Store is great but staff is very pushy I was looking at a few items but after being smothered by the staff I decided to leave the items I ended up going to lulu lemon and got great stuff with out being pestered by staff, if a person says I’m thinking about it or I don’t want a changing room please leave them alone

Jenna was a rockstar today. She was so sweet and really helpful. I usually avoid trying things on as I hate the change room but I needed to try on a few jackets and she put me in a secluded area and I was so appreciative of that. Thanks Jenna for being a gem!

We had the pleasure of shopping at Aritzia Chinook where Sarina works, and I must say that her service was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, Sarina greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, instantly making us feel welcome.

Rudest group of women I’ve ever seen. Nobody says hello when you walk in, they don’t want to help. They stand around and talk amongst themselves. I live 2 blocks from the store. I will now drive to any other location, than this, if I choose to purchase from Aritzia, ever again. I’ve been shopping here for about 15 years, it’s highly unlikely, I’ll ever again. (and, I was a very regular shopper) Do better Aritzia, the management team should be ashamed of the team working here.

I love this store! I’ve always had a good experience with customer service. The store manager is SO respectful and helpful. The staff are always kind and caring even when the store is absolutely slammed.

Thanks so much to Charmane and her lovely manager for going way above and beyond for me today. Best customer service I’ve had in years and super great to deal with all around. She spent over an hour with me and was just as invested as I was in finding the right pieces. I will totally ask for her next time I’m in.

It's very rare I go in here and find something I saw on the site. There seems to be a whole lot of nothing in the store.
I had the website on my phone pulled up to a dress I was looking for. I had about three employees walk by, look at my phone, then move on. No one asked if I needed anything or offered alternative solutions since the dress wasn't even in store. Seems like good experiences here are few and very very far between.

I had bought an item online and It's currently not at the store but they were kind enough to return and order the correct item for me.

Today is Sunday, February 19,2023. Incident occurred around 1: 30pm to 2pm.
I went in Aritzia to look for a hat and was soon followed by an elder asian woman in her 50s to 60s. She has lightish grey hair and wore complete white TNA styled sweatsuit, carrying a large white LV large tote, in her arms. She was just about 5 feet tall. This woman followed me throughout the store while I was looking at various hats. I thought it was strange as she kept wanting to go from behind me… and finally when I did find a hat, I forgot about her for a moment, so I could check out the hat, and I’m sure of it, she was finally able to sneak past behind me this one time. Anyway, fast forward, I paid for my hat and was beeped on my way out, so I went back into the store and told the sales ladies that I was followed by this small, short Asian woman carrying a large white LV tote, dressed in white, and that she must have dropped a “foreign non-aritzia tag” into my large hood I had on. Because when I took off my jacket, to have it scanned through the entryway, this foreign object fell out of my hood and onto the floor. The sales ladies picked it up and said it’s not even Aritizia’s tags. This elder woman needs therapy - mental help. Hopefully, Aritizia can find the footage of today’s incident and see that I was punked by this elder asian woman.

Why do the staff here act like they work at a Louis Vuitton store? The clothes are not the cheapest but they’re also not beyond affordable. Every time I need help I’m always hesitant to ask because the staff are always unwelcoming and not friendly whatsoever, I always feel like I’m being judged when I walk in. There was this one time I walked in with sweats and no one acknowledged me but once I started grabbing stuff and going to checkout, they immediately offer fake pick me girl service. I also see lots of videos on TikTok regarding poor service at Aritzia stores, it’s sad.

I was helped for like 1hr on the right blazer by three different people who were really kind and genuine and gave me their honest opinions. I’ve been at this location more than a handful of times and have only been treated well x

The workers are fatphobic, just search up people’s experiences on tiktok and you’ll see it’s happened more then once.teenagers shop at this store, should not be spreading hate like this if you’re working in a professional workplace.if i ever talked to someone the way half these employees do i’d be fired on the spot.do better

I went here to buy my gf a sweater, and the girl working was absolutely awful. She absolutely fat shamed her, “she won’t fit in our clothes”. She’s not a big or medium at best too. Awful awful. I’d rather burn my own house down then come to this location again. F Aritzia, they seem to only hire the mean girls from high school.

I would like to know the employee that is so miserable she feels the need to fat shame people. Aritizia needs to train their employees better with common sense, this is unacceptable and degusting.

After recently seeing a Tik-Tok of a girl returning something and the employee fat shames her at Aritzia Chinook mall location. The employee should be ashamed of yourself and fired. How disgusting

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. The amount of videos I have seen about fatphobic employees at this location makes me sick. I’m a size 14 and I’m absolutely terrified to shop at this location with fear of being mistreated and completely berated. You need to assess the situation and take a good look at how your employees treat others. Chubby at fat people are here and we’re not going away anytime soon.

Olivia C. Created the BEST experience for my sister and I. She was attentive (but not over the top), thoughtful, and kind. The experience was the best experience I’ve ever had at an Aritzia. Thank you Olivia!

Very rude staff! Fatphobic attitudes and highschool mean girl vibes. Just came in to shop for a family member and was accosted by a specific employee. Will not be returning

My sister and I walked into the store on a very busy day and Olivia C provided some of the best customer service we have EVER received! Our experience was nothing like the poor reviews below.
She was helpful, attentive and also gave us space to relax and enjoy our shopping trip. This experience with Olivia will keep me coming back to visit her at this location. Management should encourage employees at this location to learn her techniques. Zero pressure to purchase anything, body positivity and was extremely helpful. Thanks again for the amazing experience!

Bodyshaming anyone is absolutely not okay. Aritzia need to take responsibility, train their employees, and do better. This includes hiring people of all body sizes, stocking clothes of all sizes, and much more. That an employee feels empowered to do this is a sign that this culture is both tolerated and promoted from the top.

I can't believe that in 2023, the staff are out here bodyshaming customers still. Clearly the staff at Chinook (and the whole company) need a reminder on being decent human beings, promoting inclusive atmospheres, and leaving mean girl attitudes in the past.

I’m not giving this store directly a bad review but aritizias in general. Why isss the music in the stores soooo loud. So inconsiderate to people who are sensitive to such loud noises. I politely asked the staff to lower the music for half an hour and the employee lowered it and said that’s the lowest she can go. It’s ridiculous why is there a limit to how low the music can go. Also no mirrors in the fitting rooms is ridiculous. Why are there only shareable mirrors. Again I asked if I can use one of the fitting rooms in the small rooms WOTH the curtains that close off from the rest of the fitting room and the employee told me she couldn’t because of the other people in the room. OKAY but what are the curtains for then. Management needs to do way better.

Aritzia Corporate Office needs to re train their Chinook staff with basic sales skills and find better management. Fat shaming is NOT a sales skill …. DO BETTER

Gwen is great. I brought in info for something online which was listed as being in stock. The girl who initially approached me looked in one spot and said they did not have it. Gwen saw I was looking for something and came to help me. She checked on line to confirm it was in stock then went on the hunt and found it. She made the effort so I will seek her out in the future. She also has great style.

The Chinook location staff were extremely rude, poorly dressed, extremely judgmental, over staffed, Jazzy in particular was extremely pushy, didn't pay attention, was distracted by other customers walking in.
Heard other staff members fat shaming customers.
Management was unhelpful and terrible to customers that clearly had a disabilities!
Karlene, whom stated she was a manger.was absolutely the worst!
It's no wonder the staff are just as terrible!
I am hopeful that head office is aware of this review and implements serious changes at that location!

Get ready to either be followed completely throughout the store or completely ignored and even made fun of by the staff there.you can feel the entitlement in the air.

I went to this location just to look at the Superpuffs considering they are just as warm as other big named brands but with more color options and a better look among the puffer jacket line up. The staff was helpful and provided all the information I needed to convince me into buying one on the spot although, they didn't have the superpuff color I wanted in stock, they had no issue with helping me order one online. Now all I hope is, is that their shipping times are as good as their customer service.
