Little disappointed in the staff this evening. Very dismissive and laughing behind our backs. Very unprofessional. Lots of dust on the floor. Limited sizes. Had to rifle thru every pile, due to unorganization of the sizes. Was a nice place to shop before.

I came to this store this past Saturday and almost as soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with a welcoming smile, the service at this Ardenes was top notch and very good, I was able to find what I needed and felt very welcomed by the staff, service at the till was even better, they were kind and very fast, definitely some of the best customer service I’ve seen in awhile, highly recommend shopping here, 10/10 will be coming back!

Staff were extremely disrespectful. I went to the southcenter location and at the check out the cashier threw the receipt at my friend and walked away, talked back to her asking what her problem was. Most disrespectful staff I have encountered.

The cashiers were quite unprofessional, they were chatting behind the till instead of trying to help out the customers in queue. Now, I don’t really care much about customer service and I understand that the staff had other things to do; however, it’s outrageous that you make other people wait for no good reason when you could have been helping them in the first place and getting them out of the store real quick. Just go to the Ardene at Chinook to avoid wasting your time.

Came in to the southcenre location today and was extremely disappointed in the staff. The store was a mess, all of the staff members were behind the till talking and didn't acknowledge any of the customers. Whenever I go to the Chinook location, the staff is always very friendly and keep the store clean.
