Arby's

This place is a great place to go. Good food made right to order. The place is always cleaner than clean. Plus the staff are always willing to help. They also have a bell after eating. You are more than welcome to ring the bell. But only if the service was awesome. They don't use that word I am only guessing at that. But the bell is waiting for you to come order, & eat. On the way out tug at the bell to let staff know you are happy with the service they just provided for you and your family. I do!

Arby’s in Edmonton are slowly disappearing one by one…. Would hate to see them go completely

Chicken nuggets were over cooked. I saw the person cooking it and they didn't use gloves at all. She's touching everywhere and working on different things and then grabbed the chicken from the fridge without gloves

My daughter loves this place. We frequently go there. But I have celiac so I don't eat here.

Arby's is one of my favorite restaurants Every time I come to Edmonton I always stop by arby's at least once I wish we had an Arby's in my Hometown of medicine hat.

Went to Arby's for lunch. Will not do that again. My beef and cheddar was soggy and unappealing, with cheese sauce dripping from every side. The beef (and I wonder if it truly is beef.) was unappetizing, stacked in the middle of the flat bun, but none around the edges. I ate about 75% of the sandwich but only because I was hungry. I did not really enjoy the experience and I doubt I will eat here again. I had a side of poutine which was made with lukewarm gravy that didn't even melt the cheese curds. It was edible, but not enjoyable.

On the plus side, the restaurant was very clean and the employees were friendly and helpful.

The food was great! All my picky eaters found something to enjoy on the menu! The staff seemed a bit lacking in knowledge and didn't seem interested in customer support.and the tables we all in need of servicing, but I guess that's pretty par these days.

I was asked if I wanted to pay 15 cents for a bag. What? ! I said, "No! I'm not playing that game. Just hand it to me. "

Bags were always factored into the price before the City of Edmonton chose to be morons and impose that embarrassing requirement. Nonetheless, I was given a bag. I thought, "Oh. Okay. " And, I was sorry she felt pressured to give one to me. However, when I got home, I looked at the receipt. <B>I WAS CHARGED FOR THE BAG ANYWAY! </B>

Two things:
1. There should be an English proficiency test for workers that interface with the public.
2. When will Corporate Canada stand up against idiotic interference from politicians? ! And, when will we, both Canadians and Edmontonians, stand up against this Tom Foolery? !

Let this be the first effort on my part. After patronizing Arbys for over 30 years, I will no longer buy anything from Arbys until they stop cowering or willingly participating in such stupidity.

I'm encouraging everyone to stop going to any place that won't give you a bag.

Here's the kicker. Single serve bags are single serve, whether they give (no such thing) them to you or you pay for them. It's all smoke and mirrors. A great big lie!

Not sure what's going on it's normally really good here but my last two orders have been pretty disappointing, everything is very sloppy and cold just seems like everything is old and slapped together too fast.

Hands down the worst Arby's in Existence. The food quality was so bad I wouldn't feed it to my cat. Everything was ice cold and probably made 6hrs ago. When I called the restaurant the female manager on Duty June 23 at 630pm was absolutely rude and denied said I was wrong and they're fries are fresh within a minute. That's a hard lie. So do yourself a favor and never visit this location again. That manager showed me everything I need to know. So so so rude. If I was Arby's she wouldn't be working for me.

Terrible I used to like going here during the day but I decided to stop in evening before work around 9: 53pm just ordered a sandwich before my bus arrives to not be outside later at night the lady took my order asked me to stay or go I said stay she said ok at 9: 56pm I got my sandwich and the lady told me oh to stay sorry we’re closed now hummm it’s not ten but ok if I knew I couldn’t stay for 4-5 mins to eat a sandwich I wouldn’t have ordered i would have went somewhere eles so I literally had to eat my sandwich out side and it was cold as ever thanks guys won’t be back ever again unfortunately

Fast, friendly service and great food. They have a pretty good selection of food to choose from. You can choose their famous roast beef to the mouth watering Turkey bacon and ranch sandwich. Yes, and no meal is complete without their famous curly fries.
A great place to go before a hockey game. Highly recommended.

Food is good, and I’ve received it quickly. No problems with the orders. It’s how a fast food place should be.

Only did the drive thru. Was fast, and quality is. Arby's. So, curly fries for the win!

Food was soggy. Beef and Cheddar was dripping everywhere because sweet and sour sauce was put on instead of arbys sauce. With no request to have that done
