Cheap fabric was shocking how cheap, I wouldn't shop there even if I had a gift certificate. Sad quality.

It was so disappointing for me to go there. Nobody came forward to help me first. What I understood was that they helped people based on their appearance and clothes they were wearing. I wanted to try a top which was obliviously tried before and was really dirty so I asked the girl who worked there to bring a new one. She went to the back room and pretended she found a new one while she just cleaned the dirty one. When I tried the top it was really wet. She could have been honest with me. I didn’t have a nice experience there and will never come back.

I’m currently living in the UK and wanted to order some things online. I sent my mom into the store with a list of things to try on for sizing. Jordan was super helpful and gathered everything on my list so that my mom didn’t have to search the store. I really appreciate all the help from overseas and can’t wait for my super puff to arrive!

Have not always been a fan of customer service at aritzia, but my past few visits i’ve been helped by a girl named Jordan. She is sweet, helpful, and not overly pushy.don’t usually leave reviews but i hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

Everytime I try to shop here, I'm reminded why I hate it. I walked into the store with the intention of spending money, but was so turned off by everything that I left with nothing. Not one person greeted me or asked me if they could help me find something. Instead, two employees stood right beside me and talked rudely about other customers in the store.
Not having a mirror in each fitting room is so uncomfortable. I chose to use my phone camera to see what it looked like so that I didn't have to deal with judgement and/or the employees trying to sell me on something else. After telling the employee at the change room I was going to leave the clothing, I got a dirty look but no verbal response.
This store is like being in high school all over again. They really need to do better with their customer service.

I got a pair of shorts as a gift and turns out they were too big. I wanted to exchange them one day after receiving them and they told me no as I took off the tags.

I had the original receipt with a gift receipt and the tags but because the tags were removed they said no! Can’t they just re attach the tags I don’t understand the issue. I didn’t want a refund just a smaller size. So dumb. LULULEMON ALL THE WAY!

Fumi and cathy (I hope I spelled it right) are awsome. Fumi always go out of her way to help me. Honestly, I just love shopping from this place because of her.

Went in to do some Christmas shopping with my husband. Initially our visit went really well we were greeted and told about sales by a really nice girl we told her we were getting Christmas presents for our moms and she said to just ask her if we needed help and she went back to working around the store. We did one lap and had another girl ask if we needed help we told her we were good and she left us alone. We finally started to pick stuff up and make decisions and a final 3rd girl came over (shorter asian girl, had a sweater tied around her shoulders and black hair in a bun) she kept interrupting us while we were talking, trying to take stuff out of my hands and put it up front, making super fake comments like “wooow omigosh isn’t that the best? ” I had told her more than once we didn’t need help and she would just stand there or give me a random compliment. But every time I touched anything or tried something on I could not get a word in with my husband before she was in my bubble again trying to put stuff up front for me. We tried to be nice but it was pretty exhausting not having any privacy to talk or make decisions on our Christmas gifts. I’m used to them trying to make commission but I typically find the girls actually helpful and chill. My husband even wanted to leave before we were done because he felt uncomfortable. I did end up making my purchases but we went out of way to go to this location (across the city) because we thought it would be quieter and more chill, won’t be doing that again.

Fumi (i hope i spelled that right) was super great, really friendly and helpful. We had a nice chat while she helped me out in finding what i was looking for. The person at the desk was all keep super friendly and awesome! I didnt catch his name but i appreciated the great service!

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! My friends and I came into the store, wandered around in there for the entire time without anyone coming to greet or offer help at all. When one of my friends finally wanted to try something on, they just put her into a room without asking or helping. When she wanted to try on another size, no one helped her, we had to run around to get her the size she wanted. After that, the black staff actually came to apologize because she saw that no one helped us out or greeted us at all. She was so nice, friendly and helpful, she even went on 2-3 rounds just to get my other friend the perfect sweatpants for her, even though she ended up not liking any of them. She shouldn't be sorry for the terrible attitude her coworkers had, she is honestly the sweetest girl I've ever met. Other staffs there were really rude (especially the girl with bleached dyed bangs), they gave us the look as well as neglected attitude, they would act helpful towards everyone else but us. I felt discriminated in this store and will never come back because of the attitude, judgmental faces the staff gave us. The store wasn't busy so no excuses for the staffs to act like that to customers.

I feel like all Aritzia’s have a judgey environment. If you are not tall and thin they look at you funny. My experience at this location has been better recently than usual I must say. The only complaint I have is that each time I do a return it’s like they don’t trust me. They always have to check my receipt thoroughly several times and grab my item from me and won’t let me near it. Super weird, but I guess that’s their process?

Excellent service! The ladies here were so helpful and take the time for each customer to offer personalized service.

Rude customer service. Very passive agressive attitude from staff. Made me feel like I didn't deserve to purchase products from the store. Made me feel like my buisness was not needed.

Overpriced, overrated. But they have a loyal client base whose moms are more than willing to fork out the cash.

They always take amazing care of me. Alyssaa was amazing and took care of my every need. I love the store and amazing women there.

By far the best Aritzia in Calgary. I have been shopping here since they opened and the service at this location beats all the other stores. The atmosphere speaks for itself and clearly has great management. The staff is all very friendly and helpful.

Horrendous customer service. I purchased a dress online for a wedding that ended up being canceled. I was past the 14 day money back but was still eligible for a store credit, and the dress had not been worn and tags were still attached. The girl accused me of wearing the dress and tried to point out non existent "stains" and "creasing". They said the dress was not resellable even though the majority of the clothes there have makeup and deodorant all over them and they are selling them for full price. Embarrassing. They refused to give me a store credit so I took the dress to Market Mall where they happily gave me my store credit without any accusations. I would refrain from going to this location as they seem to be incompetent. At least Chinook and Market Mall treat you with some decency.

Horrible customer service. I purchased two dresses there for an event and after not wearing one of them, I decided to return it (with tags still applied) only to be accused of having worn it as there was "deodorant stains" even though half the clothes they sell have makeup all over them and refuse to provide a discount. They didn't want to complete the return and were extremely rude about the entire thing. I am an aritzia clientele, and even if I wasn't, no one should treat their customers the way I was treated. I went to the chinook location where they apologized for southcentre and completed the return without any issues. This wasn't the first time I had a problem there, and have never returned to this location. I would much rather choose chinook, market mall, or the core artizia for future purchases.

Rhonda is amazing. So helpful and thoughtful with her choices. Couldn't be happier with the service.

The store is normal expensive but the store has good stuff and when I went they were having a good sale.

Okay Aritzia. When I have to return an article of clothing, just let me do so in peace. Your clothes aren't made out of gold, they're not sewn by hand in some luxurious factory, let's not kid ourselves. You're my go-to because your pieces are generally easy to pair, plain and neutral, not because your stuff is somehow superior to any other mass-manufactured brand. But please, sometimes a girl just changes her mind, so drop the attitude when I do. You will not see me in a store any time soon, especially the Southcentre one. Loyal customer, no longer.

Apparently Aritzia have a funny way to keep their clientele customers happy.
When you come in to buy you will get the best service but when I walked today in the store cause I wanted to exchange the coat I got for my birthday I got service from a yonge lady but Karlie who acted like she is in charge started saying they can't exchange without a recipe even when I have the tags on and she could find the file on the system.
Which I can understand but it was not about what she said it's about the way.
The attitude this Karlie have was bad!
Make you feel bad that you want to change something NEW with tags on.
This is not how you do business Aritzia I wouldn't let this girl sell in a convince store. This is a great way to keep good customers away.
I will not be surprised if all bad reviews is only because of her.
After being so frustrated with the situation and asking for her name so I can complain she didnt change her attitude not even a little, she couldn't care less, acted like she own the store.
Of course I got the store credit eventually!

Never buying from this location like many people I know.
Go to south center they have much nicer employees!

I'm trying to love this place, but every time I walk In here attitude is the only thing I get. If you would like your day ruined this is the place to go. I shop here regularly and not once have I been greeted or offered help. Staff is very rude and not approachable at all. Surprised that place with beautiful clothing would hire 'talent' like that.

Went in here with a buddy who was looking to get his wife a Christmas present. The lady who helped him was great. She loved the present so it was a win for him.

Staff r so effen grabby and aggressive with the bags. Just went to do a return and staff just grabbed it out of my hand. The return policy SUCKS too

Aritzia Southcentre is my favourite Aritzia location in Calgary. I like this location best as it's fairly quiet especially in comparison to the Chinook location. They have better lighting in-store too (brighter). The staff here are not quite as pushy as at Chinook which I like. They acknowledge you but I haven't been hounded like at Chinook which makes for an unpleasant shopping experience.

Huge selection of clothing items and staff does not immediately start asking you if you need help when you walk in.
