Don't be fooled by cheap prices, you get what you pay for. The microfiber tights were purchased yesterday, worn once, and completely split down the leg.

Extremely bad quality clothes. I wore a top for literally 5 minutes and it got ripped. I was refunded but the sales associate was being churlish. Zero quality, zero customer service.

Great store, most of the time everything is on sale, look with determination and you will find great things.

The store is really affordable compared to other stores and they allow returns on any item within 30 days - even if the item was on sale which is a huge deal breaker for me because I hate going into fitting rooms. Love this store!

Although it is busy and in a high traffic area at WEM. The sales floor is over crowded with product. This makes it hard to move through the store and socially distance at the same time.

I really like how inexpensive the clothing and accessories are. I can always find something nice to wear that's also comfortable.

I went to this store with my girlfriend and she really liked it. It seemed like a nice place for fashion accessories.

My sisters shop here because they offer a wide range of clothing items. Fairly inexpensive, but most clothing fairly poorly made (with the exception of a few items- their shoes tend to last a long time). Customer service is not the greatest, but they are friendly and most are willing to help if you ask.

We attended this location for my 11 yr olds make a wish trip. Ardenes is her fav store. The amazing staff arranged to give her a $500 gift card and her twin sister a $200 gift card. This trip was already so very special but this made it complete. The staff even went over and beyond while she attended the store to spend it. We will never forget your amazing contribution

Staff tends to not be very helpful, I dont shop at this location if I can help it. I never get greeted or helped.

Generally I like to shop here, but customer service i find is lacking. I was shopping around and was not acknowledged of any deals going on or anything. A little disappointed. I will not shop here if this keeps up.

Ardene's are fabulous. I have shopped at West Edmonton Mall Ardene's since they opened there. Melissa is just fabulous. She knows what I'm looking for, need and want. Thank you Melissa.

Good place to find deals, and the clothes are nice for the price point. Sadly the customer service is awful. I hate nothing more of looking for something, asking a sales rep and they no without even checking. Couple days later, after I found the product somewhere else, I go into the same store and it is right there.
Also there is just a general lack of hospitality, no hello or asking if they can help. Just unapproachable.
