Arctic Spas staff always go over and above to offer excellent service. They are knowledgeable and friendly. If you are considering buying a hot tub or traeger they are the company to deal with.

Rudy and the crew have always been a pleasure to work with. Whether it's hot tub service at our house, questions over the phone, or coming in to the beautiful and huge showroom, the staff are always incredible and helpful. They aren't just hot tubs.they also have an amazing selection of Traeger products, wood pellets, spices, etc.

The Arctic spa dealer is the best. We have purchased two spas from Rudy and his team over the years. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The service is first rate. We have always had all our questions answered thoroughly. The install team is very professional. They were efficient and went through the spa details very well.
There is a variety of spas available and there wasn’t any pressure to purchase the most expensive model. The tub is perfect for our location and needs.

Excellent sales and service experience. I went in, not knowing much about hot tubs. The staff was very patient to explain all the options and not over sell me. At delivery, everything was connected, and after they took the time to explain how everything worked as well as set up the app for me. I would definitely recommend.

Make-A-Wish let us choose a hot tub, as travel restrictions were at their height during 2020. Our kids have been in the hot tub almost daily for the past 14 months. They love the mobility and the hydrotherapy a hot tub offers them. The staff at Arctic Spas are friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful.

Rudy sold us a great hot tub and went out of his way to come out to our house prior to make sure it would fit and inform us about exact details in the installation process. We like that we can call them about any questions or concerns.

Alana was a great help when we went in to figure out what we did and did not want in our first hot tub. She had a ton of information for us and is clearly passionate about her products. She talked over our water treatment options to help minimize irritation associated with chlorine sensitivity and eczema. Even though the showroom was busy and we were just there to look, Alana took the time to talk with us and made us feel like our potential business was valued right from the start. This was well above and beyond the customer service we got from the other businesses we visited. We had no intention to buy that day, but we walked out as happy customers. Our hot tub was delivered and installed yesterday. The techs were friendly and happy to answer any questions. They got the spa up and running in no time and we were able to enjoy the cool weather and the sunset in it last night.

Delivery and install went awesome! Very quick at what they do and very knowledgeable! Shawn Peterson took his time and explained everything we needed to know! If your in the market for a hot tub this is the place to go!

I compared different place in Lethbridge to find my hot tub and, I would like to say that is the best place in Lethbridge to find what I needed! When I met Rudy and his wife Stella, I had knew that I had find people ready to know what I needed, and not just a sellers. I didn’t know anything about hot tub before and they listened my needs and they worked with me to offer me the best solution for my family. We received our hot tub perfectly on time, and no surprise, we received exactly what we had imagine. Always received as VIP customer. The team is at all time happy and friendly with all customers. They try always to produce a better service and satisfy the customers by asking the right questions to know exactly what the customers’ needs. It’s always a pleasure to come pick up some products or when we have question. You are the best! Technician was very efficient and went through the steps on how to get my hot tub up and running. He also left detailed instructions on maintenance for the hot tub. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with artic spas.

We just had our first hot tub installed from Arctic Spas Lethbridge and tub looks fantastic. Everything went smooth from the tech Shawn on the install and unloading. Easily wheeled into backyard and set into place on the concrete slab. Very professional and highly recommend.

Everything about our experience with our spa and delivery was fantastic. Our delivery plan changed the day before but it was well organized and very timely! The crane operators and Arctic Spa guys were super! Shawn was here most of the day getting it situated properly and all set up. He helped with the fill and talked me through all the maintenance. He was thorough and knowledgeable and did not get frustrated with my questions. I really appreciated his attention to detail when we were trying to get it situated properly.
We are first time tub owners so his calm reassurances were much appreciated!
I also appreciated that Ranier was able to connect us with an electrician right away when we discovered an unseen problem. The electrician was prompt and fantastic. All in all, a great experience! Now.we are just waiting to try it out when the temp is right!

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our hot tub from Arctic Spa. Alana was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Although some things were out of their control- they ensured our tub was installed before Christmas (our request) - they came the morning of Christmas Eve and our installers were incredibly friendly and efficient too! Overall, we could not be happier with the product and the customer service we have received so far. Highly recommend!

I affectionately refer to Allana @ Arctic spa as ‘the hot tub whisperer’! I can contact her evenings/weekends and she happily Diagnosis my issue, walks me thru my hottub concerns (never serious) and leaves me feeling confident that I haven’t added some chemical in error, she’s also all about saving me money when it comes to products to add to the tub. Arctic spa is a business I’m proud to recommend to any first time or experoenced spa customer!

Very happy with the prompt service, and the variety of wood pellets for our Traeger grill, not to mention all the new spices and sauces, and always easy to pick up hot tub chemicals as well! It’s a one stop store! Much recommended!
