Better late than never. I attended this school during the 2016 wildfire for my last two months. The teachers did not bother to help me or provide support while going through a traumatic stressful period of losing my home. I was left to fend for myself in a new environment with no friends and a school much bigger than what I was use to. A male staff official who still works there yelled at me in the hallways while I was trying to find my next class and did not give me a chance to explain that I was lost. I was made to go into a random computer class. This caused me to cry after sitting down at a computer desk due being humiliated and yelled at while having strangers stare at me when I came in. I will never forget the last name and belittlement done by that individual and I am surprised such a bully Is still working in the school. I have never been to a Catholic school and had always attended public. Through my experience I never want to enter a Catholic school again.

This school is amazing but due to recent changes in learning conditions they are failing at producing an effective way to learn. I am currently enrolled here and i feel as if they have completely abandoned students. The whole point of going to school is to learn from a teacher and that is not what is happening online.

I currently go to this school. It was a pretty good school. Had mostly good teachers. Recently I’ve noticed since the pandemic the teacher show less care. They also are very unorganized and it seems like they have done no planning over the few months they had since school ended because of the pandemic. I currently take online school. I’ve been asking questions and I have not been acknowledged by anyone. I’ve called the office and they seem not to care. It is just very unorganized. I also noticed that the school is not taking social distancing appropriately. When I went in to get my text books people were not wearing masks outside of the school while not keeping a safe distance (2 meters) on school grounds. The principal just stood their at the door watching this and not doing anything about it. Just offering hands sanitizer. Then when I went to get my books, I told the lady what I needed and she couldn’t hear me because of my mask and started yelling at me for no reason when I asked politely. I also have gotten pictures from my friends in class and no one is wearing masks and the desks are wide by side. No safety repercussions are being taken. They also have “mask breaks” which is one of the stupidest things I’ve heard. The school has went downhill and is horrible. I do not suggest you apply until the pandemic is over or until they actually get their priorities sorted. I’m ashamed to say i go to this school.

Class of 2012. Best high school in Edmonton. No question about it! Loved every minute I was there and I wouldn't change my experience for anything.
