They open at 10 but it's 10: 48 and the store is closed. No notice on the door or anything.

I have added a second star from the original one that I posted. It is nice to see that a response to my concerns was so prompt, I hope to see an improvement and the situation fixed.

Now that there is mostly new staff here it is way more relaxed to shop in this store and they are much more friendly.

About 2 or 3 years ago (before COVID) it felt uncomfortable to go in this store as you would always be watched but never helped and the staff were mean for nothing. I actually avoided this store until recently due to this.

I once used a credit card with the old staff present and AFTER the transaction went through I was asked for ID which never happened to me at any other place I’ve used my credit card. I didn’t drive at the time so I didn’t have it on me. The lady basically acted like a parent and told me to always carry my ID in such a rude tone.

I was at this location about a week ago looking for summer dresses, we had called the store before hand to make sure that they had summer dresses and they had said that they had looked and they did. We get there the service was really poor and one of the workers seemed intoxicated on something

The maneger Kelsey was super mean to me and my daughter never coming back. Very mean never come here.

Over charged on everything paid, $30.00 extra and same day refused to give me cash back. Never got compensated. NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

I think it is high time you get some people in here that have experience in customer service. Staff and MANAGEMENT are rude, unhelpful and are more concerned with socializing. I have shopped here often 2 x a month and live a block away.and yesterday was my last time! This happens way too much. I will now drive to Londonderry to spend my money. You get one star because I have to. Not because it is deserved. Yesterday I was trying to pass two of the staff one a manager and they stood there in the isle and ignored me twice when I said excuse me. So I proceeded to walk towards them and point out again for a third time that I was going to pass. When the manager then abruptly and impolitely tells me I have to stop and wait for them. (social distancing) I then said I’m sorry but you’re standing in the middle of the isle and I’m trying to follow directional arrows and clearly you’re too busy to hear me say excuse me 2 x or see me standing there right in front of you waiting. As I start walking away the manager proceeds to Loudly yell out to me, if I’m going to be rude she will kick me out. If I hadn’t been short on time and needing summer shirts I would have placed my items on the table and walked out! Clearly customers are not a priority here!

Cashier# 72669 needs a job that doesn’t involve customer service. I asked to try on clothes and was met with an attitude and when it was time to pay she was inconvenienced by having to ring in my purchase. If I did that at my job I’d get written up. Going to Londonderry from now on.
The store was a mess too!

Always love the girls here. Not happy that they can help my daughter find what she wants and more.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in Ardene. When i entered no one even greet or asked if i need help to find something. I saw 2 staff just standing there and talking to each other for my entirely visit. They didnt seem happy at all to help me find what I'm looking for. Then she went back to talk to the other staff again. When I was ready to pay i went to the front standing there waiting no one came process my payment. I had to go "interrupt" their conversation

Ardene's as a whole we have all come to love for cheap accessories!

This location a few years ago fat shamed someone & made the news.

It seems the store still employs minors who lack respect and common customer service skills.

I showed up early to this location 9: 50am. They opened at 10, I watched how the 2 empoyees came in 9: 57am complaining loudly how much they hate the place and cussing up a storm. I was waiting by the mall entrance. At 10 am they opened the front door and went to their cashier area. Oh I guess you've seen me here and decided against common courtesy and decent customer service and ignore to tell me the mall entrance is closed and to please come around, nope no common sense at all.

So I walk around, into the store was NOT greeted, was not spoken to once. Until I got to the till and they had to speak to me.

Ardene's you are a great store, please hire competent employees that have common decency and customer service at the very least.

Girls that were working there, gain customer service skills, greet customers, maybe start at McDonalds and work your way up!

Prices as shown are incorrect. Do not satisfy customer. This is my 2nd time being unsatisfied in 2 months can't say I'll be coming back.

The customer service here is terrible. I don't know if the employees are just miserable in general bc we're living thru a pandemic or if they're mad that they're working while its nice out but come on. Both are no excuse for poor customer service. The girl that checked me and my friend out at the till didn't say a word to us besides "yeah" to call us over to pay, then gave us our total. I get it, its a retail job, but have some respect and decency. Overall, the customer service skills from the employees at this location are as poor as the quality of the clothes.

Really like this store.they have good sales.love getting my summer clothes from Arden's & I just picked up a pair of ugg style boots.

I love Ardene it's like I was born to buy Ardene all the time but it's kinda of expensive but no big deal bc its stuff is so good

I visited this location yesterday around 6: 00 PM. I picked out two pairs of flats and went to the line up. There was one lady in front of me who was informed of a deal when purchasing two pairs of shows so she went to keep shopping. I was next in line. Another worked came up and started talking to the cashier which seemed to be information regarding a shift change which I can understand they need to communicate and waited patiently. It was when another person walked up to the counter with a bikini bottom that I got irritated. The cashier started helping her immediately and from the conversation and transaction it appeared to me to be another staff member purchasing and adding to her order. I was not sure and continued waiting debating on walking out as this type of service seemed very unethical to me. I decided to shrug it off as I'm not the type of person to make a scene or have a confrontation. After about ten minutes and as two other people were waiting in line behind me the other worker offered to ring me up saying "I'm technically off shift, but I'll help you". I lightly laughed and didn't say anything as the comment was not needed at all. These comments only make clients feel like an inconvenience when each sale is a contribution to the success of the organization you work for and should be treated as such.
I am giving two stars as the store was clean and there was a lady stocking shelves who was very pleasant and polite. She greeted me and asked how I was doing all with a smile on her face. She was a brunette and darker skinned and should be praised for providing clients with care. The other lady (brunette with glasses and light skinned), was inappropriate with her comment and tone. Nor should she be hanging out the registers (behind the counter) if she is off shift.

Lots of selection. But not bigger sizes like lg. My senior mom loves this store and wears a size lg. Took us forever to find a pair of leggings that were not xs

One of my favourite places to shop. Love the deals on clothing & variety of styles to choose from.

Never met a woman didn't like the store and what men can't resist when is woman dresses up real sexy

If you are under 18 yes old and a size 0 then this is the place for you. Everyone else is ignored.
