch hamburger with chicken/Bacon ranch loaded curly fries and chocolate shake

I haven’t been to Arby’s in probably over 10 years. The menu has so many more options than it used to. I went with the trusty Bacon & Cheddar beef sandwich it was just as tasty as ever. The staff was nice and service was quick

Wow, food was great for fast food, real meat great tasting, worth the money. 14.50 for a meal deal beef brisket, can't go wrong

I find that the service and food has gotten better, manager fixed previous order right away. And food was really good.

We love Arby's and the location in Spruce Grove is great the staff are always so friendly, nice change from burgers, no grease, enjoyed by the whole family

Clean and friendly service, but food was sub-par at best. We could hear them microwaving the toppings. Fries were cold for the poutine. Brisket sandwich was disappointing. The beef and Cheddars weren't hot.

Ordered a double beef and cheese meal with a loaded curly fries and their new spicy fish sandwich 15 mins before closing. There was hardly anything on the fries and the fries were so overdone I couldn't eat half of them. The beef and cheese had ZERO red ranch on it, and the fish sandwich was so freaking gross I took a bite and gave it to my dog. What a waste of 22 bucks.

So bad.not sure what else to say. Stale food and sloppy burgers, the sauces taste like they are 5 years old (basically poison).

Chicken nuggets were not over breaded, they were moist and tasted like and looked like real chicken pieces. Loaded potatoe was good too with actual bacon not bacon bits.

Our first time to try their burger & its absolutely delicious beef & cheddar burger and the bun is so good. Food is great, Service is friendly, Store is neat & clean. Can’t wait to tell our friends about it.
