Hello, I had to do my test this morning and really hats off to the instructor who knows his job very well and who explained everything before the test and with him I did everything correctly. At the end he told me I'd just made a mistake and said congratulations, you've passed. I was so happy, but at the beginning I was under pressure.

Brad is an excellent examiner who is professional and he deserves millions of stars. Even if you don't pass for the first time like me, Brad will explain kindly and with patience every mistake. Moreover, he will motivate you because he is knowledgeable and never makes you stressed or nervous. I did all his advice and I did pass the road test. Thank you so much for everything. Excellent and very kind. The examiner is very polite. I would recommend this registry for the road test.

Brad was the best driving instructor I could've gotten. I was a bundle of nerves, but his calm and polite demeanor took so much of that away. Plus it was only $105 compared to the prices of other driving tests. Recommend for class 5 test!

Didn't expect to have such a terrible experience.
Background: I own a business. Have 2 vehicles registered to it. Didn't realize that registration on my truck expired almost a year ago. Plus had to pay some tickets to clear for registration renewal.
Went into Armour, and the teller called me up. (Middle-aged woman, short gray hair, tattoo of a key on left forearm). She was already in a bad mood to start. I said that need to renew registration and she glibly sais that i can't renew it because i have outstanding tickets. I'm willing to pay all those. I think it disappointed her.
Felt like she was some kind of morality police for my speeding (I'm paying your salary with my poor habits, person).
Next I wanted to check the status of registration on my other vehicle. And she just tells me there is no other vehicle. (There is. And there is a license on it. And it's insured)
She refuses to give me any details on why she is incapable of finding it. I ask her is it because she doesn't know or because she can't tell me. Just can't tell me.
I ask to have it re-registered just to have the problem resolved even if we can't find the cause of it, and she just refuses.
(On the glass there is a notice saying that there is zero tolerance for abuse. I bet quite a few people want to abuse her if that message is needed)
I just walked away.
Went to Callingwood Registry. Clerk there has never encountered this kind of problem where registration just disappears, but she spent 10 minutes and figured out a way to make things work and resolve the problem.
Wouldn't go to Armour again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

It takes a little bit longer to book a road test here but it is worth it. Brad is very nice and helped me relax before test. I wish I could give 10 stars.

After failing my road test with stupid and moron instructor at Windermere registry in November I decided to pass my road test in the Armour registry. By the way, you can find my review about Windermere registry on their review. Why I chose the Armour registry this time? Because in your reviews on Google all instructors were described as professionals. So, I scheduled a road test here. And I passed. Am I lucky? Kind thanks to Brad for understanding my nervousness during my road test! I was so nervous during my road test, but he made sure that I do his instructions properly. Very chill and clear examiner. Kudos to staff also, they know how to do their job.

Road test here cost less than other registries in Edmonton. Fast service. Would recommend to my friends and family!

I always feel nervous when i was facing the exam, because i had terrible experiences from another registry. And then, I had my road test here and i met the kind, awsome examiner. He could make me feel comfortable and cool down. Thanks to your perfessional and possitive, that's help me a lot! Finally, I passed my road test here and left behind a wonderful experience. A great experienced and a perfect time reviewing in mind the Alberta driving rules and road policies before having a road test. Road Safety Awareness is pretty much important. First staff member I spoke with (long dyed black hair, thick false lashes) was unhelpful when I went to get my ID, as my letter from AHS was to my surprise not acceptable proof of address. She opened and read the medical letter as well without asking, which felt like a violation of privacy seeing as I handed it to her closed, with address and AHS logo visible. I left frustrated and after obtaining something from the bank, called back to confirm if it was acceptable. The nicer staff member I spoke with offered to explain how to access my statements from my online banking. The same younger and nicer blonde staff member helped get my ID done in the amount of time it took the other woman to deny me service. Reconsider this location for your registry services, or try to avoid that particular staff member because everyone else seemed pleasant, kind, and helpful. My fingers are crossed it was just an off day for her.

Only 3 clerks and 1 on the phone for 20 minutes probably on hold because she wasn't talking. 15 minutes in line up.

This registry falls below zero stars.
I went there to change my drivers license from GDL to a Full drivers license, the clerk and the Owner told me that a payment of $28 was required. As of this day this review has been posted, Alberta Transportation does not require payment for this change. Shame on them. Scammers and fraudsters.

I always feel nervous in any kind of exam.but Brad was extremely kind, compassionate, and offered positive minded. I passed my road test here confidently because I believe in positivity.

We use Armour for all our business vehicle registrations.
Today, I was doing some personal vehicle registration things. Needing info on out of province vehicle registration. Called in fist to ask a couple questions. Got my answers. Went into see them an hour later and and all went smooth. There is usually a line so making sure you have all the ducks in a row first, really helped me and didn't waste time for anyone else.

Bad rude service, I tried the older short haired blonde who’s cold and not helpful and I also tried the younger long black hair girl next to her who’s loud and talks at you like giving you orders, never seen anything like that.
