The staff at arctic spa were absolutely amazing and great to deal with. They are very knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. You want a good place to deal with on hot tubs these are the guys to talk to. Very polite. Highly recommended.

Had a small issue with our Spa Boy probe and had the Tech from Red Deer, Ira, come out. Amazing service-knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Thank you.
Also received a new Zorbie to manage foam and oils. We have been using these since we got the hot tub and find them to be very effective! We will be continuing to purchase this product.

Had a rubber duck in hot tub that got sucked down through filter basket when I had the filter out to clean. Called and talked to Jason and George, both were extremely helpful. Gave me a couple ideas to get it out, which I was able to. Temp was -20c out and were also able to help me in what to do if I wasn’t able to unplug pump. Wouldn’t stray from arctic spas!

Five messages left, not one returned. It would be a one star, except the fabulous sales person was very helpful when I was there and having difficulties. Based on this experience, I am not likely to purchase another Arctic Spa. Especially considering the premium paid for their spas.

Great Product! Great customer service! I have had a couple warranty claims and they were no problem to deal with.
The tub runs so perfectly and effectively that it's very cheap to run compared to other brands on the market. They are made to run efficiently in Cold? Climate. They can stay hot just using the heat from the pumps! The Salt Water is amazing for my skin!
I believe the people who helped me from the store were Larry and Nicole, they were both great and helpful. The installers and technicians I've had come to the house have also been very nice and knowledgeable. Larry even connected to the tub remotely and by the time we were off the phone he had made the tub water clear again, amazing.

From Great to bad to worst to the BEST! Must Read. If anything could have went wrong it went wrong and Arctic Spa's proved truly how great they are!

We ordered our hot tub in the spring of 2021. Larry is awesome. He has been around and knows his hot tubs. I was sold on Arctic Spa's before we set foot in the building just from friends telling me they would pay more for a Arctic Spa and referred me to talk to Larry and he made it that much easier as he new what he was talking about and didn't over sell us, he sold us exactly what we wanted!

This is were things took a dive. Our hot tub was late, we were told by a month. Mid July rolled around and I had called to check in. Great news out hot tub was completed and ready for delivery! The Wife and I were so pumped! Delivery Day came! Electrician, water truck were ready and waiting! But no hot tub? I called and my hot tub hadn't even started in the Que for manufacturing. To say I was furious was an understatement.

I called Red Deer store and spoke to Beau, I drove right to store Larry was on days off and I met Beau, he quickly calmed my nerves. He searched high and low to see what had happened. He was searching for a hot tub even to give us while we were waiting for ours.

What had happened it ended up being a another customer with a last name that was close to mine and was mistaken. After I heard this first thing that came to my mind is we are all human, and that must be remembered. Beau gave us the option to cancel our order. We still wanted our hot tub.

We got the phone call in September that hot tub was in! Delivery day came and the hot tub showed up, Arctic Spa supplied the water and did the final electrical! Wrong color on the cabinet, but the cover was right! I felt horrible phoning Beau. The hot tub indeed was the wrong the color. Beau ordered new cabinet panels as soon as we were off the phone. My wife and I spoke over the weekend about keeping the color of the hot tub (This was our Idea not Arctic Spa's, my thought was the cost of a crew coming out to switch the panels just not very economical in these times) and talk to Beau about switching the cover out to match. Beau is such a pleasure to deal with. He worked so hard for us to make everything right, and he did! Truly above and beyond service. The sale after the sale, that's the most important to me.

We love our Orca hot tub! It has been flawless even through the recent month of straight -35C weather we had.

Had a technician come over. He was helpful and we asked if he could help us find a new filter for our hot tub as we've been having problems. The owner never seems to call back after you leave a voice-mail and when I called him last he seemed to have an attitude when I asked for a follow up about the filter. He said he just needed to touch base with his technician. That was over a week ago.
