Ardene

I am a middle-aged woman that has worked in retail for a number of years. I did a simple return today at the Sunridge Ardene, and was really pleased with the service by this young woman, long, black hair, long eyelashes who used to work at red lobster. She was very pleasant, had an excellent customer service demeanor, and made me really enjoy being in the space as short as it was. Just wanted to complement her and give a shout out for being genuinely kind of professional, she’ll go up to only be more of this.
The only reason I didn’t give the fifth star was, the sweater I returned, was a really poor fit, no shape to it all but that’s what you get for fast fashion.

The word is CURTSEY, short hight brown indian lady cashier is illmannered, rigid and act as a a typical primary school teacher from India scolding us for a simple exchange policy for a pair of shoes we purchased a day before and found them a size less. I am surprised to see such a rude and disgusting behaviour by her as if she is frustrated from home. We took 2 pair of shoes but after her behavior we left them right in front of her, they lost their regular customer and it's a loss to store. -1 review, change the cashier staff she don't deserve her job. Rest all staff were nice and the store is good in all ways. If they don't want to return the shoes that's perfectly fine we were ok with it.but trying to ruined my wife's day in front of other staff and customers is just not acceptable from a store staff. She could have just said we cannot return the shoes at first hand but trying make customer feel humiliating just for a little mess on the shoes corner. Finally shoes had gone to donation. They must learn customer care and do delighted service to customers. ADIOS ARDENE

I enjoy this location because it’s big and has a lot of selection to chose from the staff are nice but it is hard to find sizes at times because the way the store is laid out. I find it to be a hit or miss depending on when you go but the deals are amazing most of the time and I get all my graphic tees here and love them. I love the fact that they offer trendy clothing that’s more affordable and the quality is pretty good for what it is. I have I’m never used the change room but from the looks of it looks pretty clean and big.

My daughter is so upset! This store chooses when they want their fitting rooms open and when they do not, it's never consistent. It took awhile for my daughter to find something she liked and when she did she was denied the fitting, stating the fitting rooms were closed. This was two hours before store closing. Clothing is never consistent in sizing, this is why we always try before we buy. Also, the item was a sale item so to return the item wasn't an option. This is not the first time this store has done this, the last time the women stated that it was too much work to clean up an hour before closing. Work ethic and customer service has gone down the drain. My daughter left so upset. If the store is open so should the fitting rooms be. A sale was not made due to the fact of closed fitting rooms.

Extremely bad customer services. I went to buy 2 scarfs. I checked prices for a couple of scarfs. The ones I checked were around $9 each. I picked 2 and went to the cashier to pay for that. However the salesperson said that one is around $12. I apologized her and asked her that if I could pick another one because I assumed that all of them are same price, as they were at same display. The saleperson got extremly rude and murmured that how could she not check the price before coming to me. O really loved those scarfs and i wanted to buy them. However, beacause of her extremely disrespectful attitude I end up not buying anything from them.

This is the worst location i've ever been at. My friends and I had come to Sunridge mall and decided to go to ardene, as we were browsing my friend had accidentally dropped a hanger from the shelf, we immediately picked it up as a store employee approached us and told us to leave if we weren't gonna buy anything as we were being "disruptive". We were indeed looking to buy something but as we went to browse more clothing, both employees were following me and friends continuously which left us feeling extremely uncomfortable that we had decided to leave the store. Never had such a bad experience, not coming here again.

Very nice variety of clothes that suits all cultures, I had a shopping for 3 items and when I went to the cashier I was told that I will be sent an email with the receipt and I received nothing, I went back after a week and the lady was able to pull the receipt up for me, Lots of items are on sale but only the sizes displayed on the floor

There was a lady who told me and my sister to not be in the same fitting rooms. My sister is 12 years old and I'm 21 and we live in the same household. I usually take her with me so that I get an idea of what I look like and I would rather not stand in front of everyone near the fitting rooms to see what I wore. She did not care to ask if we live in the same house or not. I believe she was the manager. I did not say anything to her or argue, instead I did co-operate because I understand two people are not allowed in one fitting room, but she was so rude about it. I was stunned by her aggressive tone and behavior. This is not what customer service looks like. I have never been told off by anyone in Urban Planet, Bluenotes, or any other store like that for simply having my sister judge my outfits. For such rude behavior I would give the Sunridge Ardene branch a 0.

Could not find my best match but the prices are affordable and they usually give huge discounts.

I love Ardennes just wish it had different things in the surprise bags then knowing what's usually inside them

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I didn't notice my 2yrs old son went to the open room beside of the fitting room for just a seconds nd one staff yelling to him saying Your not a allowed to come here nd she's looking so bad to my Son then she closed the door, that staff is so Rude
Also they don't even pay attention to the customer's specially if your going to the fitting room no one's gonna assist you! They are busy talking to each others, worst customer service ever, I will never come back to that store anymore!

Staff was nice. Quality of stuff varies. Its good for cheap stuff. Indoor shoes.assesories for your outfit. Random cool things. RETURN POLICY IS EXTREAMLY BAD. BUYER BEWARE. Only buy online if you know what its about and if you couldnt get it in store. Be CAREFUL this is really cheap stuff
And sizes cam be weird.

Customer service by the sunridge mall manager was completley absurd. Told me and my sister to shut up and to get the fu%k out because she assumed i was opening a pajama set. I told her that help was not needed as i was literally looking for the tag to check the fabric to decide on wether i wanted a small or medium in size.i even assured her that id be purchasing the pajama set and she told me that i wouldnt be. She then shouted across the store to have an employee call security on us. She was acting like a complete maniac and started taking pictures and videos of us after my sister pulled her phone out to record her acting like a physco and to have the footage of the way she treated us. She would not give us her name nor was she wearing a name tag. Better yet she swore at us infront of the other employees and infront of customers with children in the store. I will NEVER be back to that store for as long as shes a manger there and neither will my friends or family after seeing the video of her acting up. Be aware of the rude east indian lady aka store manager at sunridge ardenes. Wish i had her name so i didnt have to describe her as the east indian lady but she did not and would not allow anyone there to tell us her name. Its very clear that they did not take hiring someone with customer service experience into consideration when making her manager. I went to the extent to call another ardenes to see how i can voice my complaint and have it heard. She was shocked and advised me that they have sets that are open on the floor for the employees to show customers but that was never offered to me. The malborough manager even told me they have to wear name tags but she clearly felt like she didnt have to since shes a manager. The sunridge ardenes manager does not deserve a job, period. Especially with her attitide and lack of expirience with customer service.
