I have been lucky enough to have Madison assist me in solving my sleep problems. I tried the device several years ago and could not get used to it or sleep better, my sleep was worse.
Finding out that my levels had skyrocked to 30, I knew I had to try again. Maddy made the process so much easier and tolerable.
She guided me along week by week, with bubbly enthusiasm, willingness to pursue new masks til we found the right one, absolutely no pressure, just encouraging and patient. I am comfortable with all of it and sleeping much better and best of all.no more snoring. Hats off to Maddy, she is the best!

My experience at this location has been excellent, thanks to Heather K. She has shown exceptional professionalism and provided great support throughout the entire process, from the sleep study to my continued use of the treatment machine for over a month now. She has been patient, answering all my questions and sharing valuable recommendations that made me feel more comfortable with a treatment that was new to me. I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to work with both Aria and Heather to resolve my sleep issues.

I’ve had Heather as a RT for over 7 yrs now, she is not only a good person but she definitely cares, follows up with me, sends me emails if she sees a my sleep breathing needs an adjustment. I can rely on her to take care of all my sleep apnea needs including dealing with my insurance! I’m now on CPAP #2!
I am so glad I switched to her company before I signed up at the other sleep place Service was just not as good as Heather ‍️

I visited Aria MD Sleep Centre in South Edmonton after being strongly recommended to do so by my dentist. I had been tested and found to have a severe case of sleep apnea. I had no idea anything was wrong or needed attention but was curious to see what it was all about.

I found in Heather Kellock a professional, knowledgeable, data-driven and very understanding respiratory therapist who guided me through the whole journey of understanding what this was all about. I had a million questions, and she answered them all patiently and backed it all up with science and data in an easily understandable format. She made it very clear to me why I needed help, and from then, helped me make choices that are tailored to my specific case.

She made sure I understood my needs for comfortable and restful sleep after a review of my sleep patterns utilizing their monitoring system. Heather showed me why I should have a CPAP, and helped me choose a CPAP,! She made sure to investigate my health insurance options, and every time I have contacted her, she has been quick to respond, and always helpful!
