Not a bad experience inside - helpful staff and lots of options… but I’ve called 4 separate times today to ask a question and I haven’t gotten a single answer. I figured it’s probably busy but all four calls missed? Bit odd.

The staff there are so kind and helpful. There is always someone asking to start a fitting room, and others who come and add items to my fitting room. The other day, I came in the shop and browse, and one of the employees remembered me and really made my experience memorable! Her name is Abby. She has helped me the past few times I went in to shop, she is always very kind, helpful, and attentive!

I have been in this store for many times but nobody greets in store even if it’s not busy nobody greets say hello and ask we need some help, and if we need some help no one comes for help and when i asked for help she’s like oh sorry I’m helping some one let me call
Someone else and that someone else never comes
I had a order to pick up in store i went to pick it up and she gave me the pants with hanger and left it on table that was so unprofessional and I didn’t liked pants to much i asked for a refund and she said its final sale we cant do that instead of offering any exchange and helping me in this she was looking at my face and i said ok i will take this she handover me pants without any wrap and bag and literally i have to ask her that can i get bag then she put the pants in the bag no wrap that was so rude and i felt so bad and disrespectful
I moved from Vancouver to edmonton i loved shopping in aritzia but after this experience i will think for 100 times to go in store and shop the way they guys make feel unwanted in store and not offering any help its such a bad customer experience

I buy a lot of clothes for work here and casual wear - jeans & tops. The staff are always helpful and nice, but there is never any stock, size medium / 6. The curtains for the change room are annoying, and it would be nice to have a mirror in the change room stalls.

This is my favourite Aritzia store in Edmonton. The selection is very good and the staff are very nice. Danica always remembers me by name every time I come in and even remembers things about me which is really sweet. Although Aritzia is more on the expensive side I totally think the quality is worth it. I always have a great in-store experience at the Southgate location!

I haven't been to many Aritzia stores before, and probably don't look like the average Aritzia shopper, so I felt a bit intimidated. Lan was immediately so helpful with talking about the sales, colors, item suggestions, etc. They even paid attention to small details (like offering to close my fitting room curtain so there weren't gaps on the side) and it made me feel way more comfortable and welcome in store. Didn't find any winners today, but I will definitely be back:)

Not very welcoming. I went in today looking for a specific dress, no one offered help. I approached 2 employees and they barely acknowledged my existence, keep in mind they were talking to each other. It was not until I approached a third employee that I was offered the assistance I needed.

Atrocious customer service, they are so rude and unhelpful. This location needs to get shut down for good.

I recently received an invitation to the VIP sale at this store, which was scheduled to start on Monday. Excited about the opportunity, I visited the store on Saturday and spoke with the sales representatives about putting some items on hold until the sale began. They assured me that everything would be held for me until my return on Monday when I planned to make my purchases. When I arrived at the store today, none of the items were being held for me as promised. It was a complete letdown to discover that all the things I had eagerly anticipated buying were now sold out in my size.

The lack of accountability and poor service exhibited by the sales team was truly appalling. How could they make false assurances and fail to fulfill their promises? This experience has left me with a strong sense of disappointment and frustration. It is absolutely unacceptable to treat loyal customers in such a careless manner. This incident has irreversibly damaged my trust in this store and its sales service. I had been a regular customer, but after this incident, I will not spend a single penny in-store ever again.

I absolutely love the clothing at Aritzia. The quality is wonderful and style is timeless. I always appreciate the staffs input and suggestions, very friendly and helpful! I'm in the store a couple times a week! Love it to bits. Absolutely wonderful! Thank you!

Very classy place to shop, in my opinion! Great customer service! Be prepared to pay a little bit more; but, worth every dollar for any purchase you make

I bought this winter jacket about a month ago and i literally have like feathers coming out of in between the stitches and it's driving me crazy. I want to get a refund or trade with other item, but unfortunately I don't have my receipt so im kinda regretting

The return policy is unreasonable. The manager there (an asian woman), was rude to me when I want to cancel the ordered item. This order took 3 weeks already but not yet arrived. Please upgrade your customer service and stop being rude to your customer.
