Been in here a couple times and all the staff are just rude. They don’t acknowledge you when you need help pr even greet you. Like the previous reviews, save your time and go to chinook.

Love Aritzia but this branch in the CORE has the worst staff and customer service in Calgary. I prefer to shop at market mall or chinook.

Erika was great! She helped me find what I was looking for very quickly and was super friendly!

I was coming out of work when I came here to try on a sweater, I'm a frequent client I always buy in here and today they asked me if I can leave my bag outside of the fitting room (as if I was stealing or something), the staff were super rude and judgmental.

The staff was good at greeting me once I was in the store, asking if I needed help with anything. Although I did not buy anything the staff still kept up a good energy while leaving the store as well, wishing me a good day.

No one asked me if i needed help the whole time i was in there.walked around the store twice before someone took my clothes to the changing room.the girls were gossiping and didn’t even make eye contact with me to say hi.the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced at a aritiza.they are usually amazing…. Was at the market mall one a couple weeks ago and the girls were so sweet! Won’t be returning to the core aritiza.

Great store, friendly and helpful staff, and their clothes tend to be very well-made, often timeless, and perfect for a capsule wardrobe. More expensive than other places, certainly, but they use quality materials that last. I have 10 year old Aritzia items that I still wear all the time, and I just acquired a super comfy, chic, 100% merino wool dress in a neutral colour that I imagine I'll own forever.

One downside to the Core location is that it's geared towards professional folks; so, they don't carry all the Aritzia brands and products (ie. If you're looking for their sweatpants etc, you need to go to a different store, which is a bit annoying). Professionals need sweatpants, too!

Product is over priced. Staff seem unhappy/unfriendly and talk amongst themselves a lot more then they talk to the customers.

The girls here are so awesome and genuine, they have the most amazing customer service! They have always gone above and beyond for me at this location, I would highly recommend checking out Aritzia at The Core!

Nice place to find the outdoor equipment with high quality. I purchased cross country skiing gear online and come to the store to adjust my order. I am the last customer, the store staffs help me till their time off.

I'm a regular shopper at this location for the past year: this is the best location in the city. The employees here are significantly more friendly than at the Southcentre location.

Julia is SO helpful! She picked out items I would never pick myself and I LOVED them! If you go to this location, ask for Julia.you won’t be disappointed

The staff are super helpful and friendly. They aren't trying to sell you every item in the store, and they will give you their honest opinion based on how the clothing looks and fits (if you want it of course, unlike other locations.) Mariam is also amazing, she goes above and beyond to help!

Was asking the reason why they cannot do price matching and two of the sales people just walked away saying they have to help other customers! The customer service was awful. Plus from sales and good act they should do price matching within their return period. Awful experience won’t buy any.

Every single time I shop here I am left completely satisfied. All of the staff here are extremely helpful! Mariam always always always goes above and beyond to help me out!

The customer service at this Aritzia is not on par with the Chinook and Market mall locations. I came here with somebody else and one specific employee who saw us walk into the store didn’t greet us or ask if we needed help with anything. We even made eye contact with her and she walked by us several times, but when this other group of people came in she happily greeted them. None of the other employees approached us either, it was also not busy at the time.

Amazing experience every time. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the store itself is kept quite clean and organized. Plus, the clothes (in my experience) are of great quality, are comfortable and durable, and they even carry items that fit my long torso, which can be hard to find (if you're reading this and you're tall, too, I guarantee you understand this struggle well). Keep up the great work!

This Aritzia is my favourite one to go to in the city. Mariam and her staff are unbelievably helpful and provide great customer service. Mariam remembers my name and greets me every time I come into the store or when I order items on the phone, even if she's not the one helping me out. Their staff will go above and beyond to find you the item you want, even if they don't have it in store. I was able to get a coat ordered in although there were only 2 left in my size in the whole country.

They do get busy around lunchtime or around 5pm but the girls are always attentive. I haven't shopped at other Aritzias in a while because I keep coming back here.

The staff at this Aritiza location are absolutely fabulous! They make shopping a thoroughly wonderful experience!

I went during my lunch hour hoping to pick up what I needed and go, however that was not the case. I walked around the store probably 5 times before someone actually approached me. I noticed associates putting products away while they were next to me, but couldn't be bothered to ask how I was doing. Once I finally got some help, they weren't helpful and couldn't provide me with any alternatives other than going to Forever 21. Lol, Aritzia products aren't even comparable to Forever 21 but okay. I think your associates need to be better at engaging your customers and multitasking.

Personally I find every Aritzia has had amazing service towards me, I really appreciate when they take the time to help you find something or find you a different size, it really helps. The only time I ever had a more frustrating experience was when I had found a couple things to try on and they where all very helpful until I had realized she had mixed my clothing up and gave me things that I didn't want to try on and gave some of the clothes that I actually wanted to try on to other people. So all in all I got mad because it was so busy and I really just wanted to try a couple things on, I ended up buying nothing and just leaving the store. I'm also sure.it was a busy day and I can understand that its just I would have probably bought something if that hadn't of happened.

Why are there no private mirrors in the store? How is one expected to try a bathing suit or a body suit using a communal mirror that is not private WHATSOEVER, people literally at the very front of the store can look into the back where the change rooms are. And extremely disappointing that they are final sale as well and the girl told me there are no private mirrors in the change rooms. This sales technique may work to an extent but there needs to be some private mirrors

Probably the worst Aritzia in the city. I may be biased because I definitely rate the Chinook centre location, but the customer service at the core artzia location is absolutely terrible. Finally received help in ordering a dress from a location in Edmonton and was told I would receive a call or email. None I received. So I attempted to call the store several times to avoid driving there, finding/paying for parking only to find out my package has not yet arrived, but no answer.and not to mention, one time when I was browsing the shop one employee approached me saying I only looked good in a top I was wearing from the store cause I had no chest.although may be partially true (lol), is definitely not professional and uncalled for when approaching a customer:/ I would definitely avoid this location unless you absolutely must find an item that is no longer in stock online. Other than that I would go to any other aritzia but here, bring your business elsewhere, shop at a different location or shop online. Oh and also, I unwillingly went to the store to hopefully find my package there only to find out that it has been there for a week and nobody had even attempted to call me about it. Customer service at its finest people

Clothes are great and store is always nicely organized but customer service is very terrible. The sales associates are so aggressive and do not genuinely help you, they only care about the sale or commission. As soon as I pick up an item, somebody asks if I’d like to try the item on (which is great) and they bring it to the back to the change room area while you continue to shop. But then I never see or speak to the sales associate again even while I am trying on the item. It’s not until I get up to the till when they finally approach me again to make it known to the cashier that it’s “their” sale. What’s worse is that often times another sales associate will try to take the sale at the till when all they did was say Hi at one point. It just ends up feeling like a few people are fighting for the sale when in reality, nobody helped you at all. It is just super awkward for the customer and makes the overall shopping experience very stressful. It’s too bad since I love the clothes, but luckily I can shop online.
