I was referred by my friend to contact Edianor and he helped set up auto and tenant insurance for me. It was such a smooth experience and he was able to get it completed in 1 day to accommodated my needs on the timeframe. He provided me with a much better quote than what I was quoted from other insurance companies. He was extremely helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend him to anyone else!

This is our first time dealing with ARC Insurance Brokers, we've never contacted them before and did not advertise our intentions to renew our professional insurance with someone else other than who we already engaged with, we just received a phone call from someone in BC, and somehow we were linked to Tyson Lush in AB, it came up as super nice experience so far, he was exceptionally meticulous, made it easy for us to understand our professional insurance.

Before, it was just a formal business deal to obtain an "Error and Omissions" insurance coverage to protects our clients' assets, but we've never really knew the many details of the policy same as the way explained by Tyson in ARC insurance. I do not know anyone else there, and probably there are others who are much better than Tyson, but for us, we can say one word - go to Tyson.

The way the guy reacted to a minor accident was as if I got in 5 accidents a day every day haha. His tone was pretty short and could tell he was uninterested in helping. Which is fine. The point of a review is to review based on our experience. There's nothing you guys can do. You have lots of customers that like you which is why we called for a quote in the first place. They won't insure you if you have been in an accident or drive an old vehicle? That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard lol. Called around just to get some other quotes, we heard our current company is expensive. But we are only paying $157 after an accident. So thank you guys for giving me the reassurance to stay with my long-term company

Because I moved from Vancouver to Calgary it was difficult to get insurance for my car. I made a quote at TD (more expensive) and Inova / Costco (did not accept because my car was not registered in Alberta). I contacted Edianor and he helped me find insurance at a good price. Auto insurance can be a pain in the neck but it all depends on who you are working with. I was looking for a better rate for auto and home insurance and Edianor went above and beyond to offer a better rate, great coverage and also his is very responsive and welcoming!

I needed a new broker for my auto and home insurance. I gave ARC Insurance Brokers a call and was directed to Edianor who was nothing but exceptional throughout the entire process. Unreal service from Boaz Lau - easily the best experience with any insurance provider I've ever had! He was quick and prompt to answer any questions we had, super friendly, understood exactly what we needed for our auto/tenant/business needs AND got everything ready in less than 2 days. He found us the best rate (half of what our other provided quoted us) and had everything ready to go before our move!
