I went in today looking to buy a chainsaw for some versatile uses on my acreage and shop. I chose to go here because they had a large variety of Stihl equipment and I was hoping to deal with someone knowledgeable.

The sales person I dealt with did more than I expected. He said the carb needed a better adjustment and did it without asking or anything. The trimmer works great, all the equipment I have gotten from Arn's is always like that.

Came in early morning looking for a single stage snowblower. It was snowing, and it was quite busy. Between the sales team and the techs assembling the machines they managed to get my snowblower that same day! Friendly, knowledgable staff, fair pricing, and fast delivery.

I have Driven by ARNS many times finally went in and bought a chainsaw! Super handy to have the full service shop and all the new equipment in one place.

With alot of trial and error what I have learned is go to the place that knows the tools they sell. The big chain stores dont, these guys do across the board from sales to service.

Service/Sales guys were awesome. Took the time to help talk us through decision to purchase. Then walked us through the generator features and how to, and warranty. Excellent customer service experience.

I dropped off my Lawnboy Lawnmower on Thursday April 14 to have the air filter housing replaced and to check the self-propelled drive. The following day was Good Friday and they called me Saturday late morning informing the service was completed and it was ready for pick up. Considering Spring cleanup had already started, I was shocked it was ready so quickly.

The Service Manager John Murphy was absolutely outstanding in his service, advice and explanations. His two service desk representatives were both very friendly and made you feel like old friends.

I brought the machine in without gas which they topped off so they could test the mower and this was without cost. John retrieved the mower and helped load it into my truck.

The service was very reasonably priced and it is running well.

I will definitely return for parts, service and helpful advice. Centrally located.

The overall experience starting with picking up the snowblower to fixing it and returning it was excellent. I am an inexperienced person dealing with snowblowers. The driver who both picked up and delivered the equipment provide instructions on how to utilize and explained the functions of some off the parts ; as well as explaining what was done to repair. Cost was reasonable! Great Job.

Bought a snow blower from there, never worked right from day 1, brought it back many times for repair had to pay each time as they wouldn't cover it under warranty, finally had a friend rebuild it (was brand new at the time) found the problem, called arns after consideration they gave me the replacement part under warranty but still wasn't reimbursed for the money i spent.customer service was outstanding while buying the snow blower.bought a lawnmower from them the same year, first try couldn't get it started, brought to the shop, once again, not covered under warranty, it was a spring of some sort.paid for that repair as well.swore i would never return.decided awhile later to go look at stihl chain saw, to compare prices, stood for about 30 mins for help, guys behind the desk too busy telling jokes to each other to help.left and havent been back since.

Very helpful and knowlegable staff. So much better than any service you will receive at a "big box" store not to mention the quality of the products being much better at Arn's.

The guy who helped me was awesome! He offered to have me bring in my trailer to test out the generator I was looking at so I wouldn’t void the return policy on my own. Doesn’t get better than that.

Never disappointed with my purchases. Recently I’ve been returning to Arn’s for tuneups which keep lawnmower and snowblower working like new. This time when I picked up snowblower I was shown something I never knew. So glad they take time to explain…I don’t like ready manuals either.

I have got a very good deal on a Yamaha inverter generator, only available at Arn's. They shipped it to Terrace BC via UPS for $58, when other dealers quoted me over $150 and most of dealers in BC would not even considered shipping it. The best of my experience was the support received when needed it the most. UPS damaged the generator but Arn's immediately dealt with the incident and sent me a brand new one.
This business set the standard too high, thank you very much!

We went to Arn’a for parts for our lawnmower, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! We got we needed and will be going back for future needs amazing staff!

Took our company's power brush in and was treated with respect and courtesy. Given a pretty accurate up front estimate of what needs to be done to get this machine back up snuff. Machine stated there and was told the turn around time should actually be pretty quick, thanks guys!

In January, at the conclusion of a thinning contract, I took two saws to Arn's to be refurbished at a cost of over $1400. I have only had a couple of occasions to use the smaller, Stihl 251, since but when I did last week not only did it start and run very poorly but it was leaking a significant amount of chain oil. I took it back to them and was told that, because it was beyond the 30 day period they stand behind their work, that I would have to put up a $70 deposit before they would even look at it. That amount, plus what I spent on it in January, well exceeded the value of the saw so I declined and left. I understand businesses need to put some time limit on these things but am very disappointed they weren't a little more flexible given how much I spent there. I will not go back.

I came here yesterday to look at snowblowers for residential use. I had a guy help me (forget his name), he showed me a couple of different models. He actually recommended a less expensive model which I appreciated because I didn't need to clean an Olympic sized venue lol.
I also don't own a truck, and all of the units they sell are preassembled. It was a $75 dollar delivery charge within the city. It was very quick, as it was dropped off the very next day.
While I was there, I noticed that they sold Stihl cordless and battery operated trimmers. The guy there showed me how to reload the string and gave me the new string for a good deal.
I'm impressed with the service so far. I just wished I would've found these guys sooner. I probably would've bought my trimmer here as well.
Check these guys out if you need any type of lawn or snow removal type equipment.

I was in store to get a whipper today. Braiden was my salesman and very knowledgeable about the whipper I purchased. He took the time to expain features on my new whipper. He then showed me in the parking lot how to start it- since its a different brand than the ones im used to. I left Arns confident I bought a good whipper also knowing if I had a problem with it I could call or email him. Thanks Braiden!

Kyle was excellent! Not only was his relaxed yet very professional manner appreciated, his knowledge about each push mower that I was interested in learning about and ultimately buying made my choice an easy one… His no pressure sales approach was also very re-assuring… It was my first place to check and he told me to take my time and make sure I buy the right one for my yard… He also let me know that Arn’s Equipment pricing is very competitive and as someone who physically went to 4 other places I would concur… Would recommend Arn’s Equipment and Kyle in a heartbeat! Definitely be back for more tools and accessories to use in my backyard!

I have just recently Purchased a Cub Cadet Zero Turn ZT1 From Arn's Equipment. Fortunately for me Andrew Hughes, the Business Development Manager for the company saw my bewildered face and came to my rescue.

On the floor were several models from leading manufactures, he took the time, assessed my needs and walked me through the different models that Arn's had to offer, having narrowed it down to a few models, he then took me outside to " Test" drive my choices. In his words " Why would you buy car without a test drive? My choice was the residential Cub Cadet 46" ZT1, exception machine, very comfortable, easy to operate and great features. This machine was delivered to me at my acreage by Andrew personally where I could put it through it's paces in my own environment. It exceeded my expectations and more! Cub Cadet has been on the market since 1961, I am secure in the fact that anytime I can get advice and service from Arn's. Over the years I have been in their store many times for various parts and pieces for my Stihl equipment and my Yamaha generators and always found them knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. For the few extra dollars to buy from a reputable dealer and have the service and the security over a box store purchase I would pick this company hands down!

Have not been that impressed by a company in a long time

Ordered a chainsaw, came in on time and when I got to the shop it was already setup ready to go. Before I left they wanted to fill it and give it a test run, the machine didn't idle how it should so they built me another one tested it and sent me on my way.

Previously bought a chainsaw from a different company only Becuase sthil was on backorder with no real timeline. That saw wouldn't idle at all and their response was to take it to a service provider on day 2.

So happy I was able to return that and come buy from a company that not only knows their products but wants to make sure they are running perfect from the start.

Everything from the moment of interest, to the staff, to the extremely fast delivery, to the product itself was just amazing. Great experience overall highly recommend!
