The girls that helped me today were so kind and helpful. Not many places you can say that about in the retail industry. It is very important to me.

Had excellent assistance from John the other day. He basically did some personal shopping for me and even offered to look in the back for items that hadn’t been put out since it was the last one. Despite it getting close to closing time he just hung out with me and didn’t rush me at all. Very happy with his the items I purchased at his recommendation.

Hey there! I recently went on a shopping spree at Aritzia in Canada and I have to say, I'm absolutely obsessed with everything I bought! ️

One of my favorite purchases was a cozy sweater that's perfect for chilly days. The quality of the sweater is amazing - it's so soft and warm, and I know it'll last me for years. Plus, the color is so pretty and versatile, I can wear it with pretty much anything.

I also picked up a cute skirt that I know I'll get a lot of use out of. It's made with a really nice fabric that feels great against my skin, and the fit is perfect. I love that it's a classic style that I can dress up or down depending on the occasion.

But honestly, everything I bought at Aritzia was amazing. The quality of their clothing is really impressive and the styles are so unique and trendy. I also love that they have a great selection of sizes, so it's easy to find something that fits me perfectly.

Overall, I'm so happy with my Aritzia haul and would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for high-quality, stylish clothing.

Would like to give a shout-out to Angelina for helping with a rather disappointing online experience. She instantly told us she would help and there was no push back regarding the item on clearance. Outstanding customer service!

Went in today to purchase a dress and the staff were amazing! As a women who wears a 10-12 I always get nervous walking into an Artizia, however the lovely ladies at the market mall location were more than accommodating in helping me with finding the perfect dress for my night out. I wish I could remember the name of the women who had helped me, but thank you for changing my outlook on purchasing in store from Aritzia!

Been coming here for many years. I always come and get the TNA leggings/shorts and I bought my two favourite jackets at this Aritzia. This will be the last time I’ll be coming to this Aritzia at Market Mall. Today I was treated so rudely and i don’t know why. I was waiting for one of the lady’s to help me find a size in shorts and they literally kept staring at me and minding their own business.acting like they were busy but clearly they weren’t busy … they ignored me and the whole time I was waiting for help… they kept talking to other people who were coming in and I waited about 10mins for help and the store was not busy only 4 people in the store.the lady finally looked at me and said “hi you need help with something” she said it very snobby too. I said no I don’t need your help I been waiting and you all kept starting at me and I walked out. I felt so disappointed and disrespected … why did they do that? Is it cause I’m native.this is the first time this happened to me i will not be coming to this store again! AND my mom called to talk to the manager and the manager changed the story around saying i was Unpatient and saying there was like 50 people in the store when clearly there wasn’t… I went in the evening around 7: 30 and it was not busy.there was 3 workers one was talking to an old man and kept starting at me other two girls were walking around putting clothes.the 3 girls greeted other customers but when I walked in they did not greet me just ignored me… all I can say is those 3 girl workers should learn better customer service skill. AND. I find it very unprofessional when my mom called and the manager said to her that never happened and changed the story around.seriously really annoys me how the 3 girls all looked at each other too probably thinking I’m going to steal when all I wanted was help to find a size in short smh!

Although the price point on Aritzia clothing is quite high I always have success and find great pieces because of the helpful staff! During my last visit I was helped by a tall woman with long medium brown curled hair.she was quite slim. I forget her name. Anyways she was FANTASTIC and I ended up buying almost everything she suggested. Also, I am quite curvy and typically fit a size 12 and was very pleased to see more size inclusivity during this visit! Great job Aritzia:)

I don't find the staff here very friendly or helpful. I had good experiences shopping at any of the other Aritzia locations in Calgary, but this location I am not particularly fond of.

Although the over-friendly sales gets me a little stressed, I still love buying items from here! Love the vibe and the basic/must have's quality.
