Authentic taste, very good and fast customer service. By mistake my wife forget to inform to remove bacon from potato deluxe but the guy working there help me to get free potato delux though it was our mistake. Potato deluxe was very tasty as well

Yesterday we surprised them with an order for 35 people. They surprised us with quick service, friendly staff, an awesome manager, and great food. Thank you so much. We will be back soon.

Again arby's is one of my favorite restaurants arby's in the cross iron Mills mall is great.

I was overcharged for a meal there so when I asked for a partial refund on my order the cashier charged me again lol.

This is my go-to place in the mall. The food doesn't look that great at first, but once you eat it, it's so good. They put so much meat on their sandwiches, and the cheese sauce is so tasty. Make sure you also get horseysauce and arby's sauce to put on your sandwich because it makes the sandwich ten times better. And then their curly fries, best fast food fries out there, even better the McDonald's! 10/10

Order a double roast beef combo and this is what the top bun looked like.

I know it tastes the exact same but the look of it, looks as if no effort was put into the making of my meal. Which is why it received 3 stars.

It's Arby's. Line is always there when I go so it can't be that bad. I saw someone down the comment list saying the employees were lazy because the milkshake machine was cleaned early. How are they lazy if the machine was cleaned? 10 minutes before closing no less. Honestly your kind of a plug if you expect full service 10 minutes to close. Keep it up Arby's. Don't worry about idiots like this.

Always have good experience with the food but bad experience with paying. One time I paid with credit and tapped my card. I went to the side to wait for my food, but they called me over again and said it wasn't approved. So I tapped again. They didn't give me a receipt for either transaction. I know I should have asked but I was busy with baby and toddler. Checked my credit card statement and was charged twice. Maybe they thought they could make a couple extra bucks while I was distracted with the kids. Had to file a dispute with my credit card.

Today we went to the mall and we paid cash. Only got a large curly fries which was under $5. Gave the man a $20 and he gave me back only a $5 and some change. Told him I gave him a $20 and he was missing $10 for my change. He opened the till and threw $10 on the counter. Didn't say sorry or anything.

Please don't serve stale crinkle cut fries. I'm usually on top of you guys but I guess I assumed your food would be fresh on a busy Sat.afternoon. I was so looking forward as they're a nice fry when fresh.

The person at the till was one of the nicest we have ever seen. His name was Jasvir K.

Service was super quick and friendly and the Half Pound Beef n’ Cheddar with Curly Fries was excellent! It is a combo that can’t be beat, especially when you add the curly fries onto the sandwich!

Food was quick and hot made the way I ordered it. Haven't had Arbys in probably a decade and it was just how I remembered it. The mint Chocolate milkshake was amazing!

Pretty average fast food location with inconsistent quality. The curly fries here are a hit or miss, and the sandwiches are as well. You might get a well put together meal with solid presentation one time and a messier one the next time. The double roast beef sandwich is incredible though, with massive amounts of beef as seen in my pictures. The fries when made well are crispy and curly, but recently they’ve been quite small and not as fresh. Solid service times, and overall decent pricing. Check this out if you’re not craving a heavy burger patty and looking for a more traditional sandwich type meal.

9 times out of 10, this place is the bomb, but today, the fryer (machine or user) was not up to snuff. We got the mozzarella sticks, which are usually pull-apart ooey gooey amazingness! This time around, the mozzarella sticks and curly fries were not fresh. They tasted old, and the cheese had no pull to it. That's my husband's favourite part, so he was very disappointed. That being said, the crispy chicken sandwich is freaking fantastic! Every. Single. Time. So crispy, so delicious! This meal could have been a 10/10 but the fryer messed it up.
