Very disappointed how I was treated by one of the workers here today. She had blonde hair and black glasses I believe. I was simply looking around and originally came in to look at scarves but I didn’t find what I wanted and just continued browsing like any person does? And she comes up to me and asks if I need help finding anything and all I said was no I’m just looking and smiled, and she looks me up and down and at my purse and gives me a weird look and says “fair enough…. ” I don’t know what I did for her to act this way as if I was doing something wrong like stealing and I would never do that, I was just looking around. I knew it felt off because I overheard her ask another lady if she needed help to which she said she also didn’t need help and the worker simply replied okay and no rude comments, but to me it felt like she was being extremely judgy and giving rude looks. I was already having a bad day dealing with health conditions and wanted to feel better by shopping and then this happens and it just ruined my day. Makes me sad too because i loved shopping there when I was younger and now I feel judged everytime I walk in there. Not all the workers are like this, there was one brunettes lady who was helpful and very kind but not all of them are like this, it’s disappointing. I work in healthcare and never treat people like this.

Phenomenal staff. I struggle with shopping for myself and knowing what will look good together. I've been coming to this location since 2017 and they have never disappointed me. They have given me style that I didn't know I had in me. I highly recommend anyone needing a push in the right direction style wise to visit the Spruce Grove Westland Market Mall location. THIS IS YOUR PLACE!

Has a lot of variety of clothing, shoes, and accessories. Always has some type of products on sale. Great place to shop!

Zero stars if that was an option! Discrimination is unlawful, and will be your demise for this pathetic corporation! We spent $300 plus dollars at other stores, all on the account of your discrimination. Other stores in the mall were more than happy to accommodate us. Your loss was their gain! Merry Chriatmas!

I love how they have more things for little girls now. I have 2 young daughters, one of them loves all these girly things and Ardenes is the perfect place to get them! Price are amazing, they always have great deals going on. Perfect place to stop to grab a gift for someone.

Love shopping here, they always have great deals going on. I've hardly had any bad experiences at this location. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. On my most recent visit though the cashier seemed like she recently had a lobotomy, did not even greet me at the till and remained mostly silent during the transaction. I think the customer service could be improved upon, but otherwise great selection and great prices.

After I had a laser treatment done to my face I was shopping and asked to try something on. I was dressed nice but my face looked very rough, like I just had the worst surnburn of my life. I noticed a group of sixteen year olds where staring at me and whispering to eachother. Then I walked over to the rooms and they walked over and asked me if I needed a room. Not even a foot away from me one started talking to another if they should let me in case I steal anything! I confronted them about this nicely saying.you can't say things like that. They then told me they were strict and they have been doing this to lots of people that looked like they would steal. I think your staff is passive aggressively accusing people of stealing, and some adult need need needs to nip this behaviour before they are adults and its too late. I kind of kept on what I was doing while a group of sixteen year old girls behind the till stared at me and whispered to eachother.it might be better to have at least one adult on shift. I occasionally like searching through the store but don't want kids trying to look in my handbag when trying clothes on!
