Really nice dealership in Edmonton with a huge amount of stock, helmets, gloves, jackets, leather suits, boots you name it. Knowledable and friendly staff, good quality products… seriously an awesome shop for whatever you need related to motorcycles. Very impressive facility and they also support local bike clubs and communities which nice to see.

Picked up some new race gear for track season. Argyll will be the place to pick up all your race needs from Alpinestars, Bell Helmets, SIDI boots and many more makes. The nice thing is willing to try the product on with out having to order it and then waiting for the wrong size to show up. Awesome support to local racing clubs and organizations

Always a pleasure dealing with Argyll motorsports. Fil in accessories has been a huge help as well as Erin and Jordan in parts. Lots of stock to try on gear, and parts have been very reliable

Ordering parts via email was the easiest process. You have to jump through more hoops ordering from any other online suppliers. Hardest part of going to AMS, is not racking up your credit card in the riding gear section.

Worst customer service ever. When it was expressed to Rick Langley and Shannon Ryll, that the buying experience had been less than ideal, they terminated the deal instead of rectifying the situation. Apparently, they don’t need sales so go somewhere else where they value your business. My husband had dropped off parts that he bought to add to the bike he was purchasing and they are not responding to him about giving them back. Unfriendly, unhelpful the whole time and now stealing. Do not waste your time.

My husband and I just picked up our customized 2018 Yamaha Golf Cart and can't say enough about our experience at Argyll! From our Sales Rep Rick to the Finance Manager Kim, Technician Murray, and Parts Rep Doug, we were truly impressed. The whole process was seamless, and they went above and beyond right from our initial inquiry straight through to pick up. Worth the drive from Calgary, as their customer service can't be beat. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a motor sports dealer, and will definitely be back in the future.

The follow up from Richard H has been incredible and he gets full marks from me for his integrity and love of what he does! The rest of the people were fantastic in whatever was required!

Argyll is the place to go for Suzuki parts on the south side of town. The staff is informative. Im not a fan of street access to the service and parts dept.

And I think it is time to remove the plexiglass at the counters. It is difficult to pass items to the service desk and make payment

Huge thanks to everyone in Service for keeping my bike (and me) on the road. Stephen goes above and beyond every single time, as does the rest of the team-Jordan, Jake, and everyone else I've interacted with has been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. With 114,000 km, the bike has been carefully maintained, and I was nervous moving to a new dealership after Coopers closed earlier this year. However, Argyll has exceeded my expectations throughout the season. Thank you for the exceptional service!

Horrible customer service and a rude sales Manager

I gave them my pristine condition motorcycle for an oil change and a first service
The bike was returned with screws and bolts missing on the windshield and the windshield practically came off while riding

There were also two bolts on the baggage frame that were not tightened properly and almost fell off
The sales manager was rude and refused to accept the responsibility and simply said that his shop had nothing to do with that and if i did not like the service i should seek out a different shop.

I find their rates are vastly over priced with steep markups of almost 100 percent
They quoted $950 dollars for A Schubert Helmet that retails for 650 dollars
Upon enquiry they simply said did they don't price match

I find the same with most of their other products
Vastly overpriced and bad customer service

My advice try their products at the store and purchase elsewhere

Second time being in this location and not one sales person acknowledges your in the building. In looking for a brand new bike for my husband and no one could be bothered to get out from behind a desk to help or see if I was wanting info.will be heading to Blackfoot in Calgary where they know what customer service means! Hope management sees this because of your trying to sell bikes maybe your sales staff should do more then hide behind there computer screens!

Will say the kid behind the helmet counter was amazing and is the only reason I gave 2 stars. He’s gets 5 for knowledge and customer service I would have bought a helmet from him if it was in stock.

But seriously get your sales staff to do more then sit there maybe your sales will improve.

I've bought several bikes from them and all sorts of gear over the years. Their prices are fair, the staff friendly and they have a huge selection. One of the best places I've found in western Canada. Definitely would recommend and guarantee I'll be back.

When's the last time you were 3000 miles away and bought a motorcycle over the phone? Exactly.well these guys knocked it out of the park.virtual happiness. Super nice diligent people to deal with. Just bought my dirt bike! Service was excellent and Rick Lenglet was excellent sales person! Would recommend them anytime. Got my bike gear and everything there. Even got help loading up my bike! Thanks for everything!
